We moved across the road to the playa Santa ponsa which we originally wanted to book but was told it was sold out .we had other family staying there and we have been there the last 4 years
When we arrived we were told no room we would have to go to another hotel up the strip for two nights we refused and then when we told them we wanted to stay in the playa Santa ponsa they said ok and there was lots of rooms we paid extra for the 4 star so as we could be near family yet their were lots of rooms in 3 star .

Hotel was located in a great position, a few minutes walk from the beach. The meals in the hotel were excellent. The beds were very comfy. Loved the elevated chill out areas.
The indoor pool was not open. We did not get beach towels and a bag left as promised. Rooms near the lift are very noisy.
