Good location. Some very friendly staff, esp Francisco.
Hotel manager (Daniel) was very rude. Called my wife and I liars for taking both lunch and dinner on our half board deal, yet we had agreed this with Juan in advance as we hadn’t taken either the day before. The customer certainly doesn’t come first at Daniel’s hotel!

Hotel in ideal position for all amenities of Santa Ponsa. Staff all very friendly and large bar areas inside and lovely pool area. Received a bottle of cava and bowl of fruit for my birthday which went down very well.
