Cannot praise this hotel enough. Totally beautifull, lovely well thought out grounds, fabulous staff, our deluxe bungalow was great-and the price incredible! Would definatley recommend. Internet charges at the hotel were really expensive-but thee is a bout a million internet cafes within 5 minutes walking, so it wasnt a great problem, just slightly annoying they were so greedy with it (10000 ruppee a minute, the much quicker one round the corner was 6000 for 15 minutes.
Swimming pools were great. Very pleasant gardens and layout, quiet and restful. Great beach location.
Was very relaxing and had good service Breakfast could be improved
Loved the hotel, but need to keep smokers seperate at breakfeast time, everyone smokes and spoils the morning beauty of the suroundings see above,
friendliness of staff, breakfast last day, when hotel was fully booked, there are not enough chairs for all guests to be around the pool or at the beach
We stayed in Village 2 and loved the serenity and peacefulness. We also appreciated how convenient the location was too. We had no complaints.
Great beachfront hotel close to restaurants, Stayed in Village II Club Room. Attendant was excellent, complimentary cocktails a great way to meet others and the Village II pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Little disappointed on arrival, found Village II sun lounges and day beds had quite a lot of dirty marks and the pool towels were quite stained, also our rooms shower was mouldy. Enjoyed the Village II environment, it wouldn't take much for them to fix these small problems and then this place would be unbeatable for value and quality..
Tranquil relaxed atmoshpere, beachside resort. Spacious rooms, great service ,excellent breakfast and location for restuarants and shopping. The grounds/gardens/swimming pools lovely.
Location adjacent to beach, layout of the complex, pools in the gardens etc. Food was not particularly high standard.
Room, although not renovated yet, was very spacious and clean.Location at the beach , pools very beautiful. The information on travel, e.g our intent to go to Lombok - information was confusing, depending who wanted to make money on our trip (not the quickest way was offered, but taxi ride)
The location was great! Didn't seem to be worth the cost!
Location was nearby the beach. Airconditioning made a lot of noise. The hotel staff was not able to switch the A/C to a lower mode. The bath was very small and not clean
poor air conditioning
The staff were wonderful and very helpful Garden Wing very run down. Bathrooms and airconditioning urgently need fixing.
Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is great and the outdoor venue is terrific. Proximity to the beach and water in combination with the great garden space is excellent. Very good restaurants close by enables low cost, quality dining. INNA's connecton to the community was well demonstrated at the opening of the Saur Festival My experience over 3 stays since 2008 is that there is not usually enough staff on duty at reception for check in. Would be good to have a safe in the room as using the security depository at reception is slow and cumbersome
Its location close to the beach It's definitely old and badly maintained. The drink prices in the restaurant were very expensive
Calm and not noisy Wifi was not free
roomservise is very quick and good. the staff in loungebar very nice but didnt see when our glass was empty and when we order take a long time when we get the drink.
The staff were all fantastic, especially Pandi who worked at the pool/activities desk. The free scuba diving lesson available at the pool were a lot of fun. No
The upgraded room was excellent - access to the Club Room was a terrific feature. Excellent gym. The pool was a good configuration although they had to clean off the green bacteria almost every day [perhaps chlorine levels were a little low?]. Some of the reviews I read about the hotel were either wildly positive or the complete opposite. we were a little concerned about our stay prior to arriving as a result of these reviews. However, the hotel was well set out and we had a terrific stay. The service time from ordering to receiving a meal in the cafe was quite slow - but it is Bali!
Nice pool and breakfast Very big hotel, rooms need refurbishment, when you book ask for the new ones.
Great staff! Fine on information and efficiency. Friendly and knowledgable. Good internet connection (free). The hotel is a bit 'jaded', 'tired', 'old'. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom, with many fixtures not quite in working order.
Great atmosphere, very competent and friendly staff, good food. Location away from beach compensated by free shuttle bus. Internet speed next to nothing and very high priced
The staff is very friendly, they really made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast buffet, fast and proper laundry service. Good restaurants, Sanur Harum and Komodo. Enjoyed the live musicians. Free transfer to Sanur center and private beach of the hotel. Free internet connection via cable (UTP; RJ45) in Pool Side View room. Good wireless reception in whole hotel area. Tourism desk. Good security. We recommend the Pool Side View room, the easy access to the swimming pool is very nice. Excellent adjustable airconditioning. No free internet in Superior Rooms. The bathroom is fine and clean, but can use some renewal.
Foods is very good.Nice ambient.Personal services it's ok.Long distance to the beach. Don't use taxi service from the hotel
Pool area was nice and tropical. Lobby area had nice gift shops. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was worn and outdated. Twin beds were better suited for a dormitory. Called to have refrigerator unlocked and no one ever came for the two days we were there.
near the beach the bath room
Right on the beach, nice boardwalk with good restaurants, etc. Not as nice design wise, as some on the strip, seemed a bit dated but was clean, nice pool and well worth the money.
beach and breakfast
good location. very poor hotel staff.
We enjoyed the beach and the way the staff treated us. It was as decsribed and the location was lovely. We did not like that there was not alot of hot water and it was only switched on at certain times. That wa very disappointing and frustrating. That is something they do need to look at.
Proximity of the beach Security services, restaurant very limited
The weather was perfect and being able to walk along side the beach for beach walks. We had the pleasure of a rather large rat in the bedroom followed by ants and no hot water for two days!!!!!!!
A convenient hotel with easy access to beach and promanade walks close to restaurants and shops
Just 2 Minutes walk from the sea, well placed in Sanur.Food is good and the balineese night diner show twice a week is just amazing . Swimming pool is big and deep , nice place to stay for a week. Garden is hudge and very open. Hotel staff is warm and helpfull and welcoming. Bath room was quite smelly and not clean , as well the towells . Better to use the swimming pool facilities.Governemental hotel so the atmosphere is a bit rigid and military frozen.
The hotel was not luxury, but it is very nice and comfortable. For the price, the hotel was much nicer than I anticipated; a very good bargain for the area. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. There were lots of trainees, so assistance was sometimes a little slow - but you're in beach paradise so what does it really matter. When eating lunch at the tables the hotel has out on the beach, it would have been nice if the staff would have tried to keep away the women trying to sell massages, manicures or stuff from their market stalls. We started to avoid the beach area right outside the hotel because we could not step foot without being harassed by the women; they stand over your chair for a good 5 minutes hoping that their presence will change your mind. This is common all along the beach, but while I was in the area managed by the hotel, I hoped for some peace. The only way to get this was to stay at the pool area instead.
Beautiful gardens and pool area. Stairs
Nice and friendly employees Grabby Bathroom, Poor Breakfast
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and really nice. The breakfast was excellent as you had a choice off the menu which was included in the price of the stay, not just a regular buffet cold breakfast , was cooked fresh to order. The room was cleaned daily and the sheets changed every 2 days. This hotel is very good value for what it cost to stay. The bathroms could be updated a little and the location although was only 10 minute walk from the beach during the day as you use a back street, however at night did not feel particularly safe to walk back from the beach and had to take a taxi as a lone female travellor. Hey you cant have it all!
Bad location - quite far to the beach (10 minutes to public beach), very small pool in hotel, quality of rooms (I had de lux) differ from internet webside, high humidity in the room. Overall, Sanur is a dirty, ungly and unpleasent place for tourists (two classes lower than Kuta and three classes vs. Nusa Dua)
drinks by the pool, excellent staff, breakfast included toilet didn't flush properly, although fixed when mentioned to staff, no fly wire on bathroom window so had lots of mozzies
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area was nicely designed. Meal portions were small. Wireless internet capabilities were limited
we got a nice room overlooking the property with balcony, as we booked it. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet instead of choosing a breakfast menu.
The room was large, clean and everything worked! I did not like the breakfast, it was included as American Breakfast but was very basic and small.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Resort was charming and had a real Balinese feel. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of a secluded hotel. Onsite restaurant had great food and excellent service in a lovely setting. Rooms were of excellent size. Rooms smelt a little musty, but probably due to the climate. Bathrooms are a little dated and when showering, couldn't contain water to the bathtub.
the gardens, the staff, the smallness of it and the breakfast room. A long walk from the street with all the restaurants and shops.
