The location is off the town, but you are within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars. It suited us because we were driving, and it offered parking on the premises. It is close to the beaches on the next town, Portonovo. It was about a five minutes drive. The owners are charming, and very accommodating, just like family. Breakfast is good; fruits, toast, coffee, cheese, cold cuts.
The place has no elevator, and it is hard to bring the suitcases up and down. We stayed at second floor, actually third floor in the USA, and that was a bit of a problem.
