Pros: Everything, but mostly the hospitality of the owner Thomas
Cons: Pretty isolated...
Pros: It was a pleisure to stay in this house. The food was delicious , the room was comfortable and the owner and his family they were so friendly and did all, that we feel very welcome. Thank you !
Pros: very warm welcome and contact to the owners, the house is very nice, the rooms and all facilities prepared with love to details, prepared for wellbeeing of the guests, with a very nice view to the countryside, near the village Lermontow, where Molokanes live, on the way from Dilijan to Haghpad and Sanahin in a quiet nice region, very good beds very lovely prepared breakfast with local products and especially nice decorated
Cons: all was best
Pros: The setting
Pros: Our family of six highly recommends staying at the Lermont. Although we did not have a car, it was not a problem. We were happy to hike the hills, play games, and eat, eat, eat! The food and accommodation were above par. At our first of four evening meals, our children unanimously agreed we should make this an annual vacation. It truly was the superb respite we were looking for.
Cons: Our youngest child did not like the fact that there were no horses to be ridden. She wasn’t too keen on the idea of helping the villagers harvest their hay even if it did involve horses. Lol. One thing to note, if you are looking for a spot with a lot of activities, shopping, and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk as well as a place that takes a credit card, then this is not the place for you.
Pros: Hospitality was great. Landlord makes you feel at home
Pros: Cozy and warm place with a beautiful location, climate is special, different from Dilijan, interiors are done with taste - you can say that owners love traveling :) Everything is well thought to please any type of traveler - individual, family, couple, friends, etc, many different activities in the living room, which is done in a modern tradition of gathering place, rooms have stunning view, furnitures are space saving design and no TV, grill outside, nice sitting area for chilling out and san bathing... Owners are so hospitable that when you think its already great, they put a hammock for you to chill even more :) Breakfast is tasty; to mark the delicious pastry they cook every morning and jam made from the wild raspberry they collected from the forrest... what else to say? Im coming back next month :)
Pros: In short: everything, the clean rooms, the warm welcome, the bathroom, the breakfast, the surroundings, dinner (super!), breakfast (love it). For us this was a five star stay. Nork and Thomas: you guys are great, you have made our stay in Armenia a wonderfull experience! As the welcome board in the entrance hall says: we arrived as guests, we left as... friends!
Pros: lovely friendly staff, good advice on local walks, great with the kids, and an awesome breakfast
Pros: Everything was fabulous!

Pros: Breakfast and Dinner were great
Cons: The pool was without water
Pros: It had very serene nature and excellent breakfast and dinner, included in the price.
Cons: The room was an older room and the bed wasn't as comfortable.
Pros: Great place, great food, high quality service, proffesional staff. Thanks for an amazing day.
Pros: As always everything was great! Nature, piece, atmosphere, food, staff. Thank you!
Pros: Tezh Ler is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The rooms are cozy and clean and service is really good. The food is delicious! I super recommend the place!
Pros: Good atmosphere and serene nature. Buildings were well made and easy to access from main road.
Cons: Rude staff: Asked for a glass of wine to have with my dinner and was bluntly refused. When my wife objected, she was told we don't want drunk people at dinner!! Very rude and honestly the most ridiculous response one could get when asking for a glass of wine with dinner...
Pros: Wooden carved benches and everything. Scenery was delighting.
Pros: The event around the fire and the potato baking was super! Unforgettable experience for adults and kids.
Cons: There could be more and more appropriate facilities for outdoor activities for children. Restaurant was too crowded during morning hours. Hardly found a seat. Also no proper coffee. A espresso coffee maker is a must nowadays.
Visitors to Aghveran will find that the Arthurs Aghveran Resort is a fantastic accommodation choice. This property features Wi-Fi in designated areas. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For guests' convenience, airport pickup can be arranged. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
Pros: The place were wonderful. The room were very comfortable and large.
Cons: The room were very comfortable and large, but very cold, and staff didn't manage to do anything with that. Also room service was strange. Below 3000 dram they don't service, for service they are taking additional 20 percent. This mean they will not bring hot water for example.
Pros: Nice and quiet place. Comfortable rooms. Thank you to the service staff!!!
Pros: The best place for weekend, not far from Yerevan. I have been there many times because this hotel is one of the best hotels in Armenia.
Pros: Location is amazing if you wanna be lost in the woods and in the mountains. Food tastes super delicious and feels like home.
Pros: everything else
Cons: Wi-Fi was slow
Pros: Amazing armenian nature, beautiful place, friendly staff, great service at the restaurant and fresh air of course) it was my first, but not the last stay for sure :))
Pros: I like almost everything, location, cleanness, staff.
Cons: The wifi was awful in my room, great in other public places.
Pros: The staffs behavior, we arrived at 10 pm , so we asked them if its possible we stay 3 4 hour more after our checkout time in the room , so reception let us stay in
Pros: Large rooms with a balcony! Great view to mountains!
Cons: Poor internet connection
Pros: Amazing territory within mountains
Cons: It is hard to get to restaurant and go back to the room as they are in different buildings and on the mount.

Pros: Very pleeasent and helpfull staff. The rooms are very comfortable. Goog place to hiking The East Summit of Aragats. During the May and June thete are beautifull meadows full of wide flowers.
Pros: There are many positives. The hotel is new, indeed there is still building work going on around the entrance. They are trying hard and the front garden area is developing well. Staff were nice if a little inexperienced and the place is very clean throughout. The room is on the small side but is fair value for money and again very clean. There was hardly anyone else staying on our two nights so it was quiet and spacious around the hotel. Staff try hard to help despite limited English but as ever Google translate works wonders.
Cons: The big downside was the food which at the moment lets the place down. We were disappointed after reading some positive reviews. Breakfast both mornings was clearly prepared well in advance and featured amongst other items mashed potato one morning and boiled the next. This was accompanied by a variety of processed meats which are an acquired taste that we do not possess. There was cheese and jam and honey but the bread was not fresh on any of the meals. We had dinner one night, again very disappointing and not good value for money. Again the bread was not new and the main courses were frankly below avererage ( and that's after a month of meals in Armenia) There appeared to be a bottle of beer and a bottle of Coke included in the meal price but not bottle opener was offered or available. We didn't want either but it would have been nice if alternatives were offered, for example a glass of wine. The worst aspect of the food is that some of it, like the cheese, was clearly recycled and represented the next meal. We had intended to extend our stay and though we were happy with the hotel and staff we could not stand another day of the food so we moved on. A shame.
Pros: Breakfast / dinner staff was very helpful, big and spacious room.
Cons: Although there were no very clear drawbacks (except for the temperature of premises in beginning of May, but electrical heaters were in place, and another issue - it was allowed to smoke in the lobby), hotel seemed very cold and unwelcoming. It was not season, we seemed to be the only guests in huge premises. The dinner we ordered in the restaurant one night were one of the worst in the whole trip (in the freezing restaurant). The whole experience seemed very not worth the money.
Pros: Highly recommend this hotel as a base for hiking up the eastern peak of Mount Aragats. The village is peaceful and has beautiful views. Tatev was a charming and welcoming host. We stayed on a quiet night but they made sure to make us feel comfortable.
Cons: No public transport available
Pros: The girl at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a surprise in the middle of this rural community - clean, comfy room, nice view of the mountain, very good stop over. Wish you good luck!
Pros: This is one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I've stayed at in Armenia. The staff was fantastic and kind(as a bonus, they spoke English). The breakfast they offered was delicious as well. I would recommend this place to travelers that are looking to stay at a comfortable hotel a little off the beaten path.
Cons: The location of the hotel makes it difficult to get around if you don't have a car of your own. Its far enough away from the bigger towns that taxi drivers are going to try to over charge you (100dram per kilometer is a good standard). It seemed a little expensive, but still a very comfortable hotel.
Pros: Hotel is in the nice and quiet village. Everything there is new, comfortable and clean. Great value for that money. We didn’t know what does it mean extensive breakfast. But we’ve found out;)
Pros: Very well-organised hotel with very clean and comfortable accommodation ! Highly recommended !
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Would have liked more information about the village and transport options.
Pros: Perfect Hotel. Clean, big and silent room. Nice bathroom. Everything you need is in the room. Location is perfect to Start the climb to Mount Aragats. We started early in the morning to Mount Aragats and they offered us a big lunch package instead the breakfast. Local restaurant near the hotel is delicious.

Pros: Location Big room
Cons: At breakfast all that was done was not charged The afternoon music program was not performed , and the bar and the restaurant were closed at 11 o'clock
Pros: Superb service, everyone is trying to solve any proble you have.
Cons: Soundproofing of walls
Pros: Beautiful territory surrounded by great nature. The pool is nice. We were upgraded to a big suite and got a free coffee. Staff in the restaurant was very nice. Nevertheless, no value for money given the negative points.
Cons: The room smelled awfully from cold cigarette smoke. The staff tried to fix it with air freshener, but to get rid of that old smoke, one would have to replace the entire furniture of the room. Maybe it’s a “non-smoking room” now, but it sure was not for many years before. On top, no other rooms were available, not even the smaller one we had originally booked. Pool working hours are rather short and collide with breakfast/lunch hours. Sauna and steam bath were switched off. The mattress was too hard for our taste.
Pros: The place is nice. The nature is very beautiful. The swimming pool(not as clean as could be), children room (there were very few toys). The children friendly atmosphere(children under 6 stay free). The music evenings during supper. The staff is friendly and responsive.
Cons: The food quality! For such price it could be fresher and not rotten (esp. fruits and vegetables). In the kitchen there were a lot of flies which is disgusting. During the children party they sold gypsum toys and art stuff for painting which were 10 times more expensive than usual toys. In our room we couldn't stay with open window (let alone balcony air). In the room the smell of smoke felt as well.Plus there were construction not far from the main building and the gas of cranes felt also. The people don't keep hygiene laws: swim without caps, not having a shower. The quality of drinking water is poor (they give a day 2 plastic bottles of drinking water). We stayed there 10 days and in the 7th day me and my husband had stomach ache.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking. This resort is 82 km from Zvartnots International Airport. Yerevan is at a distance of 70 km.
Pros: The nature, the silency
Cons: The food
Pros: Location Food Rooms
Cons: We had to pay in cash because we didn't have any Armenian AMD bank card and non of our four VISA or MasterCards was not working due to payment systems failure, They told us this is something usually happens there and actually it's not acceptable for such a resort. Specially when you are going to date long there and probably don't have that amount of money in cash with you. We had some dollars and had to change it in lower exchange rate.
We liked everything, the service, the staff, the amazing view, the perfect pool with a picturesque view, the cleanliness and the Armenian quite traditional tasty and fresh food served 3 times a day. There is the forest for a nice walk, half an hour drive from Tsaghkafzor ropeway, inside they have many games to spend time. Thanks a lot!
Pros: Excellent location in a quiet , peaceful spot. Family-friendly , with acceptable food and helpful staff.
Cons: WiFi almost did not exist in our cottage , no room service at night and amenities like tea, coffee, water or iron board did not exist inside the cottage. More activities , BBQ nights or music in premises and fast internet could have made the stay much more pleasant.
This hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Aghveran. Wi-Fi in designated areas is available at this property. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. A pickup service can be arranged for guests upon request.
Pros: Location is great since not only the nature is beautiful, but also the hotel is surrounded with a park where one can walk and enjoy the nature.
Cons: coffee at the breakfast :)
Pros: All was good
Cons: some people smoked in the hall, would be great if all facilities are smoking free, also I saw some trees that were cut (which I've heard was due to breaking), would be great to plant new in their exact places.
Pros: Location, the nature around ia great!
Cons: Food can be improved, and some sweets and/or fruits they'd better add to daily meals/dinner/.
Pros: Liked the location, the nature, the zip line and children activity area
Cons: Quality of the rental bicycles could have been better
