9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly staff . The Restaurant serves Good food too ! We were a large group from Kenya :17 in total, 8 Adults and 9 children: ages 6 - 13 ! Mostly English speaking . All the hotel staff spoke English and were very tolerant considering that the children were very lively !! Some of us spent an extra night . We positioned here as we were watching the Tour de France arrive in Romans-sur-Isere, (about an hour's drive away) and supporting Chris Froome who was at school in Kenya and who is a personal friend.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is the place to be if you need to spend quality time with your kids in the middle of the natural landscapes of Ardèche. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, and offers a small playground for kids to spend good time + a swimming pool. We were very much pleased to stay for dinner with the property owners (although the price is slightly high for the region 30Euro/person) we enjoyed the food and the time. They are very nice people, very welcoming, and careful to our kids (2years old, and 4.5months). We felt like at home ! A couple of activities kids friendly, around the area. We visited la Petite Clairière with several farm animals. Our baby could feed the animals. Good experience. The owners were very informative and available for questions. They prepared several documentation to help us visit the area, and make choices in terms of activities to do. They have dogs , easy to live and sweet with our baby of 2 years who enjoyed their accompany. Cleanness of the property
Cons: Only the price of the dinner : a bit expensive for the area 30Euro/person. For us this is the average price in Switzerland, knowing it i s a more expensive country than France. Though the meals were good ! Far from everything (although that was our choice). Just make sure that you take everything you need with you,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and the location was lovely. I had been here 9years ago and it was lovely back then also. The concierge who I also believe to be the owner was incredibly helpful. Enquiring one things available for us to do on a Sunday. The bar was lively of an evening which was nice. Will definitely re visit this place.
Cons: Room above was noisy however this was not the hotels fault
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a really unique property, in a beautiful setting. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The indoor swimming pool was very nice. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Cons: It's an older property and it could be better maintained. Our room was quite dark, and the carpet in the downstairs bedroom was old. The downstairs bathroom was also just a bit worn. Also, the staff were a bit brisk, not exactly unfriendly but close.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location, Charme of the place, the parc, the 2 pools
Cons: No air conditioning in the rooms, difficult with this summer heat.
4.5 Okay
Cons: services of Sauna and Jacuzzi not working breakfast expensive and not variety of food
