Our hosts bent over backwards for us, the location was extremely beautiful, the building was enchanting, the dinner was yummy, the room was large and well-appointed, and we were sorry we only got to stay one day. Oh, and if you're getting married in Italy, this is the place to do it! Don't miss this place... If coming from the US, bring an adaptor if you have electronics to charge
Nice big rooms, good location, easy parking
Very clean with large rooms and good parking facilities. Not a particularly good location but still acceptable.
The hotel is a fairly new facility. The rooms were larger than most hotels we have stayed in in Italy. It was a little off the beaten path but we enjoyed our stay here.
The third time we've stayed for hockey tournament. Always a nice hotel to stay in, comfortable and quiet at night. Good staff n the whole and friendly. Breakfast wasn't as good a last year.
Your average corporate conference hotel. Everything was fine, expect that the place has the charme of an airport lounge. But big, nice rooms+bathrooms, friendly staff, easy access. Sits outside of town though, in a bit of a desolate, undeveloped stretch of land.
Nice facilities and convienient location close to many of the wine producers in the region. Small historic town was interesting as well.
We were here for the second time: it is just a lovely hotel with verey friendly staff!
Location is beautifull, large room and bathroom. Staff not friendly, breakfast very poor and long waiting for new bread and other things. Overpriced menu for diner. We were here end of august and there werent many other guests, bar closed, terraces closed.Room is dark.
My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. Great pool and grounds. The staff were extremely helpful.
Everything! Perfect building, perfect staff and excellent service! This 4-star hotel deserve 5 stars!!! No!
big room and bathrom. They have only one restaurant, and on saturdays guests can not have a dinner there, because it is ocuppied for a wedding(?!).One restaurant in the village is also busy for wedding! Outside the hotel compuond everything si dirty and poorly maintained..
Set in a beautiful location, it is such a relaxing environment with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The service in the restaurant was very slow; we did not mind this but other guests complained. I am unsure whether this was frequent or an isolated incident.
we liked the area and the lovely views we were dissappointed with the breakfast.very limited choice which is more of a problem with children.we didnt think it was very child friendly, more for couples,my 2 daughters were told by a guest at the pool to stop laughing! .i would only recommend hotel to adults
The rooms and hotel grounds were very nice. The hotel food was also very good. A minor thing, but the internet service was slow and somewhat spotty.
Very relaxed atmosphere in superb surrounds. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff yet they did not pester you. Our stay was excellent and would recommend it to everyone. Many steps which some people could find difficult. No
We liked the heated floor in the bathroom. It was a nice big bathroom with marble tiles. There was a lovely view out of the bedroom window. The furnishings were plush and comfortable. The service was a little slow eg no one took our dinner order in the bar, nor was anyone available to seat us in the restaurant or take our order for some time. Only one member of staff was working in the restaurant it seemed as if he also had to cover the bar. The restaurant also had one central light which made for a rather dingy atmosphere and they had donkey on the menu! Little of the hotel literature was in English although the staff spoke English.
Friendly staff!. They did everthing to get me an internet connction.Due to the snow at the hill my car was parked at a lower lever.De owner of this beautiful Castello took my luggage next morning to my car. This is hospitality!
Nice location, beautiful vieuw from the room and friendly staff
The staff are professional and make you feel at home immediatly
Clean bright room overlooking courtyard, fantastic restaurant recommendation and very helpful English speaking manager No
Part of the charm of the hotel is that it's part of a working farm dating back to the town's past in the 1400's as a marquisate, but there's more: its aspect (great views of the mountains), not posh but still elegant public spaces/guest rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The owners are wonderful and welcoming hosts and also helped us with dinner reservations both nights of our stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting setting in classic Italian farm community.
Fine building tastefully restored to preserve a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
An old farm house surrounded by fields just on the outskirts of the town, which has been converted into a nice, very clean and friendly hotel with few agritourism notes. A very relaxing and hospitable place, if you like this sort of accommodation. There was a nice atmoshpere of old countryside luxury in the breakfast room. And the town is beautiful, small, traditional but not touristy. The hotel is part of a greater complex of old farm house buildings. About half of this complex did not seem to be renovated at all, so you have the feeling that you are staying next to something really old. I found this in some contrast with the luxury impression I got from the photos and descriptions, but personally I was not annoyed.
As stated above my wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming after a difficult journey because of appalling weather. The hotel has a great ambience enhanced by tasteful decor. Nothing that comes to mind
A great place with an exceptional staff. We always wanted to stay in an agriturisimo but did not want to be isolated. This provides that and is about 800 meters from a wonderful town. The dog and geese that roam the yard add to the stay.
The staff was very helpful and personal. The hotel villa feeling was very nice and picturesque. Everything was within walking distance from the city center.
