Having such a spacious room, balcony & kitchen amenities. Just perfect. Nothing. We were so happy that our original reservation was for Hotel Felicioni in Pineto. We were late arriving, so they gave us directions to The Residence Hotel in Roseto, as that was they town we wanted to be. The beach as this 'resort' is perfect & beautiful. Please, save us a room in July 2009. We just might have to stay longer. Grazie mille.
They messed up our reservation. Instead of 2 double rooms for 4 persons they reserved 1 appartment for 2 persons. After we waited for 4 hours, the promise was for 2 appartments.Instead we recived 1 appartment with one chitchen and one bedroom. 2 of us stayed in the bedroom, and the other two had a bed in the chitchen. The appartment was not in the range of 3* hotels, maybe 1*
la struttura e' a due passi dal mare, non abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio anche se non privato,la posizione buona, le camere non sono male con balcone anche se abbiamo avuto qualche problemino, lo staff della reception e manutenzione buono a differenza dello staff cameriere carente, servizi buoni. appena arrivati la camera non era pulita bene, il pavimento era pieno di sabbia capelli e peli, le cameriere non ci sono sembrate molto gentili, poi abbiamo trovato un'animale dentro il letto ma comunque,quando siamo andati a fare la doccia si e' atturato tutto..... pero' dobbiamo dire che la signora alla reception e il manutentore sono stati molto gentili ad aiutarci nelle nostre disavventure.
Generally everything was great. The stuff was nice, the room was renovated and we had lovely seaview :) There were some negative things. Breakfast was typical inatlian... so only sweet things. The stuff hardly speak english and the kitchen equipment was poor and unclean.
nothing First there were no people speaking English at the reception desk. We came there and were told, that they are overbooked inspite of the fact that we had confirmed reservation. They sent us to another hotel in the other side of the town (the worsest place in the town). There were no one who could speak English too. I don't recommend this hotel at all. No apologize, no discount......
Close to the beach. Desk personnel very pleasant and helpful. Good value for the money; it was off season. When asked if the room would be cleaned they said that they don't do that. However if we wanted it cleaned they would. They cleaned and it was done well. Two sofas in the room had dirty covers that had holes. Walls needed to be painted. The stove had missing knobs;unable to use.
Location near by to sea, beach. Air conditioning. Restaurants availability in area is very poor, no one of staff speak English, cleanness at the rooms was very poor, specially in bath room. Swimming pool was not open all day.
october out of season so the pool nd facilities not available.this is not really a criticism as we are sure that when in seaon these facilities are good. however a short note on the site showing the availability of pool and no umbrellas/ bikes etc would be appreciated.breakfasts were limited to sweet things.lack of varietyeg. fresh fruit/yogurt/ meats and not prepacked toasts and jams,
We were made very welcome by the staff at the hotel and were impressed by the way they went out of their way to make us feel at home,
The rooms are big. The staff is nice and the breakfast was good. It was not possible to control the temperature in the room. It was a little cold.
the balcony was very good, with sea view, staff friendly the breakfast not as good as other hotels worst coffee of our stay in Abruzzo
The staff is really friendly also for tourists not speaking the language. The rooms are extremely small. A bedroom for 4 persons in 18m2.
Near the airport, breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit. Sea side hotel in LLido di Ostia 15 min from the Fumicino airport. Noisy in the morning ( about 5.30)
