8.8 Excellent
Pros: You just have to love this beautiful dutch building. A huge size room, decorated thoughtfully. Two seating areas and some desk space. Enough space to have their lovely fresh breakfast served and enjoyed in the room.
Cons: We would have preferred direct access to the bathroom and (let's call typically dutch size cosy) toilet rather than have to access it via the shared landing. And for the size room a bigger tv seems a logical requirement.

Pros: Loved the property & hosts
Cons: Steep stairs were quirky, no problem for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building, bathroom and room. Amazing rain shower.
9.6 Excellent

4.6 Okay
Pros: Owner very friendly. Helped a lot in finding the very remote location of the B&B
Cons: A lot of things! On arrival the room was about 30°C with mosquitos in it. The mosquito net was broken so I could not open the window unless I wanted more flying room mates. In addition the room smelled like an open sewer. I will never consider to stay in this place again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The surrounding landscape is gorgeous and relaxing, welcoming host, beautifully restored house with facilities for a 3*+ hotel (incl. slippers, bathrobe). Our room was on a ground floor, with terrace access and a huge bathtub. Breakfast was rich, including with fresh juice, boiled eggs and freshly baked croissants. The coffee and tea facilities were at our disposal.

Jeneverlogies B&B - Schiedam - Building
7
9.3 Excellent (165 reviews)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast with only local products
7.5 Good
Pros: FABULOUS view from our room of the canal & a windmill. We had a warm welcome on arrival & farewell at the end. The location is great for wandering by the water (It's very sleepy on Sunday though!) Parking is in any free space next to the water so care is needed parking & you pay at the machine (free on Sundays). If you're a light sleeper take good earplugs, it's VERY loud when it rains as your bed is right under the roof! Maybe try Genever, the original gin in one of Schiedam's cafes!
Cons: There's a lot of stairs to go up & down as the bedroom is at the top & the bathroom on the floor below; quite tricky carrying bags up. The bedroom was a bit cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed, home away from home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a spacious living room with a very pretty view of the canal (“lange haven”), leading through to a good-size bedroom with a tiny back balcony. Alwine was extremely helpful when we had some difficulty with the nearby secure bicycle storage (the staff member had not turned up for work) - she telephoned the appropriate people to get it all sorted out and even gave us an extra coffee while we waited.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely ppl Feel like at home Amazing breakfast
Cons: Stairs

Pros: Everything was great. Excellent location, super cool interior and design. All worked great. Friendly and helpful staff and I loved the bathrooms - they have everything :)
Cons: Just the "rooms" are super small. It is hard to even change inside. Anyway, it is still a hostel and the value for money is nice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The CityHub Rotterdam was an amazing experience, very clean, stuff was very kind and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pods were comfortable and really cool, the lighting and speakers were fun. The general set up was very nice, lots of lovely touches like plenty of towels, Rituals soap and shampoo. All was nicely decorated and clean. Great location near central Rotterdam.
Cons: Not sure if it was the nature of the capsules but it was loud when people walked past, the whole structure kind of shook/vibrated, which did wake us up a few times.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the perfect hotel with great location. Easy to reach from Rotterdam Central. You can take Metro Leuvehaven or Tram and stop in Eendrachtsplein (no.4) - cross the street on the left and you'll meet chinese restaurant on the corner of the street (on the left) and you'll see the sign of Cityhub. The hotel staff is perfect and helpful. The location is full of many restaurant. Anytime you can eat. Near the centrum. The room is small but unique and comfortable. This is my 2nd visit in Rotterdam, And I loved and recommend this place to stay for Solo or group.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: If you can add more verities like traditional foods in the Netherlands that would be nice to people come from other countries. Also if you can change the items a bit day by day that would be very good.
Cons: Signboard and direction marking was not adequate special to find the meeting rooms on top floors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, interior design, friendly staff, modern and clean accomodation
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect
1.0 Poor
Cons: The room was extremely noisy and felt like a fish tank due to the lack of outside windows. Our room was located on the 1st floor and right under it there was the restaurant, where they were playing loud music till 1 am. I went to the lobby and spoke to the receptionist, who argued that they couldn't do anything since the restaurant was operated by a different company. Then I asked for a room change, but they refused so arguing they were fully booked. Honestly, for the money paid I would expect better quality and service.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just near the subway station; modern design with all necessary facilities that u need, we stayed 1 night which is quite good choice for us.
Cons: The only “issue” is that window cannot be opened so the air circulation is not that good, considering the small room size.

Cons: none
10.0 Excellent
Pros: good location. very comfort and clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The stylish design, the location, the staff and the breakfast were great

Pros: Helpful employees Great location TV work movies Wake up alarm
Cons: No kettle in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location near the trainstation/metro station Blaak, so easy access to the rest of Rotterdam
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities very close to city center. Great value for money. Great breakfast with eggs and bacon and REAL coffee! Funny, modern rooms, maybe not to everyone's liking but it was to me. iPad controller for the room may not be that easy to understand for everyone. All-in-all, great hotel with great value for money.
Cons: Hotel doesn't offer 'real' food for dinner. Only take aways.....
6.0 Good
Pros: We liked the room very much. It’s a small room with a great view. The breakfast buffet was great. Besides the traditional English breakfast, there are a lot of healthy options too. The hotel’s location is in the heart of the city near the famous Markthal, kubuswoningen and the old haven.
Cons: Citizen M’s bar is too small for the many hotel guests that choose to have breakfast between 8.30 and 10 a.m. It’s a rush to find a table. Definitely not a calm start of your day. Many staff members don’t speak Dutch. In a Dutch hotel we expect at least a basic Dutch understanding of the staff. The staff was friendly but a bit too formal.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location and service are great!
Cons: Smallest room ever. Avoid if you’re claustrophobic.
Overview Reviews
Many of Mainport’s sleek rooms offer facilities usually reserved for hotel spas, such as oversized hot tubs or private Finnish saunas. Regardless of which room guests choose, the informal eighth-floor Spa Heaven will be waiting, complete with its sultry Turkish steam room and rejuvenating hammam complex. Wide glass windows wrap around the waterfront building, allowing guests to see and feel the vibrancy of the inner harbor. Designer Feran Thomassen created the five-star interiors that make subtle nods to far-flung places, without forgetting that Rotterdam is the hotel’s ‘main’ port. In the quayside Down Under restaurant, for example, chefs offer a culinary world tour with a menu that includes everything from Argentinian steaks to Japanese sashimi. Add butler service, 600 square meters of flexible meeting space and a gold sustainability certification from Green Key, and you have a hotel worthy of its location in Europe’s largest port.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the city, nice neighbourhood
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel rooms in Rotterdam. Convenient location.
Cons: Overprized breakfast and somewhat slow internet connection.
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free upgrade, extremely polite and well trained staff

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, great value for money. Would return anytime again! Can only recommend this little hotel!
Cons: Our room was under the staircase, so we got the noise, but there is nothing you can really do about and it only really bothered us the first night!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Position: it is very close to TU Delft and a short walk to the town centre. Staff: these wonderful people really care about the guests Birdsong in the morning and a quiet spot to sit and talk on the sofa in the evening
Cons: Only breakfast and small snacks, so for other meals you have to walk to the town centre. On the first night I should have used Uber Eats instead of walking into the town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely Hotel.Good location and very good breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly staff. Great value for the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super cozy and nice room, spacious, well organized, pristine clean, with small fridge and coffee/tea maker available in the room and a safe box. The view is to another building roof, with the lateral window to the channel in front of the hotel. The hotel looks like someone's house where you are a guest. Nice reception team. The breakfast is wonderful!!! I think it is the best breakfast I ever had in Europe: they serve a variety of cheeses, hams and several types of bread, plus salmon, shrimp, salads, fruit, cereal, sweeties, jam, honey, juice, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. The location is superb: In the city center, you go walking everywhere. Also close to the central station. And the city is lovely! I feel myself in a postcard.
Cons: Nothing. The TV did not work, but I did not ask help.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Decoration and cleanliness
Cons: Not possibly to check in after 10pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice staff and they upgraded our room on the last evening, which was super nice and much appreciated.
Cons: We liked everything. One suggestion if we may - maybe add a second luggage rack to each room. The rooms aren’t all that large and sometimes it’s a little difficult to find space for two suitcases.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and it was a short walk from the train station and near all the sights.
Cons: More than one way out in case of fire!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Leeuwenbrug was the nicest, most comfortable and well thought out hotel in Europe that I've been in over ~50 years of travel. This includes those that have cost several times more (because they were charged to business accounts.) The tourist part of Delft, Oude Delft, is a physically small area. Because of the hotel location, we were able to walk everywhere conveniently. The hotel had been converted from an individual home and appeared to be newly renovated and very well maintained. The room was more comfortable and had more amenities than usual: electric beds with adjustable headboards that would go up and down, easily enabling reading while sitting up in bed; good lighting in every area of the room/bathroom; 19… yes, 19, not a typo… electrical outlets to plug in electronics; an electric kettle with in-room coffee/tea; an abundance of closet space with hangers; a desk with two comfortable chairs that were on wheels… I could go on, but won't. Breakfast, included in the cost of the room, went way beyond a "typical Dutch" one, with different kinds of meat, fish, cheese, eggs, breads and cereals, fresh fruit, juice, little boxes of chocolate sprinkles, warm crèpes with different toppings, good/real coffee and more. Staff, with one exception, were friendly and helpful. Strong suggestion: In retrospect, if I were to go in Amsterdam again… which we did, staying in a rented airbnb apartment for five days… I would instead stay at this hotel and make the fast and easy commute into the city. While the Amsterdam tram system is excellent, the commute time from our apartment (that bordered on Vondel Park) to most places in the city was just slightly less than the ride to Delft and back. The tranquility of Delft vs. the chaos of Amsterdam would be well worth it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent little hotel by channel in the center of Delft. Very cozy. The single room felt more specious (no 33) then 9 m2 as stated on site. Nice breakfast.

Overview Reviews

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is nice, just near the old church, the center of the city. The seneray around the hostel is good. There are supermarkets, shops, any kinds of stores near the hostel. Every Thursday, there will be market selling cheap stuff on the square before the church. The general atmosphere in the hostel is friendly. I think the shared hall, shared kitchen, nice owner and workers all contribute to this. No matter whether you are a open person, feel free to talk to the people in the hostel, and you will gain a lot. Anyway, I have a nice memory there.
Cons: Nothing at all.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location. Location. Location. Perfect location.
Cons: Bedbugs. Got biten 5 times. Eye lid included. Maybe a breakfast in the offer will not be a bad idea.

Cons: They ask for money for city tax even though reservation through booking.com says that that's included in price.
7.5 Good
Pros: location staff terrace
Cons: staircase
6.0 Good

Pros: A historic building that was built as the headquarters of the Holland America Line. An excellent restaurant for hearty Dutch fare. Obliging staff let me check in early after a trans-Atlantic flight overnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff. Charming interior design. One of the best views from the room, so appreciatied it.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic historical place with lots of thoughtful and interesting pieces. Lively restaurant with good food and great atmosphere. Good meeting rooms. Perfect location right at the pier.
Cons: The bathroom was not really clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff and hotel fabulous. Front of house staff delightful
Cons: No child option at breakfast which at £20 is far too much to pay
7.5 Good
Pros: Employees were very friendly and polite.
Cons: The hotel has it's unique charm. However if you go for a standard room, it is not the best hotel. The room I was in, has no view at all. What's the point to go for a holiday and stay in a fancy cage? The breakfast is great for American standards. Also it's noisy due to the hotel is like a touristic attraction.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The street has bars and loud music all night.
Cons: Couldn't sleep well because of the loud music from the bars around.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very well-equipped and clean facilities. Nice coffee area. Close to the central train station.
Cons: It's reasonable to take key deposit for 10 Euros. However, it should be staff's responsibility to remind guests to return key cards at check-out rather than just let them forget and take those deposits. They just didn't say a word to me at check-out, and I was too busy to remember the key card until I was on the train to the airport. I emailed them shortly after that to ask if I can post it back and they transfer the deposit to me. All I received was complete silence. I don't care much about that 10 Euros, but it shows something about their insufficient business intergrity. The second issue is the noise level at night. It's next to one of the most famous bar which is excessively noisy until 2-3am. So, if you can't sleep with noise, forget it.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice chill vibe. Good wifi even in my bunk.

Cons: Nothing to do with the property, but I hope next time we visit we have nicer weather in order to enjoy the beautiful landscape to the full :-)

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast, super location if a little remote by car
Cons: remote car park but that is made up by the idyllic location
