Pros: Nice comfortable, large room. Great fitness room. Free parking. Good breakfast.
Cons: I couldn't find the remote to turn on the tv in the fitness room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with lots of amenities. Very nice outside sitting area and nice large gym with lots of equipment.
Cons: Noticed lots of garbage without the main lobby and outside sitting area. This included towels in outside sitting area that were still there in the AM at breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent experience, Room far above our expectations. First encounter with staff was with front desk via phone, I felt she was unprofessional, laughing and having another conversation while taking my call. Check in was quick and easy.
Cons: Free breakfast was a plus, but the space is too small to accommodate the amount of guests during our stay. Also the staff was not able to keep up replenishing the dishes and utensils needed to get breakfast. Nor were they able to keep the area clean .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything clean and comfy. Really appreciated the complimentary breakfast AND simple dinner each night. It eliminated more driving about looking for dinner venues. It was nice to sit and relax right on the patio.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, super clean and comfy bed! Highly, highly recommend
1.0 Poor
Pros: I was given a room on the 3rd floor that was small and you could hear everything through the door. I called front desk to complain at 5am about 2 people who were speaking loudly in the hall. Totally ridiculous! I spent money to be kept awake!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was not great. They should keep it simple and just do a continental breakfast. No sandwiches.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely heritage home with the family history proudly displayed and surrounded by the neighbouring farmers’ fields. Breakfasts are fantastic. Stephen, Suzanne, Julie and MJ are all great hosts. Thanks for creating a home away from home!
Cons: Shared showers are in tight spaces and water pressure is low, but, hey, it’s an old house!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed staying here because it was a historical farm and was very quaint. For the price it provided everything we needed. I had forgotten that the shower was not in the room, it was across the hall so that was a bit of a surprise. But not a problem for us. The breakfast was not elaborate but was everything you could want. Overall we would recommend this property and would stay here again.
Cons: The walls and doors in our room need to be repainted.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely friendly owners and staff. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the quaintness and location.
Cons: Being an old building the creaking floors and doors are noisy so if others come to bed late at night it is noisy enought to wake one. To be expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quiet nature and whimsical theme. I can tell alot of work goes into this place and I respect that. I'm sure we will return.
Cons: The weather wasnt on your side for us to go exploring which isnt your faults.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very charming, comfortable older home. It felt a bit like being at grandma's house. Lots of great breakfast options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the authentic historical house and all its furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and it was awesome having a toilet and sink right in the room.
Cons: Bath/shower rooms are very tiny. Also, brochures for sites to visit need to be updated ... many were 2 - 3 years old.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic property very old historic farm. Antique furniture throughout house. Theatre room in basement, nice common area sitting room. Friendly staff and fabulous hot breakfast! Three choices for main dish, I had the meat and cheese frittata with bacon on the side and fruit! Great coffee and fresh house made blueberry smoothie!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast every morning was excellent
6.7 Good
Cons: The place is a heritage site but it needs to brought up to current standards. Plumbing was not as one might expect.

Cons: ❤️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and cozy
Cons: They did an amazing job, nothing to improve on
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Being fall, the colours and the area looks amazing. I sure hope they won’t make it bigger and remove the scenery
Cons: I found that the spa area has cut back on little things . For example, little finger food with their tea and coffee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing. Dining room had great views and the breakfast was fantastic. Spa massage was wonderful and the walking trails were easy but lovely.
Cons: Portion size was a bit too small for the price of the dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything about the Millcroft Inn. Maybe except the room I was given (351) Next time will make sure I have a room in the main building.
Cons: I had room 351.... too many stairs up to my room... The old bathtub was very difficult to get in...slippery and no place for soap or anything else. Not for older guests.... The decor is just OK compared to my friend in room 252.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great place, fantastic amenities. Parking right outside the room. As a smoker, I apreciated the smoking areas. Excellent dinner and cozy room.
Cons: Expensive!!! Would have apreciated a package deal. We were asked a number of times if we had the dinner package, breakfast package, spa package? None of these were offered upon booking. So... the bill went up.. and up and up! $1,000 a night with a massage, dinner and breakfast. (2 people)
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Excellent European Flair in the room we've had! Will come back for sure!
Cons: Cheap looking vinyl floors and fixtures in the SPA change rooms. Replace this and the overall impression will be great! The designated "quiet" spa areas are not as quite as requested... SLOW service in the SPA Bistro

7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, good amenities, super friendly personnel.
Cons: Dog hair all over the carpet. Was wearing it all over my clothes afterwards. We booked for 3 people, but to get to bathroom you have to go into the bedroom. It is great for a couple, or family... But not for 3 adults. You can hear everything in the hallway. Breakfast uses all disposable dishes and cups, not impressed with the waste.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: My wife had used one of their towels and had a little bit of make up on it and they charged me 10$. 10$ is nothing but the fact I never had anyone charge me for towel and they charged me for it was a little disappointing

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Peace
Cons: No facilities available.... poor service
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable but lighting poor for reading. Had trouble turning on tv. Took a very long time to get hot water.
7.1 Good
Cons: Nothing to do , very isolated
10.0 Excellent
Cons: It was an exceptionally clean place. A quaint old building which was newly renovated inside. Very warm atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The owner even offered and gave me a ride to pick up my car verses calling a cab or Uber. I highly recommend this place if your in the area and need a place to stay. In addition, very good value and service for your money. At least 20 to 25 % cheaper then a major hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice size with the sitting room a nice touch. Location pleasant and quiet. Room was clean.
Cons: The room was darker than I like. Perhaps a lighter colour for bed coverings would offset the dark furniture giving a brighter room. Even with curtains open, it was quite dark. Also, light bulb in the lamp closet to window must have been burned out as lamp would not work. There was cream for coffee in the fridge which was nice but most of it was frozen and one was sour so we weren't able to make coffee the second day, as there was no cream left. The lack of a personal check in made it difficult to know who to ask for more cream or to ask about the burned out light.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: So beautiful! The room was beautiful as was the patio and garden/patio.
Cons: Nothing. It’s gorgeous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place with a nice store below with a deli.
Cons: Sitting room needs a coffee table.

Pros: Location was good. Front desk staff was nice and attentive. Restaurant food was good in a pinch.

Pros: We visited Canada's Wonderland so the location was perfect. The Hotel gave us join suites so both our families can stay next to each other.
Cons: However, for the value we paid, the Breakfast was pathetic. They need to improve and serve better breakfast.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room is great! large, a lot of space, big fridge, coffee machine. They have some free snacks at evening on some days of the month. Check their calendar.
Cons: Location, far from everything. Uber can help but it cost everytime we want to go out. Breakfast time is quite early for us when we were on holiday on most of the days until 9. Apart of that, only the frozen food you can buys and put in microwave.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Food is not good for the people who are vegetarians. Mostly all the items have different types of meat in that. There should be some kind of vegetarian food items. People will like it and will appreciate. Your business will be booming for sure. Now days more and more people are becoming vegetarians.

Pros: I liked the price of the room! I got an upgrade upon arrival, so our room was very nice.

Cons: No pool... and parking was hard to find for the first time to Liberty Suite in the underground garage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room. Breakfast included. The location
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The suite was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with a nice breakfast area.
Cons: I am bit noise sensitive, so the train line didn't help, nor did the buzzing that came out somewhere out of the closet. (I think there was no option for special requests when I booked the room which I always use to request a quiet room). The breakfast closes at 9:30 am on weekends, which is rather early.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location for our trip, beautiful views from our 18th floor room. Free parking, internet, and breakfast.
Cons: Beds/mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Bathroom amenities are minimal. Parking lot is very confusing. Not much in the way of services; no conceirge for example, and small staff was not very visible. This hotel will likely convert to apartments.

Pros: five min to Canadas wonderland, and great to get to the highway.
Cons: eating room at breakfast very busy tables not all clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is my favorite Marriott brand hotel for the layout, colors and decor and comfy bed and linens.
Cons: $5 for parking, water barely warm in the shower (evening or morning) and heater hard to figure out or didn't work too well. Noticeable stains on carpet
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: For some reason we had a handicap accessible room. Needless to say having a shower was a joke - the whole bathroom was covered with about an inch of water. The bathroom door was broken and would not lock. Light bulbs burnt out
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The beds were comfortable is about all I can say unfortunately!
Cons: The separate shower and toilet area, the lighting is terrible, its very dim, and the buffet I wouldn't trust it!! Not to mention the bathroom door don't lock for they are broken, and the hotel room is not very clean! And TV is in a awkward position, its not in front of the bed like most hotels, its positioned diagonally to the one bed... hard to see, and it cost to park, $5 a day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the lobby to the amenities to all the staff, housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was clean and even though seemed quite full at breakfast it didn't feel busy while we were checking in or in the pool/hot tub. Our room was comfortable and clean and made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast staff were good keeping up as it was busy.
Cons: The a/x unit in our room was extremely loud and should probably be fixed (522). I had to get up at 3:30am to turn it off because it was waking us up by squeaking. The hot tub could have been hotter we felt and there weren't enough chairs in pool area.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely room and very nice location. Breakfast had great selections.
Cons: Front desk staff was not very friendly. Quickly dispelled the myth that all Canadians are pleasant.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing breakfast ! And the hotel should have a rating of 4 or 5 not 2.5
Cons: No, just the $6.47 fee for staying overnight ? It's not a lot of money but the point of staying in a hotel is to stay overnight and not pay an extra 4%.
6.0 Good
Cons: Even though the breakfast time is until 10am, the staff guy removed everything at 9:40...

6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Air conditions smelled couldn’t put it on
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, modern, nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked, there was a refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee, etc.. Enough hangers, a sofa in the sitting area, nice furniture and adequate lighting.
Cons: When I arrived at the check out desk, the receptionist greeted me, asked to see my ID and then suddenly was staring and smiling at another client that had come through the door. This went on for about 30-40 seconds. I had to ask her whether she was with me. She was so focussed on the other client that she didn't hear me initially. I was in a rush to get to my room so I could change for the event I was attending. I think she finally realized she was being rude and finally directed her attention to help me. Wifi would not connect. The form for the password wouldn't load. I checked all my settings and they were correct. I selected the wifi connection but I never got the page. where one loads the password which was provided. It was too late in the evening to disturb the desk and I didn't have time for intrusive trouble shooting. I had to use my data on my cell phone instead. Internet couldn't be loaded.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: 'Included' breakfast was basic. All hot items cost extra. Continental breakfast was not mentioned on the booking form.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: - Bed was really comfortable - Staff were very thoughtful and helpful - Room was clean and comfortable; bathroom was very clean and up to date
Cons: - The walkway to the stairs leading to the upper floor is a bit scary, and appears unstable. - The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy. - The shower head wasn't properly secured, but it worked fine after I tightened it a bit.
