Superb location, beautiful views. Very quiet. Very comfortable rooms Food very expensive
Staying at the Relais Santa Anastasia was a wonderful experience. Magnificent views of mountains and ocean; excellent architectural and designer restoration of a historic thousand year old building; quality workmenship of rooms and buildings; large swimming pool overlooking mountain valley and ocean beyond; excellent restaurant; scenic location among olive groves and vineyards; absolute tranquility. We liked the entire facility.
Helpful staff, beautiful rooms, large pool, great place to relax
good food, helpfull staff, serenity
Beautiful hotel, great facilitiites, welcome and helpful staff non
Excellent staff. The manager was extremely helpful. A little expensive for us.
The view was good The water in the bathroom was not hot. The room was a bit small for a 5 star hotel. It did not seem like an old abbey
Very elegant surroundings, comfortable and relaxing. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful location on wine-growing estate.
The buildings, rooms and poool are great Some detalis are not expectable for a supposed 5 star hotel, for example very poor quality bath linen and breakfast
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. the views were very good. lovely swimming pool.very good value for money.
Lovely stay, room clean and spacious. the setting is amazing with a pool in the middle of the mountains and land. The breakfast was a bit light and we were expecting more but overall we loved it.
The rural setting was charming and we loved the rustic building and decoration. A great place to relax and have wholesome healthy food. The staff were always very helpful. It can be tricky to find, even if they give you instructions of how to get there. It's easy to miss the right turn and that means quiet a few miles extra on the motorway.
We liked the sheer remoteness of the hotel, right away in the hills. The restored building was beautiful and had stables attached for riding which we would make use of another visit. Good, homely but unsophisicated fixed menu in the evening was good value.
The swimming pool is nice and kept clean, although many whasps fly around it, The paths around the hotel en the outside of the hotel look fine. the room has airco. The dinner in the evening was very nice and well taken care of. The hotel doesn't give you a welcome feeling. People are kind but a bit unsophisticated. Beds are very hard, the rooms are not very sound proof, but when we were there it was quiet in the hotel so we didn't have a problem with it. In a hotel every day your room should be tidied, but that is not the case here. Breakfast is poor. Some dwellings on the premises are still in poor state and lay there unused. The room is sober and not very clean.
The local cuisine in the cooking and the tranquil, beautiful setting of the hotel.
Beautiful location, very friendly staff, lovely evening meal
Nice farm just a bit off the A19 motorway in the middle of a beautiful countryside, spacious two storey rooms, friendly staff breakfast could be better for a farm
the drive to Monaco di Mezzo is stunning, exit Ressutano off motorway, through tunnel then keep right, at T-junction first sign. Great pool, lovely food, we arrived around lunchtime and staff very happily made us sandwiches. Rooms very large and clean, very quiet location. Must be even more beautiful in spring (we were there end of July) nothing
Back to nature The isolation
very clean ,staff were very helpful hotel breakfast was very good so was dinner. it could use a shutle for people with out autos
Staff very friendly, room is very clean and confotable, good location and cip price!
The hotel is "very average" but the restaurant (Il Sante et Peccatori) is one of the best in Sicily. Listing the hotel as "near the train station" is inaccurate. It was a long hot walk.
This was a good clean hotel. Very comfortable with good services. Breakfast was also very decent. Not the Ritz, but a really good place to stay at a reasonable price with in Termini Imerese. I was there visiting family that lived right in town. It was only a few minutes to the town centre. Not really anything bad to say. Not the Hyatt but clean, quiet and comfortable. I guess they could use an elevator. Kind of tough to bring the luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
The hotel has no lift
Recently refurbished and comfortable quality hotel. Staff knew enough English to be friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Hotel is well sign posted in Termini Imerese (just head for the town centre off the autostrada and you'll spot the signs).Good supermarkets in town and on the road to Cefalu for picking up supplies. Well worth a stop over for a good nights sleep.
The hotel is very much like most hotels in North America. It is not really set up for tourists and it was quite difficult to get any information on the local attractions. The staff was pleasant but open about the fact that this was not a tourist area...
Friendliness of staff. Spacious room. Pretty good dinner; breakfast ok. Its location; on of the few really ugly spots on the north coast. No view (thank goodness?)! But ... well located for visiting Palermo and other interesting places.
very friendly and helpful staff; nice room distance from town along dangerous street without sidewalks - one must walk in the road for long stretches. I was told (by local residents) that it is unsafe to walk to the hotel alone after dark
