I loved the location! It was right near everything downtown. Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food!
It would’ve been nice to know there was construction upon booking. I also think that because there was a big mess and a LOT of noise a cheaper rate would make up for that. I appreciated that the room had a back sliding door but it would’ve been nicer if it had a decent view and did not have trash out back.
The front desk was very helpful in guiding us and setting up the shuttle service The Shuttle services were great. The driver and cost overall made it so worth it. Breakfast was simple, clean, delicious. The lady behind the counter always made it to say good morning and if anyone needed anything to let her know. She was the sweetest. Location was convenient- the bus was right out front, the walk to the Space Needle and that main area was less than 10mins. Gas Station around the corner too.
Tub didn't drain. Towels didn't dry even though we hung them up. (House keeping provided us with more without asking though, so not a total negative)
Location was excellent and the lady doing the breakfast was awesome.
It was kind of dingy (dust, cobwebs) and the rooms were cold. They had AC units but they were very loud.
The hotel was dirty, the bed kept sliding off the frame and the cables were exposed. I felt unsafe, and wouldn’t walk on the floors.
80% of the time you approach the front desk, they’re all on the phone and totally ignore you. There’s holes in the furniture in the lobby and in the actual hotel rooms. Super dirty and didn’t enjoy this one star hotels
Most of everything
Great bang for your buck!
The hotel was clean, all indoors, and had a great full breakfast offering. The staff was helpful overall and it is in a great location very close to the space needle and Pike Place. They were also able to hold our bags for us as they have a relatively late check in (4pm).
The website says they offer early check in and upon calling and then arrival I was informed that it is “false advertising” by the young woman at the front desk and they don’t actually offer early check in.
Our original flight to Seattle was cancelled and we flew out the next day with plans to go to Portland that night. We went to the hotel and asked if they could still hold our bags since we had faulty travel plans and they were more than willing. Despite Kayak being very difficult to work with, Quality Inn was more than understanding.
Staff very kind
I forgot my sandals . I called but they have not answered
While there the hotel was undergoing some construc
Would not recommend this hotel!!
The hotel was very dirty, outdated, had a bad smell to the room, staff was not friendly, bed very uncomfortable.
Located extremely close to Space Needle and Seattle Marathon start line
Shabby and in a bad neighborhood.
Near Space Needle.
Run down, in a sketchy neighborhood, no restaurants nearby and terribly over-priced. Stay anywhere else.
Room was good size and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of food and was tasty.
The gym equipment was in desparate need of repair and updating.
Location. It is right in the city centre and you can take the monorail to go to places like the Pike market and the good restaurants by the waterfront. Parking is free. Also, the free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.
For the price we paid the hotel, there is really nothing that we did not like about it.
The breakfast was great, the room was nice and enjoyed the pool area
one elevator and very slow
Staff was friendly and knownledgeable. The room a great deal. We enjoyed ourselves.
Everything was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly and courteous and went out of their way to assist us any way they could.
There was nothing we did not like.
Our check in process was great, we had excellent service from Javin who pointed out all the places to check out - both tourist spots and local spots which we were interested in, and where to watch the nye fireworks. He was incredibly helpful, as were all staff anytime we asked a question.
Breakfast was not very enjoyable, limited variety, and only fruit for a healthy option.
Small, very noisy air con.
very nice swimming pool and good breakfast
room could have used a chair & desk
Centrally located, close to downtown/city attractions
Reservation was somewhat messed up initially but the hotel staff really attempted to accomodate our family.
We liked the breakfast and the workout room.
The room was definitely on the small side.
