The continental breakfast space was really small. Guest were tripping over each other and fighting to get what they wanted. There were only a few tables to sit and eat. Otherwise you had to take it back to your room or eat standing up.
It was very clean, great location, large rooms!
Bleach smell in room!Great prize compared to other hotels on Sedona!
Ken the manager. We only had one day in Grand Canyon and he took the time to show us, what to see doing it backwards. Maps, places and what to eat. The bed was very comfortable
No- All good
The hotel was in a really good location close to town. It was easy to check in and out. The hotel was clean and I liked it had a microwave and refrigerator.
The sheets didn't smell freshly washed
It was near restaurants and off the beaten path.
The staff needs to be a little more helpful to their guest. Sedona is known for it's laid back vibe and good natured people. The staff here, except for the house service staff, seemed a little uptight. It's on the south end of town. There is a great restaurant across the street named Nick's that serves great Mexican food. A little on the pricey side but great. It's away from the hussle and crowds in the middle of town.
Location-near beautiful setting (Sedona); Staff, especially the front desk attendant was so helpful when I arrived, price for that area, room was bright, with separate door to a mini deck overlooking the pool.
the eating area felt a bit crowded but not bad.
