Nice facility, secured parking and good breakfast.
we liked the general area, layout and location of the hotel. We only stopped overnight but would certainly visit again for a longer period of time A1
Welcoming friendly staff, clean tidy modern rooms would be great views except we were unlucky as there were temp repair work in the street. Repair work outside in street, but happens everywhere and wasnt really a problem nothing else
Manager very friendly and helpful. Due to traffic problems I didn't arrive until 0130, he had waited for me and insisted that it wasn't to much trouble to open the garage so that I could park my motorcycle. Food very good. Secure parking.
nice staff, beautiful room, delicious buffet breakfast
Personable staff and nice rooms and setting in the vineyards and the Dolomites. A bit remote but worth the travel.
the place and the staff very helpfull
Very friendly staff, Good north italian cook at the restaurant, spectacular view.Watch out for the bendy road to get there!
Attention of the stuff and cleaningness of the hotel. Good food too.
very nice surroundings bad voice insulation between the rooms, remote location from the highway and quit high above (not very convenient for transit travelers)
we arrived late at the hotel, but were able to get some diner even the kitchen was (almost) closed. When we woke up the next morning we saw how beautiful the area was we slept.
The hotel personnel was very nice. Room was small but for a good price and even that we was the only guest in the hotel the heaters was on everywhere. Good and Quick internet and romantic view outside of the window. I like the nature of this place. The only small thing was a small selection of food at the breakfast table. But I can understand that is difficult to prepare rich breakfast for only two people.
The location and the view is superb, the rooms are nice and esthetic, the food is good, and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff is excellent.
The view is magnificent, the area is splendid, the road uphill is very nice too. The breakfast (especially cakes & meat) is very good, even though there is no hot bacon/egg/sausage offered. The staff is helpful: when internet on laptop did not work, we could use their private computer + we told them we would arrive late (after check-in time 23h) and they waited for us. Free parking. The room is simple, but clean, with duvet & cover (instead of blankets etc). The bathroom is big and shower works well! The window was open when we arrived (late) so some buggs came in. In case you don't want them to come in, close the window when you go to sleep. There is no English channel on the tv. We could not use the hairdryer (because of the North-Western-EU plug), but we did manage to use the electric razor (which has a same plug...).
Not bad value for money. The full board option was a great option as the meal facilities (restuarants) in town are basically all part of hotels. For 20euro a day extra, I never had an empty belly with great classic Italian meals. I would recommend this hotel, but it is a couple of kilometres walk from the ice skating oval - but a very pleasant walk. Restaurant staff were all great and very efficient; eat in the hotel as the menu is different every night, and the merangue ice cream is very nice! The hotel description states that staff speak fluent English which is not the case. On many occassions communicating was very difficult but nothing that Google translator couldn't help with. The staff always looked tense, but in the end, it is a family run business with members working hard to make the stay comfortable. The only real downside was that the toilet clearly hadn't been cleaned prior to my check-in, but was subsequently cleaned every day after.
