Pros: We were looking forward to our stay. After registering we entered a room already occupied by other people. We were informed that for some reason not explained to us that they moved another couple into our room. We were put in what amounted to a hospital
Cons: room. We were not offered any other explanation except we could get into our room the next day, We were treated very dismissively as if it didn't matter. We sought accommodation elsewhere and frankly were treated with a lot more respect. Poor service.
