New hotel with some issues
Nice looking hotel, but issues with execution. Room was hot, and smelled strongly - either of mold or some odd chemical. Air conditioner (ceiling mounted) leaked water - good thing didn't leave laptop on table. Would not stay there again

Warm reception and attentive staff. Comfortable bed.
Charging for the spa, which should be included in room charge.. Room is a bit small. Would have appreciated brighter lighting, some large drawers and more closet space.
