Great lobby and gym. Decent location and friendly staff. If you are going to live in the lobby, it would be a nice hotel. The rooms however, were straight out the 80's. And have not been maintained since then by the look of them. Wall paper was nailed into the wall. Beds sink to the floor and views of the side of a building. If it had been ~$50 or less it would have been fine, but the price they charge for such a dilapidated accommodation was disappointing.
Nearby metro station, service delivery staff, big and clean room, restaurants and convience store around the corner.
Very nice hotel with great ambiance. Located in front of the biggest church in the world. Special on sunday nice to see. 7 services with over 10.000 people per service. New hotel for booking.com and upon arrival our reservation was not in the system, took more then half an hour to locate the reservation, in the meantime they gave a bar-voucher. Also information on booking.com about location was wrong. Mentioned is 8km from Incheon Airport but it is more then an hour from Incheon Airport! Quite misleading information.
The hotel is opposite to the Full Gospel Church Yoido. Convenient to attend the Christian Conference.
small but lovely Why room service is close early on sunday LOL
The staff speak fair english and they are very friendly and accommodating. A bit far from downtown Seoul.
the hotel staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was a bad and the rooms was dark . no wi -fi in the hotel
Good location in business area of Seoul, 5 minutes walking to metro station, personnel can hardly seak English.
I like the location, the only problem is they dont have a sign on teh intersection near the gasoline station and the actual hotel is not visible when you are standing at the main road perpendecular to the street where the hotel os located. The thins that i didn't like is they have a pretty small garbage can inside the room and they only provide one towel for two customers.
For business and couples only. Not recommended for family with children English speaking staff.
Nice little room with nice decor; Bathtub with whirlpool Internet was not working and they confirmed it; useless computer because I could not plan my trip as there were some unexpected changes. So-so breakfast; room service took more than 2 hours to deliver; staff cannot speak English
The location is excellent with a number of restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from, within short walk to city subway line 9 and one block away from Han River with a view of the National Assembly building. Also is just minutes walking from the Lexington hotel which is the first stop for Incheon airport to city bus. It wasn't as clean as I expected. We found 2 used condoms when we checked into the room. That was gross. Other than that, the toilet did not flush / drain quickly; the shower door failed to close completely and water would run out onto the bathroom floor. Towels had spots. Overall, let's just say the guest did not feel confident the place is properly sanitized or tidied up.
The hotel is in a good location. There are a lot of eating places around the hotel. Public transportation is within walking distance. The river and park is about 200m walk from the hotel. The breakfast is from 7.30am to 8.40am, should extend to 10.00am so traveller can wake up later for breakfast. The towels provided are old and torn, should provide clean and white towels.
Best attraction is the reasonable rates and the location which is around the park and the major subway. The staff are also friendly although we wish more will be trained to understand English to save time on waiting and checking. This hotel is located in the financial district , so it is important that all staff know basic English. Dislikes:The shower area is not properly partitioned from the toilet area and there is no shower curtain around the long bath - wet and messy. Breakfast is only served once with very limited portion - insufficient for all guests.
