Very clean, roomy, connected to the wilderness at the smokies (a hotel) staying at Wyndham, you have access to the wilderness at the smokies water park for free
At the check in process they force you to talk to the concierge (aka timeshare sales person) by having them assign your parking pass. While I was waiting for my parking pass they try and hardsale you into going to there "rewards presentation" no thank you
The Wyndham portion of the hotel/condo is was excellent. The condo was larger than other similar Wyndham condos at which we have stayed. Easy access to greater area as well. The waterpark is fun, but a long walk through the facility.
The waterpark was only partially operational; the lazy river and multiple pools were closed.
The staff was very hospitable, every one of them that we encountered from maintenance or housekeeping we passed in the halls or rode an elevator with to the front desk and restaurant employees.
it would be nice to see recycling options in the rooms. They have signs about going green in various places, but then no recycling options in the rooms or trash rooms.
The balcony and water park was great!
The inside water park had so much bleach I could taste it for the entire day
Our condo unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The check in was fast and the hotel helped save us money on shows in the area. This was our first time staying here and in a condo and it was great.
My 7 year old loved the indoor water park. It was too cool for her to enjoy the outdoor water park. She can't wait to go back next Summer.
Check in was slow
Very clean, very kid friendly. Awesome staff, very friendly and professional.
