Relaxed experience. Pleasant helpful staff.Quiet room. Shower leaked acroos floor. One light bulb not working. Inadequate lighting for reading. When my daughter called to check the booking before I arrived they said they had no record of it. However, they found it once the reservation number was given and I had paid up front!
Reception staff extremely nice and helpful. Spacious room & bathroom. Good location, close to metro, busses & airport shuttle. Double bed was a little on the small side and very close to the wall.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and a very good at a good value. We were looking for a place closer to the city and with a pool. The pool was essential to our choice and was not mentioned in the internet that it was closed until June. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some updating. There was no way for me to ammend our reservation when we arrived even though the cancellation policy stated we could cancel or change 24 hours. I will not book through the internet again, because we need more flexibility and would have relocated if possible since the pool was not available.
A friendly staff helped me when I have got in trouble. I have really good impression.
The fact of having a parking !...in sevilla it´s difficult to find it.
location and cleanliness
The beautiful swimming pool on the roof abd the cleanliness of the room. It's a little bit far from the city center
proximity to my conference and shopping. no movies or other entertainment in the room
Very clean & luxiourious . Helpful staff . Quite far to walk to town but its possible ....taxi is cheap . Electric kettle & cups should be provided ... I was expecting them !
Nice bed, clean room. Advertised as an airport hotel with shuttle. Ten minutes from airport and shuttle didn't run until 9:00 am. Had to take a taxi that cost me 30 Euros, half the cost of the room. Would not stay here again.
Hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and patio, excellent staff and service, wonderful food at the on-site restaurant, comfortable rooms, modern gym and business office facilities, free laundry. Grocery store around the corner of needed. Free daily shuttles to the city centre. What more could you ask for? Excellent hotel. It's a bit far from the city centre but the free shuttles make up for that and it's a nice quiet area.
Brand new property Brand new property however the location is out in the sticks. They have limited parking so coming in a car might be an issue. You can use the shuttle they provide but that has limited hours and availability basically you are screwed either ways. Taxi to train station charged Euro 22 whereas a day before it charged us Euro 11 what happened? Will tell you, they charge a premium to come get you at the hotel and the staff there doesn't even know that's the case. My friends and I were disappointed with our stay at the property purely because of poor location.
The hotel and the staff were nice The location, it is the last spot in the city, pretty far from downtown
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Spoke excellent English as well Out of the way if you plan to spend most of your time in the old sections of Sevilla. AC / Heat unit noisy
location smaky non smoking room, poor internet
Bar area not very inviting.
I like the wifi signal in the room was great, great decoration and furniture, comfortable bed, good location. The lighting in the room was too dark, heard some noise at nighttime.
Hotel is centrally located and within short walking distance of all major attractions The cost of the hotel parking was a bit excessive
Proximity to the old city and restaurants. Hotel staff all spoke english and were very welcoming and always ready to please. Hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast Buffet: Only one person working at the buffet, and the hotel was very slow to replenish. TV: Hotel lacked the ability to choose langauge of channels (such as in Barcelona and Cordoba)
Convenience to Old Town Seville, staff helpful with dinner reservations as wall as excursions and directions, modern, quiet, comfortable, sophisticated room
location the beds
The location, the staff were really helpful, the room was exactly as shown in photo, really warm and quiet at most times. during our last night there, the hotel maid was tidying the room upstairs making too much noise(at around 3:00)
This was a great location for the Cathedral and Alcazabra. Hard to find Hotel. Recommend a taxi. About 10 steps to reach reception, but then there was an elevator to the rooms.
I was able to change my room without fuss. The staff were always ready to help. The room was spacious (S14) the bathroom was spacious, it is near the lift. No problem getting extra pillows. View of square. Opening doors onto small balconies x 2. Minibar fridge (useful) Daily change of towels. Flat screen TV. Positioned very conveniently for walking to all landmarks. Half price through booking.com. Hotel parking very convenient. The position of this hotel outweighs any of the following dislikes and the fact that it has parking garage. All renovations seem to be completed AC was either on or off it must be centrally regulated and was very hot, no bath robes/complimentary water (as advertised on other site) pool was closed. Could hear chairs being moved and people walking about as floors are all tiled and no rugs. Could be noisy early morning with the dust cart collection especially as had to have windows open because the room was too hot. Had noise of AC from other room, like an engine running all the time. Parking at hotel is expensive. Hotel difficult to find by car, we had to pay to follow a taxi! NO tea and coffee making facilities. Not enough portable tourist information ie maps leaflets etc. Hotel didn't answer emails.
more space in rooms and high ceilings
Nice staff efficient and to the point facilities excellent for business or overnight stays. lack of a good restaurant, room service is only till 10pm you have to come out of the hotel for breakfast and meals in a restaurant which is also open to the general public and you loose the identity of belonging to the hotel.
Parking was good shared with both hospital and supermarket. There were some good Spanish bars within walking distance serving tapas. The location is very poor. The address given by the hotel is incorrect. The staff agree it should be Calle Cardenal Ilundain but the City assigned a different address (on the other side of the rail line). It took us more than 1.5 hours to find and we had two SatNavs (car + TomTom). Breakfast is served in the supermarket cafe (Ilundain!) outside the hotel (though great service from staff).
The address of the hotel makes it hard to find, it is on the other side of the road. The hotel was clean the bathroom very big. There is a supermarket right next door. It is about a 10~15 min drive to the city center.
this hotel is in an awsome location. it is near a mercadona( like pick 'n pay ). it also has a nice resturant. on the whole a good stay, jus no kettle in the room and the aircon set to heating only. this is the policy in spain in winter, even though it can be humid and hot outside...
The hotel room was spacious with a big bathroom. Nice place to stay if you want a bit of room and don't mind being a bit further away from the action. We thought the hotel was 10 minutes from the city. It was, by bus. Was about a 40 minute walk into the city, about 8 - 10 euro in a taxi. The bus was easy to use and the stop not far from the hotel, it was just not what we were exepcting.
The afternoon tea time is very nice. They provide coffee, tea, some fruits, some snacks and soft drinks. Do utilize those snacks since the food are pretty expensive there. The standard room is too small. There is barely space to walk and turn. We have a queen bed and very small room. The room temp. is centrally controlled and is really hot and not way to open the window.
The staff was the best. It was very difficult to find.
The decor of the hotel is amazing. Great helpful staff especially patricia.
The staff was excellent and quickly responded to any request. Couldn't have asked for a better central location in the heart of things to do. Being brand new they had some kinks to work out but it was definitely the nicest place we stayed in 20 days in Spain. The breakfast buffet was smaller but the food was good and changed daily. The rooms were very tastefully done and inviting!!
absolut the newest, surely best located , probable the prettiest hotel in sevilla !
I loved the decor of the room and the view was amazing!! The staff was always eager to assist us with anything we needed. The room was pretty small. Not enought storage.
Clean and nice bath. Good staff who can speak English. Good location... Nothing special.
The location and staff were superb. The hotel was very beautiful. Excellent breakfasts. Very fresh food. Would stay here again. I would like to have control of the temperature of the room. The climate control was set at 23 degrees. I like it a little warmer when I take a shower.
The location is excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and responsive to all our needs. The room is well appointed and comfortable. There are many great restaurants located very close and shopping only a stones through away. The major tourist sites are all right there just outside the front door. I would not recommend driving. Tight little streets and probably tough to find. Not impossible, just tough. The rooms are on the small side.
Service provided by the Hotel Staff
Excellent Service by the Staff.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful; the breakfasts were quite good; fellow guests were friendlly, quiet, polite, and interesting; and the hotel itself was clean, attractive, comfortable, and homey. It is off the beaten track on a quiet, narrow, winding cobblestone street that provides a wonderful feeling of stepping back in time. Although not in the center of the upscale shopping section or next door to Seville's main tourist attractions and best restaurants, it is within walking distance. Just walking in the immediate area was fascinating and offered plenty to see.
It's one of the most beautiful hotels in the world! All staff was so kind. nothing!
A historic hotel in the historic district. Breakfast in the patio. We were given an upgrade to a suite, but the suite was on 3 levels -- a long flight up to the room and steps down to the bathroom and another small sitting area. Although the room was quite large, it was empty, the lighting poor and the TV very far from the bed. Going to the bathroom at night was an adventure and could be dangerous for a more mature couple.
Very quiet and peaceful No
From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and helpful. A very pleasant experience.
Unique Spanish hotel with lovely courtyards. Good breakfast. Good location, easy walking distance to all Seville's attractions/points of interest. Restaurant facilities limited.
Bathroom could do with upgrade
Interesting old structure that was in a quiet area of the old town and not too far a cab ride from the sightseeing. Poor cleanliness. Away from the sights and sounds of the city.
Cleanliness There were a lot of hidden charges. For example, there was no iron available. You had to pay 5 EUR to have a shirt ironed by laundry.
Good. On one of the main roads of Seville, but without traffic noise. Only a 15 minutes walk to the city center.
Nice restaurant, good food Extra payment for Spa and Wifi, no gym
Clean and with a good breakfast.
Fantastic bedrooms, great swimmingpool Location not so excellent, but downtown accessible easily by bus
very few front desk staff (it was a holiday), unusually long (>40 minutes) room service wait for just bottled water and ice (twice)
Spacious Many amenities
too far away from city center
The stile of hotels The workers have been very rude and unpolite with customers
The room and pool area were lovely, however it would have been better had the pool bar been open for drinks and snacks. Poor restaurant and bar facilities.
Very quiet room. Nice outdoor swimming pool. The water in the swimming pool was not heated and not possible to use in the beginning of October. Breakfast was unnecessarily expensive.
Comfort, cleanliness, appearance
Location The shower flooded the bathroom and made the floor dangerous. Other guests had same problem.
Excellent rate and room quality The person that checked me in was rude but the other people behind the desk were very helpful and pleasant; also the wireless and hard connection to the internet was not working
Facilities, central location mattress too hard
The hotel is in an excellent location in Seville and the staff were invariably friendly and helpful. It is, indeed, very good value. Really, there is nothing one can criticise. In fact, when I go back to Seville, I will certainly stay in Hotel Inglaterra.
Beautiful rooms, very clean, all amenities. Great location. The rooms get very hot on sunny days, even in early March -- staff told us the air conditioning does not work. If windows are left open you can not sleep as it is very noisy outside almost all night long. Do not stay here until the AC is repaired. Breakfast buffet is very mediocre, not worth the money.
On arrival the staff were very helpful and courteous. The Rooms were Decorated to a High Standard and the location was close to all the noise but also far enough away.It was a shame there was no wiof it would have been nice to have wifi computer access
Perfect stay and perfect staff. I will come back for sure! I liked everything.
Spledid. We were particularly pleased the hotel accepted our small Jack Russell dog which was actually the reason we selected it in the first place
Excellent location, attentive staff Breakfast was too pricy!
We booked the hotel for a night because of the proximity to the airport. It filled the job nicely.
This hotel gives a "no nonsense" package. It isn't exactly luxury but that depends what you are used to. Staff very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean. Its also on the main bus route into the city.
Great bedrooms (actually little suites, with a small living room); great price for our stay; although small, the pool is nice; friendly and helpful staff Location is awful (there's no restaurant, shopping, or whatsoever nearby, and the surroundings are just some strange neighbourhoods with lots of graffitis on the walls); the wi-fi signal on our bedroom wasn't very good (had to be close to the room's door in order to get signal); old crt TV's, should have modern LCD's; bad tv signal (lots of detuned/scrambled channels)
Reception was exceptional!
variaty and quality of breakfast breakfast: scrambled eggs were to much cooked- no windows at the room. Swimmig pool was very cold. Rooms were too hot
nice modern clenn room - well sized - good bathroom breakfast buffet was not to everyone's liking
Very poorly hotel for 4 stars. Swimming pool is very small. Very far from centre.
everyone was extremely helpful
this is a very comfortable hotel
Location was good, price though Booking dot com was good. I thought the staff could be more helpful. Very poor internet in room, could only connect at 1-1.5 MB and had to resign in every 1-3 minutes. The direct connect though cable was not functioning and staff had no fix for two days I stayed. Staff were not helpful and parking cost a third of the room rate. Would not recommend.
Very pleasant hotel in a non tourist area but easily accessible to the centre of Seville Air conditioning in room could be improved
The Price was great, and the rooms were nice. The location was a little far from City Center
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the Gaudi sites and also easy to access La Rambla and Catalunya. It's in a fairly quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly
Spotless, friendly staff, comfort of the rooms, and location in Triana district of Seville.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was calm and relaxing. The walk across the bridge into the heart of Seville was a bit long but there are lots of interesting sights to see along the way.
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was close to many amenities No
Silence and kindness of staff the way they cook the French fries has to be improved....
The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and bilingual. Parking on site at a reasonable rate a plus. Great " stuff " in the bathroom !!
good design no windows in the room...
This hotel fine but the decor is cold and souless (as was the receptionist) and frankly this makes the experience like a holiday in a funeral home. Business travel only I would suggest.
Our room was well equipped with a good view onto the arched courtyard and the bedroom wall was the original stone of the storehouse. There was a nice touch of a flower on our bed. Originally we had asked for a double bed and a room overlooking the courtyard, but we got a twin room with no window. This was changed quickly, though. The courtyard echoes and sound, particularly at night, travels loundly! We liked to have our window open, rather than use the aircon.
central to old town, walking distance to historic attractions 'restaurant' serves very little
No information about very little windows.
Very modern hotel and close to centre of Seville
Friendly staff, nice rooms, very good location in center of Sevilla Pitty that there was no real restaurant (although the food was fine - choice being somewhat limited). Rather dark rooms, due to the structure of the (nice) building.
The architecture is a superb fusion of Moorish and modern. The staff were efficient and friendly. The central loction is a boon.
The room was spacious, clean and cool. The staff were helpful. We could pull in right next to the hotel to drop our bags. It was quite attractive and not too far from the town centre. It was very difficult to find and driving in Seville was a nightmare and we had to pay for parking. The bathroom was dark, and badly decorated (in black). In our room the water from the shower leaked everywhere and made it damp. The laundry service was very expensive but efficient.
The restored courtyard house is charming. The young man who was at reception (who is half English) was delightful and very helpful, thanks to him we had some great dining experiences and a good flamenco show. On the downside, the rooms tended to be airless and got so warm that we needed to turn on the AC when it was 10C outside.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good and complete breakfast included. Despite the warm weather, the room was always pleasantly cool. Rooms were a bit small, but this is no real complaint. In Seville, one is not likely to confine himself to a hotel room.
in general good hotel. a little bit old bathroom of room 504 was old and presented stains on many tiles
We were only in the hotel for an overnight stay so we did not use any of the facilities. The room was clean but not a lot of space to move around in. It was a 15 minute walk to the center of the city which was okay early in the evening but it was a cab ride back to the hotel late at night. For our short stay in this hotel, the price was right.
friendly staff, clean room, good price to service ratio, next to very good local restaurants for breakfast and tapas location (30 min out of city centre), lacking english of hotel staff, extremely expensive internet access (2€/10 min)
The distance to the Railway station was vere important for us. we were surpriced about the working place outside the hotel
The hotel is really central in the city and walking distance from the train station.
Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the gates of old Cadiz. which is a lovely city to visit. A nice well run, very clean hotel. Helpful staff.
nothing - It was very noisy, we could hear a lot the street and the cleaners. The employees were not kind at all and the garage is very small and expensive.
Location and value of the hotel
Helpfull staff, clean and quiet room.
The location was excellent. It's not in the heart of the touristic area of Sevilla, but I found that to be a plus. It still is in a historic part of Sevilla (Triana), with many local restaurants and nice places to discover. It's within walking distance to the main touristic attractions, but for eating I recommend you go where the locals go (try taberna Macuro, a few minutes walk from the hotel), Santa Cruz has tourist prices and choices. Also a big plus is the fact that the hotel is very quiet, you can really rest, but once you go outside you're in the middle of a very dynamic area. For a fee you can chek out at 18:00, which comes in handy if you have to catch a flight. Breakfast was rather expensive for Spain. Receptionists should brush up on their English.
The staff at the desk were exceptional-very friendly and willing to help-this was really very nice in experiencing our first travel overseas. No
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was perfect for our family of 4. It was sad that the way it was designed meant that we had a view of a wall which prevented daylight to come in.However, this was not a problem as we were sightseeing during our trip but just always had to have lights on. It was more than compensated for by the space we had and the relative quiet. The restaurant was fantastic - but not marketed enough it seems. The breakfast was excellent and we had an evening meal that was both very good value and of a superb standard. Why then are the staff so short tempered - perhaps the language barrier or boredom?
Very comfortable and quiet
location - staff in bar very nice some reception staff unfriendly
good location- but a bit hard to find when driving to get there for the first time especially with so many one way streets around! I think that with that price you could at least include continental breakfast and a kettle for warm water with tea+coffee with cups in the room
bed very comfortable, location convenient in Trianna area, pleasant ten minute walk into town centre over picturesque Trianna bridge. quiet location, no street or traffic noise which meant could have window open. Restaurant menu was good, we ate there first night as tired and were pleasantly surprised by the food quality and presentation. . very clean room and bathroom. not really a dislike but a suggestion would be tea making facilities in the room.
Leaving the hotel The Staff.
The Hotel is very centrally located very close to main sights in Seville and bus station Staff although courteous need to be more conversant in English
The hotel was situated in a really convenient location steps from the main tourist area of town. The front desk was very helpful giving directions, suggesting places to eat, and even booked train tickets for us for a day trip to Córdoba. Breakfast was okay - a decent selection of things but a lot of it seemed a little less than fresh. It didn't help that none of it was kept refrigerated or on ice and it was hot out. The hotel air conditioning leaves much to be desired. We switched rooms because the first room was so hot and would not cool down. The second room was still way to hot to be comfortable. Our stay was during a heatwave in September that brought daytime temps to about 110 degrees. The air conditioner cut a little bit of the heat but it was still about 90 in our room during the day and 80s at night. It was too hot to sleep comfortably. This is the only hotel we had during our two week stay throughout Spain that had such poor air conditioning. The front desk apologized and said sorry, its an old building but that's a poor excuse. we stayed in other very old hotels that had great AC during our trip. Some other small annoyances like slightly outdated rooms, furniture kind of beat up, rooftop pool area dirty, stains on linens... All of that would have probably been forgiven if we stayed during November, but if you are planning to visit during a warmer month, I would not recommend this hotel. We were so uncomfortable in the stifling heat.
large comfortable room quiet surroundings pool over priced breakfast
the cleanliness of the hotel and the location is great. could'nt be any more central than that, very close to all amenities. we found breakfast very poor especially for the price we paid. also that some nights were very noisy (till 4 o'clock in the morning) due to private functions.
ideal location for sightseeing seville on foot in centre of old town.rooftop pool a bonus in 30+temperatures
Swimming pool and location. Would recommend for these reasons only asked for double bed, not provided, few towels, when used not replaced, furniture and fittings not of four star quality, dinner menu but restaurant seemed close during my stay
the night manager Manuel was very helpful with orientation of Seville, the hotel personnel was proper nothing
Location was perfect, just in the old town part. Nice pool and restaurant on the roof with a magnificient view on the Cathedral. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was way too expensive. Rooms a bit too hot and the air conditioning was too loud to leave it on for the night.
very beauty 4 star hotel and a pool on the roof with view of the cathedral that worth the price they try to ask me some think of the mini bar that I didn't drink
Location of hotel. Perfect fro sightseeing. Excellent air conditioning in room. Lovely roof terrace with pool No view from room
location, nice friendly staff a wedding party by the pool terrace which was directly above our room, noise until 3.00 am
the view from the hotel's roof. the swimming pool was nice.
Location is great. Very difficult to reach by car.
Cheap Hotel Late check in. We wait 30 minutes for check in.
Staff were very helpfull
Very comfortable and cozy hotel, great location. Good value for money. tight parking
very close to historic city centre. quiet area, charming decore and very friendly and helpful staff
The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff was friendly and there was an excellent breakfast buffet, the location is central so I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Good quality hotel near city centre. Comfortable room.
It was very central and very clean. Room was very small and stuffy. for this price range and quality.
Excellent, friendly staff and management. Good food in the restaurant. And for an innercity location such as this, the ever-important flexible parking facilities. Highly recommended for any city-trip to Seville city center.
We could not find the bar no signs
Modern, newly refurbished, clean Quite some distance away from the city center, about 15 minutes by bus. It's in a major road intersection so there's a lot of noise from the street if you have to keep the windows open because of the heat. Internet is not free.
I liked the atmosphere and the personal, besudes in my opinion it has a good style
design of rooms
Very modern and up to date facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. Speedy room service. It was not really very convenient for access to the centre - a little too far for walking, which means taxis are necessary
Good value-for-your-money hotel. The design of the room was very modern. The staff were helpful in showing us how to get around Sevilla. 3 bus stops are about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a secured underground parking which is always a good point for us. The room mini-bar was also free.
The hotel has a very modern design, a free minibar and nice receptionists, ready to point the highlights of Seville to you Because of the online booking, they were not able to refund me my last day, even if I had to leave a day earlier beacuse of an airline strike.
Ultra modern with everything working and of the latest design. Secure parking in underground car park. A long walk from the centre. Poor restaurant facilities (only snacks really) and poor value cold breakfast.
The room was kept clean. One of the receptionists, Peggy, was very helpful. The meal times were not flexible and the supposed 24 hour room service was not available 24 hours a day.
As a motorbiker its locatiopn bwas just off the mian bridge into town, so it was a easy to find - recommended for those with transport as finding a hotel in town is a nightmare - downside is you need a taxi downtown. My room wasn't ready - they put me into a dirty room, then tried again and then again. Upside was a free late checkout.
yes, very much, the receptionist was impresivly helpfull. no wi-fi in the room (except if you supplementary pay), but there was free wwi-fi in the common areas
The hotel is fairly well located, good rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff as well. Internet was not working in the room, room was a bit cold and heating was not on (november). Wouldn't recommend breakfast, unless you want to eat many sweets.
The staff were really helpfull, it is in easy walking distance to the cathedral and there are plenty of nice places to eat around. It might be a bit noisy for some people. It is a city centre hotel and so there is trafic around early in the morning.
Actuaaly we stayed at Hotel Derby, we loved the terrace.
clean and confortable, location near to center few service manager who did not keep track of my next reserve after i away for a night. i had to transfer uncomfotable hotel and inconvenience as well.
The location was great.
Nice room, quite large. Very good location for the city center. Breakfast contained fruit. Only drawback was the quality of the breakfast. Food was not too fresh.
Great location, very nice room, clean, kind staff No, everything was great.
the location is excellent walls are not sound proofed very well.
The location, close to most hot spots in the city My single bed room overlooked the shaft, so the only view I had was an unassuming white wall. Moreover, during the day some kind of compressor was on which was unpleasant for an afternoon nap. At night water could be heard gurgling down at determined intervals which becomes annoying after a while.
Everything was ok. It was written that there are WiFi in the room. But it was not true. The connectiomwas terrible!!!! When you are travelling internet is very important for you.
This hotel was in a busy, central square, could walk to all the attractions in the city. The Cortes-Ingles store across the street has good shopping. The Sierpes street shops and restaurants are only a block away. Cathedral is about 10 minutes walk. American-style Breakfast buffet was ok, had lot of the usual choices (pastries, cereal, eggs, juices). Could have more choices in kids TV channels.
Quiet, good-sized room Excellent location Friendly reception staff Outside terrace Room very dark
The location was faultless. A lovely quiet street but so close to everything you want to see. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic 4 days For the price it would have been nice to have had a few more toiletry items- shower cap, tissues etc.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, on a quiet street round the corner from the Cathedral. The hotel design is cool and modern and the room is really well equipped and chic and comfortable with a huge bathroom. Helpful friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. The pool didn't seem to be open but then again it was October. Rooms could do with a bit of extra lighting.
Location was on a little alleyway near the Seville cathedral which was very convenient -- and since it was off the main street, the room was also mainly quiet at night. My room itself was a little small but suited me just fine and was quite comfortable and totally clean and updated. The staff were also very friendly and helpful which was greatly appreciated!
very close to quaint and historic tapas area and cathedral, but not soclose to be bothered by late night life. Room updated and beautiful When we first entered there was a strong scent of candles or perfume, possibly covering up an odor that later dissipated
the new hotel has updated and modern design, the location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and dining. try to avoid the rooms facing the central lobby which noise can be heard clearly.
Ambience was fantastic, the location was 2nd to none. The facilities are superb and it was a very wonderful design(er) hotel, pleasing to the eye and senses. And yes; a view of La Giralda to die for.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It gave easy access to the old town and the numerous bars/restaurants. Its appearance was chic and it had a unique style. The bar was not always available from 4.30pm and closed early in the evenings which was a shame as the views from the terrace are stunning. It would be better if another bar were located off the main foyer as it would enable guests to socialise at the end of an evening Breakfast price was expensive
Excellent reactivity of the staff
