Nice big hotel - Friendly...
Breakfast is vast and varied. Not all perfect, but generally quite satisfying! Salad bar was really good Cleaning staff are really efficient - The pool is nice, even if starting to show it's age. Very close to the metro stop!
VERY disappointed in the lounge. We booked a Club room to get access to Lounge services, we know we are still under COVID rules, but if Lounge services are offered, we expect a 5 star Sheraton to go the extra mile to welcome Club customers. This was not the case - we were stuck in the breakfast area for all lounge services, a basic canteen with broken coffee machines, very little variety in drinks, and basically no service. Other Lounges in other hotels clearly make an extra effort to welcome customers because of changes in lounge location - not here though. We felt like and after-thought to the staff.
