Pros: The whole experience was excellent as I was going with my terminally ill husband and I was made to feel so welcome and nothing was to much trouble, the room was beautiful, clean, and large with a sofa in room as well . Bedding and towels were off excellent quality and all the little touches in the room made it special. Breakfast well what can I say , there was excellent choice and cooked food was cooked to perfection and was excellent quality. Although it's a bed and breakfast they kindly said to all that were staying you can use dinning room any time you wanted to bring food back with you to eat and would supply plates and cutlery for you, what more could you want. The grounds of the bed @breakfast are beautiful and swimming pool looks lovely but weather was not so kind so did not get chance to use it . Will I be back yes of course ,sadly not with my husband but I will go back to enjoy the memories of the time with my husband in excellent surroundings.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Eiders - an extension to the owners home- is a lovely, clean and well equipped B&B. Our bedroom and bathroom had all we needed, in quiet surroundings, and everything had been thought of for our stay. Caroline, the host, was great fun to get to know and a chat with everyone over the delicious breakfast made for a comfortable atmosphere. The grounds have a pond to enjoy looking at, and a swimming pool, though we didn't venture into this as the weather was a bit chilly! We would certainly like to visit the Eiders again.
Cons: Location onto the road made turning into it a little tricky but quiet manageable.

Pros: everything was much more than expected . The room was lovely with more than we needed or expected. Ann was extremely nice and pleasant. Breakfast perfect even with the daily newspaper. We would definitely book here again if going that way.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike . Even the pub was just across the road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very freindly and comfortable. We had a large room which seemed to have everything, even a razor was provided. There was also a small decanter of sherry in the room along with sweets and buscuits. The room was quite old fashioned but we felt there was a certain charm in this. Although the B&B is fairly remote, Cromer is about 3 miles away, there is a pub and restraunt directly opposite which is very popular and does very good meals so no need to drive. We felt very well looked after there and would have no hesitation recommending it if this is what you are looking for.

Pros: Location is in the main hub of shops, restaurants and pubs with the beach a short walk down the path to the prom by the start of the pier. A prime site to be in the middle of it all. In earshot of the sea. Our hosts were most welcoming and accommodating at all times. The room was large and well decorated. The en suite bathroom was spacious with a large bath and separate shower cubicle. It was all very well maintained and dust free. Adequate towels included with toiletries. The double bed was warm and comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was two chairs, table, dressing table, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, tea and coffee facilities and home made yummy biscuits. Milk was available from a shared fridge.. The breakfast was fab. There was a good selection available. A large selection of cereals, yogurt and fruits. Tea, coffee, juices and toast. Full English with local produce. Smoke Haddock poached egg. The whole experience and the facilities was like staying in a hotel not a B&B, we would like to go back again. We stayed two nights

7.1 Good
Pros: A room with no stairs, also lovely fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
Cons: Shower screen needed repairing. Didn,t bother us but if you are not keen on dogs it could be a bit daunting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Personal touches. Good variety of everything for breakfast... including fresh eggs and local produce. Lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Brilliant place for dog owners as it is set in woodland and not far from popular sites.
Cons: My expectations were fully taken care of. No criticism at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally well equipped room, including fan, extension cable, hairdryer, sewing kit, and phone charging cables. Everything thought of. Very good breakfast- everything you could wish for.
Cons: A shame the dog wasn’t allowed to run around in the wood behind the house, because of the chickens, but we understood.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Our room was very large which was a big bonus. (Not bumping into furniture when going to the bathroom during the night). Our bed was excellent, so comfy and spacious. Bathroom absolutely brilliant with plenty of soap, shampoo, shower wash etc. Plenty of choice for breakfast with great coffee and orange juice. Nice to see the chickens being fed and all the wild birds!
Cons: A little bit out of town.

Cons: Nothing to dislike - a bath would have been a nice extra, but I wasn't expecting one.

Pros: It was a birthday weekend stay and I informed the hotel at the time of booking. There was a card waiting for us in the room and they served a birthday pudding plate which was a very thoughtful.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they took the empty plates while I was still eating it did make me feel a little uncomfortable as I do eat slow maybe wait till we both have finished eaten before clearing the table!! Other than that perfect

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very dog friendly and geared up for welcoming them in the bar and breakfast room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful and polite Food was very good, a pleasing selection especially at breakfast and specific dietary requirements well met, all the waiters and dining room staff were aware Facilities in the room were excellent
Cons: Electrical sockets beside the beds were rather inaccessible as they were tucked away under the bedside cabinets Being woken at 4.50 am by a noisy delivery (?) van below our bedroom window didn't go down too well! Although I had not requested a ground floor room when booking, I made a point of checking that one was available by telephone, due to recovery from a broken kneecap which made negotiating stairs difficult. It would seem this call had not been noted as on arrival we were told our room had been "upgraded" to one on the first floor which meant a climb of three flights of stairs to reach our accommodation. I did manage but it was not easy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, food and rooms.
Cons: All good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was amazing. Modern, spacious, sparkling clean. Very good room, quiet, comfortable, with luxurious linen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are actually 2 dining rooms, one for the older crowd, a little stiff but lovely friendly staff. The second dining room was more relaxed and comfortable, I wish I'd seen it first, we would have chosen to sit there.
Cons: The food wasn't great. I had the pigs cheeks and there were about 10 different elements to it, which detracted from the dish itself. Why would you sprinkle nuts/something crunchy on such a delicately tender meat? The pickled cauliflower and carrots were awful and didn't compliment the dish at all. The pea puree didn't help and it featured in my next course too. The focus was on the presentation, which was overly elaborate, but the flavours fell short. I was glad my breakfast was included because there's no way it justified the £17.50 they charge for it. My teenage son could have made a better cooked breakfast. Clientele mostly in their 60s and above.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the breakfast, the room had lovely views, very peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable bed and very good shower with lots of hot water. Owner made us welcome and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and chocolates.
Cons: we would have preferred a separate breakfast table rather than a shared one with the other guests but only a minor complaint. Would have liked to be able to walk more easily from property but too difficult with the narrow country lanes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely and cosy. Everything you needed, including a fridge with water, orange juice, milk (so no horrible little pots of pretend milk) and chocolates in it. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate, if you preferred a hot drink. An area for hanging clothes, TV, WiFi, hair dryer and dressing table. Beautiful bathroom with shower and bath. A view of the fields with hare, pheasants, birds and we heard an owl. As well as an area downstairs for chilling, watching TV, reading etc. And the breakfast, well.... It was outstanding, from the presentation to the taste, absolutely delicious. As well as a lovely seating area outside to enjoy a glass of wine which we were given on arrival.
Cons: Everything was excellent
