9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, well lit, and the electric shade was really cool- darkened the room perfectly! The breakfast was very tasty- best French toast I’ve ever had! VERY happy with our stay!
Cons: The breakfast was quite pricey, especially considering how much we had to pay for the room. I understand it’s an all you can eat style and that justifies the price, but I don’t need (and didn’t eat) more than one serving. Options would’ve been nice- all you can eat for the $11.95, one serving for a lesser price, or a continental for no charge.

Pros: It was good. Didn’t spend much time around the property.
Cons: I felt the employees were required to do too many tasks for 1 person. I called front desk and guest service. No one answered multiple times. So I walked down to the front desk twice and asked for towels for the room. It took an hour because the lady was running the Shuttle-bus. Also called to have room service no one answered so we went down to eat in the restaurant. Saw that the bar back had to run the whole restaurant by himself. He did a great job but felt very bad for him. He was running his butt off trying to get to everyone on a Sunday evening. No one answers the phone because they are doing so my other tasks. Food was great and delicious.

Pros: Excellent front desk hotel staff. Very friendly.
Cons: Older hotel. Table in room was not cleaned. Tv was smudged all over, maybe wiped with dirty towel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and the hot tub was nice. One of the best free breakfasts I have had through a hotel.
Cons: The swimming pool was tiny. But probably about average for an indoor hotel pool.

6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Kept it well stocked and fresh. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The cost per night for the room was definitely not worth what we had to spend. It was parent weekend so we feel the prices where jacked way up... We know we could have stayed in a 4 star resort with way more amenities for the cost per night.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The moment we walked out the door in the morning
Cons: The staff when we checked in was not very courteous or helpful they said we booked it online we have to talk to the people we booked it online with not them
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They have an amazing hot breakfast.
Cons: They didn't replace our towels. I put the used towels on the floor as instructed so the took them but didn't replace them with clean ones. I didn't notice it until I was getting out of the shower so I had to use a hand towel. My parents were staying there as well and the same thing happened to them.

Pros: The hotel must of been in the middle of restoration, no trim, exposed drywall w holes. The smell on our floor and room was very strong. It may of been from ethnic food prepared in the room previously
Cons: The smell/ Oder on the 3 rd floor and in our room.
6.0 Good
Pros: Adequate
Cons: Some repairs are needed
5.0 Okay
Cons: The walls in the kitchen area were splattered with food along with the front of the dishwasher. The cooktop was rusty and filthy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff and large rooms!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, but not kept very clean. Tables were few and not cleaned off, nor were the counters where the food was offered. The scrambled eggs were almost gone. The linens I used for the hide a bed were not folded very well and the blanket had atleast 10 holes in it. The pillow cover was stained and felt stiff as tho something was poured on it and left to dry. One of the drawers in kitchen had coffee grounds poured into it. You're housekeeping department needs to be replaced before I'd stay again. Lady at front desk was very helpful.
Cons: Read above. Housekeeping!!!
6.3 Good
Pros: Location, staff were all very pleasant.
Cons: The suite needed a through cleaning. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Things were grimy, handles, mirror, fridge door, stove top and along wall by the stove. Comforter in room that was once white was now yellowed badly along the top. Items behind night stand left behind by prior guests.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean entry and hallways. Very healthy, plentiful breakfast! Comfortable room but not quiet neighbors! Good value for price paid and was in a quiet part of town - away from all the college stuff.
Cons: Coffee was instant, not fresh brewed my husband said. Walls too thin - not quiet neighbors! We could hear his phone conversations at 3am very well - but not nice language and not nice to be woken up to. Nobody at the desk when I went to check out - waited and waited and waited - no one came - so left key as bill had been left under door and it was okay. In fact besides the lady in the food area = we didn't see any staff all morning.
1.0 Poor
Pros: This place was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at.
Cons: The room was not clean, and there was no heat. my wife slept in her coat. Nobody at the front desk to assist. The breakfast they advertise was an unmanaged hot tray of hard biscuits with overcooked gravy, and a basket of over ripe bananas.
7.0 Good
Pros: Fine for price. Location good, staff friendly.
Cons: Our room showed wear and some poorly repaired damage but it was clean, cheap and safe. Only there for 8 hours to sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: No grab bar in the tujb
4.0 Okay

4.0 Okay
Pros: The innkeeper was amazing - so nice, so attentive.
Cons: However, the room was a bit dirty - dust along baseboards, spiderwebs on frame in bathroom, wallpaper falling off walls and sometimes held up with multi-colored thumbtacks. Rugs and furniture were worn. Towels were pink. The heater was ridiculously loud.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly greeter at the door. Lots of information and suggestions.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: The staff was extremely rude, which was also brought to the aquarium and museum where 2 of Grand Harbors employees work. They were 2 of the main employees at grand harbor that treated me, my husband, and our 3 little ones absolutely horrible. Was not told the water park would be closed 2 of the 4 days we stayed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was no breakfast served, so we ate at another place.
Cons: The beds in the room are rather hard, and could be just a little softer. Other than that, it is a great place to stay!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Had a great deal on the room after booking short notice. Location was great, right in the river with walking trail in front. Restaurant was great place for dinner, beautiful patio.
Cons: Waterpark needs an update and not worth the extra $20. Our bathroom was also not clean. The floor was dirty and the cleaning staff left behind a dirty rag.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms need updated bathroom door should open differently
7.0 Good
Cons: People arguing all night next door . Swearing and yelling
6.0 Good
Pros: Great family place for kids. Water park staff friendly and front desk friendly. Tony Roma's restaurant is a great place to eat.
Cons: Housekeeping does not come around early enough. We had left for morning 9am got back 300pm and room was dirty. Housekeeping knocked and wanted to clean and one of my kids had just started to nap. They asked if I just wanted new towels etc. In fairness they did comeback later to clean and did a nice job but why so late? The water park needs updating its fun but rust on some of the equipment. Pool floor in kiddie pool is coming up. I felt it needed work. They need a real coffee shop on campus.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Restaurant breakfast was horrible

6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel appeared to be fairly new with modern decor. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was included.
Cons: Alarm clocks in rooms without guests were going off for hours continuously. Red truck pulled up in parking lot at 4 am blaring music which woke everyone up. Didn't see hotel staff deal with the situation as truck was there for several minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my stay. I was there for business and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely book again on my next business trip in the area.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great as it should be. Thanks again for a great stay while in Wisconsin
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. Though we had to go through a couple of rooms before we arrived at one that worked the staff was wonderful. Our booking was not in their computers when we arrived so there was some confusion about that, but that was not their fault.
Cons: I would have liked to have bananas for breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Very noisy heater
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was well kept.
Cons: Bathtub had a constant drip and the fire alarm went off early Saturday morning (7:30AM)
10.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and comfy.
Cons: Second floor was noisy and the room was slightly stuffy.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, especially the general manager and, one whose name escapes me but was MORE than friendly. (This woman was a registration person that usually worked the day shift.) These 2 worked HARD to fulfill needs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The coffee was hot.
Cons: Asked for a discount for being a government employee and was told I was already getting a discount. Pretty certain that was untrue. Had to demand to change rooms after telling the front desk about dirty sheets and broken toilet. She didn't want to accommodate us.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very recently remodeled so decorating was fresh and modern. Very nice. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It was also right near an Appleby’s and a Mexican restaurant. Super convenient.
Cons: I get supply and demand but I paid $277 ( including tax) for a room that should have been $150. I travel a lot so I stay in many similar rooms. It was not good value for the money. But we wanted a get away weekend in Galena so we had to take what we could get.
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great! Location amazing. Pool, breakfast and lobby area clean.
Cons: Wanted to pay cash at check out but charged my account overnight and slipped bill under door even after I was specific about payment. Person at counter didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Also, bathroom was full of someone else's hair both in tub and floor. Toilet seat not clean either. Door to enter room very difficult to open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall, quite clean. Comfortable bed. Nice to have hot breakfast in the morning.
Cons: Found what looked like mustache or eyebrow hair between sheets (2)

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Naysay dirty! Linens were rags...really bad. Forget this joint...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and had good customer service
Cons: I didn't see any breakfast area nor was the parking lot shoveled/plowed which this morning we had some snow so it would have been nice note worrying about the parking lot
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: The room smelled horrible. It was 20 degrees outside but we still slept with the windows open because of the terrible smell in the room.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The location was the best thing about the stay. We were very close to my friends house.
Cons: The staff were RUDE! The rooms were small and musty smelling. Breakfast area was completely inadequate for a hotel that size and with the traffic flow/people that were there. The pool area is messy and uninviting. To put it short and sweet, I would never stay there again. In fact, my husband and I have said this experience has turned us off to ALL Wyndham properties.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was ok. Easily accessible from Hiway 20. The room was clean. Staff was polite and professional.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that we were in a room that was in a separate building from the pool, breakfast, the bar....pretty much everything. Fortunately, it was a decent day but if I had been staying there in the middle of the winter, there is no way I would have been using the pool. The hotel is a little older than it looks in the pictures and seems like it was a little over priced for what it was, but all things considered we had an acceptable stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly!
Cons: It took a little bit of time to get the room to the right temperature. The breakfast buffet was limited.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The “breakfast” was horrible. No variety at all. Bread and bananas. For the money we paid it was a horrible experience. A light blanket in 20 degree weather!?! Towels that can only dry off a child. It was just not what you’d think for $300. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed were soft and comfortable. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast was plenty.
Cons: I specifically called to make sure the pool was working and warm. Told it was and they have a dry sauna. That pool is only warm to prepubescent 9 nine year old boys splashing they teenage sister with her screaming that it is too cold and he denies it. The sauna didn't work and obviously hadn't even been turned on this century. The was a light, but no switch to turn it on. It was icky!!!!

Pros: Perhaps most importantly, the room felt clean. Refrigerator, microwave (which we didn't use -- but nice to have). Wifi worked fine.
Cons: No blow dryer in room. Looks like it had pulled off/taken off wall. Minimal breakfast fare. White bread/bagels, cold cereal. No hard boiled eggs, yogurts, waffles. Horrible coffee the day we were there ... good thing there is a restaurant next door.

3.8 Mediocre
Cons: There was no clean blanket. I felt cold all night long
1.0 Poor
Pros: The rooms was dirty, especially the bathroom. I found a hair stuck on the shower bar, housekeeper came in to reclean it with a bottle of cleaner and one rag. This is not a hotel more like a motel. It seems like people live there weekly would not recommend
Cons: I didn’t like that it’s advertised as a hotel when it’s a motel. I was with my 17 year old cousin and didn’t really feel safe. Rooms are outside not in a building
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Workers right next to overnight guests. The workers have big diesel trucks they startup at 5am and run them for 15 minutes. Unbelievably loud.
