As at the end of 2005, these projects had been successfully delivered on-time, a Marina Canal along the Sungai Menyala, a conference hall, 570 riverine villa, 300 resort-condotel units, bungalow lots, an 18-hole royal Palm Springs golf club course, a golf clubhouse, a club village featuring the largest sand pool in Malaysia, children's fun pool, reflexology pool, jacuzzis, tennis court, karaoke rooms and 28 caravans.
