Nice garden and swiming pool. WiFi and cable internet insulting expensive for an hotel of this reputation. These services should be offered for free as are doing many other hotels. Meals not specials and stupidly expensive for no reasons. Absence of shower in my room but a tiny bathtub..very unconfortable
Commitmnet of its staff and cleanliness
Good location, just outside the main city confusion but close enough to the administrative quarter. Good attendance and good areas on both lobby, rooms and restaurants. Excellent location of the breakfast with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.
The breakfast which was served to our room was very good and well presented. Had lunch at the restaurant and it was good. The plastic doors in the bedrooms leading to room and bathroom... very difficult to close and look cheap!
stuff was very helpfull and friendly; architecure of the pool- restaurant; styling of the hotel itself; the garden (also from above) with it's lovely herbal part CD at the pool-side...
The room Staff interaction
the thing which i like in the hotel the free internet acces the rate of the hotel is too high bass on the qulity of the hotel
The location of the hotel The breakfast was very poor
Excellent room accomodation. Very good LAN internet access. Good locatin. Very poor and inefficient buffet breakfast arrangement, inattentive staff in the cafeteria.
security, the staff is very polite and open to help you waiting a lot for a simple things like recharge of the entry-card for the room; breakfast not enogh variable. In reality these are things more related to the maroccian style and not to the booking.com
nothing. bad service, dirty room at check-in, expensive. nothing good to outline all the above
not More than 50 $
very bad breakfest
cleanliness, good view 1.poor maintainance. door & locks malfunction 2.no complimentary tea and cookies 3. fruit basket given in the evening before checkout. it was a waste.
Good location, clean. Desk people were a bit cold but all other staff were helpful. Food was good but not great.
The stay was fabulous. lovely prepared meals. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The tranquility of the hotel was amazing, just been inside the garden/swimming area was a holiday in itself . great hotel indeed. The only thing on the website under services its written that there is an Airport Shuttle. On arriving to the hotel asked if they had an Airport Shuttle they said no, we would have to order a taxi which they would do. So that was an extra expense that we did not plan for. To me that is not an Airport shuttle but taxi service that I could get at any Hotel.
Its location The price/quality relation is very poor. Also, they have an associated Car hire business which misquoted prices, and then when I said I was going to pay with Credit Card said to me that i would then have to pay 20% additional. The way this company wanted to give me the car hiring contract was also not very transparent. A Hotel should only recommend serious companies.
Wifi price and validity period
Second time I travel to Rabat and I stay in this hotel for business. First time stayed in junior suite (very large and confortable) second time in standard room at 4th floor. The hotel is good if you are using it only to sleep and to work. Few minutes walking from downtown (theatre, post office, station area) with lot of restaurants and shops. Few minutes walking from Rabat Medina. It has no swimming pool, no sauna, no gymn. If you are travelling for business and your wife is with you she will hav anything but the room and large hall to stay!
It was comfortable and convenient and we met there the group with whom we were going to be traveling -- all of whom, by the way, did not have as pleasant an experience with the Hotel as we did.
Room was clean - restaurants and bars were good but a bit over priced, but food very good Not a lot of ammenities considering it's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Lost electricity in my room for a few hours also before it was fixed. WOuld recommend but only as somewhere basic to stay
the room was booked through the site, however when i arrived there was no reservation, lucky that they had a room available.
Close to local market and attractions Room was not that clean. In couple of times the towels were missing from the bathroom! Had to call room service. I left my silver chain in the room, e-mailed to ask to give to my colleague who was still there….still waiting for the response
It was in the center, the lobby was large and nice. THe rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. The alarm on my door made a rattling sound all through the first night, I couldn't sleep at all. I told this to the reception; they said they would call a technician but they didn't. The next evening again I insisted and they called the technician at 12 o'clock at night. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience, they didn't offer any reductions. They didn't change my room. Only after the second day, when my husband couldn't enter the room somehow, they changed the room.
Quick room service but often not exactly what we asked for I had to ask them to clean the room, the 2nd day it wasn't done, when I asked why they hadn't done it the first day they said because the no entry was on the door handle, it was until 12midday afterwards it was 'make up my room' following my complaint when I returned to the room a 2nd day when it hadn't been cleaned at 3pm they came and cleaned a little but didn't hoover the carpet
the shower and tv were broken
Wonderful location and remarkably interesting building. No
the peacefull feeling of the hotel you can hear everything very well inside the hotel
Locatrion, pleasant reception, food snacks in the rooms. We were booked for 2 nights originally, but flight schedules caused us to change to one night. Please correct your info. Having stayed in upscale Riads in Marrakech and Fez, Dar El Kebira was a let down. The ambiance is antiquated and while I like that and it makes it cozy, it could have been more elegant. The owners, managers, and staff were most accommodating. A guest should be made aware that a "duplex" room means that a double bed could be ina tigh space on a second level accessed only by step tiled steps, so those with navigation problems should be steered away from this room (Orange). There should be more amenities in the bathroom-hairdryer, better quality soaps, shampoos, and towels. We stayed in the Organge Room and only one bath towel was provided which we didn't notice until it was too late to request another our first night.
The Riad is well located, close to the Kasbah and within the medina. I stayed there for one night on a whistle-stop tour of Rabat. Location is great - accessible on foot from the entrance to the Kasbah des Oudayas, and very close to the action in the middle of the Medina - although far enough away to be quiet enough to sleep. I didn't have any trouble with noise. The place itself looks gorgeous inside - a real oasis of calm - especially when you get up to the roof terrace for breakfast. I took dinner there in the evening - which again, I couldn't fault. Overall - a gem of a place. If you're trying to find it, there are signs up around the media; or if you have a GPS, the location is N34 01.693 W6 50.156
Good location, english speakinf and excellent customer service Specious and beutiful but not very practical bath room
The manager Ms Amina, she was of a great help and great person to meet. Very freindly staff and an amazing feeling while your in the hotel.
Interior design is great. It's a nightmare to find it.
intimate, freindly, colourful, inspiring, attentive, comfortable, and a really great breakfast on a lovely roof terrace
