quite, not over-crowded, good attentive and helpful staff breakfast much too expensive
10/10 is just not enough for this hotel. They merit even more. Surprisingly every staff learned my name from the first day and greeted me with my name all the time. They were extremely polite, kind and helpful. The pool, the room, the breakfast were all magnificient. The location is the best in Siem Reap in between trees. The reception was perfect, they postponed my checkout for hours, according to my plane time without a fee but with smiles. I used the concierge for a guide and private car for visiting Angkor, they were perfect too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is basically a very good hotel. Room is large enough and the staff are friendly. The food of the hotel restaurants is pretty good too. I stayed in room 302 which is facing the road and is pretty noisy. During my stay there, the neighbours had some sort of celebration and were playing music literally for the whole day which was very annoying.
Staff and service - warm, friendly, and consistent, guests were treated as royalty. Facilities - elegant, beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Value - more expensive than out on the street, but worth every penny extra because of the atmosphere in the hotel Atmosphere - beyond words. Felt like a luxury hotel everywhere we went. There is really nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Only thing that could be improved is the cooling in the gym, it did get very hot when exercising with intensity.
We just returned from a week stay at the Khmer Mansion Hotel and can not fully express the extent of our satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and helpful. By the end of our first day I think the entire staff had approached us individually to introduce themselves. The remainder of our stay we were greeted by name and asked if we required anything more.It was not unusual for the chef to come out of the kitchen and asked if we were satisfied with our meal, which we always were. I have never experienced this level of service before and have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.. Noise from bar next door could be heard at night in the open hallway but was not a problem in our room.
The staff was super friendly and sincerely concerned about our stay. Every time we saw any member of the staff, they were asking about our room, our sleep, our food, everything. And every time we returned to the hotel, they greeted us with a glass of cold water and asked about our day and the places we visited. The hotel felt new and clean, the room was nice, and the location was very convenient and easy to navigate to from Pub Street. We would definitely come back! Some construction going on next door; not really a big deal for us, and the hotel can't avoid it. Also the loud club music next door, but it ended around 10pm. At 10pm you should still be out enjoying the nightlife yourself, or at least getting a last-minute massage. The staff actually told about both of these issues when we checked in, and apologized for the inconvenience.
best hotel i have ever stayed at for the money. the rooms are extremely comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning is great it has a lot of western foods. The pool is awesome.
The facilities were tremendous and staff couldn't have been more friendlier. The shuttle bus driver was always cheerful and timely.
The hotel staff were the most polite and friendly we have ever had. Everyone who works there always has a smile for the guests, fabulous! The hotel is nothing short of palatial, from the lobby to the rooms. The facilities are top notch, pool, spa etc. All in all a fantastic experience! Absolutely nothing.
The staff were quite friendly the pool area was nice. It had a really relaxed atmosphere. The breakfasts were good too. Housekeeping was a little rough in areas. Staff were trying to get us to go to the airport 1.5 hrs earlier than required and then the hotel van was late to pick us up anyway.
The cleanliness, the architecture, the pool, the gesture of the staff to send us the cake on our 1-year anniversary. The noise of the generator as background noise at the pool, the poor english and lack of training of certain staff (especially the one in charge of the day restaurant)
The staff friendliness and willing to help The breakfast and massage were really good The room cleaning service was not the best. The welcome fruit wasn´t cleaned during all our stay.
it is a quite standard 4-star hotel. The breakfast is really good. It is a little far away from the city.
Staff was courteous & helpful. It is a relatively new hotel, but it is already looking rundown. Should keep up maintenance.
Went there with my friend for a pure photography trip to the Angkor, The hotel is clean, environmentally conscious, Good Breakfast. though could turn monotonous if you stay there longer. Free wifi is good.
All the staff made our stay very pleasent and I would return to the Tara if we returned to Siem Reap as it is very convenient for Angkor Wat and other tempels. The Spar is a must as the staff are very professional and well trained
Location and hotel rate Suggestions to improve service - more staff should learn to speak English. A need for a full timer who can recommend tourist sites to visit.
the hotel was amazing for the price we paid. the hotel had excellent service the breakfast was ok, even though it had a full breakfast with omlet egg station. the food was average
Staffs are very friendly. Good location.
I like nothing about this hotel as my 400 dollar has been stolen from the room. It was done in a very planned way. Not only my dollars were stolen my booking number which was in my email has been deleted as my laptop was opened.I did not know staffs of a four star hotels were like this. Due to word limitation i cant explain the whole scenerio. If anyone wants to know please write me email to email@example.com. I am alerting people not to go to this hotel or if you go please lock your belongings specially money...Though you will be getting all the services and comforts but you wont feel secure. So please lock your belongings. The room was fantastic. Large, spacious, and clean. Hardwood floors and stone showers and fixtures, simple but elegant. The staff was very helpful, and there was a pool (that I did not use). The placement was good, a short walk from the busiest parts of town. In an ideal world, it would have more facilities. But that would really be asking too much given the price.
staff were friendly. breakfast good. room was very spacious. Whirlpool tub in room was fun. Pool area is lovely. The staff were very nice but had very limited English so that was difficult to get advice, directions, etc. The really bad thing was no light at front doorway the morning I was leaving at 5 am to go watch sunset at Angkor Wat. Staff gave me wake up call then went back to sleep on bench in lobby. When I walked out front hotel door, I tripped on uneven paving stones (no light so pitch black) and twisted my ankle. The rest of the day my walking was very limited. Manager was apologetic when I finally found in later in the day, but the damage was done and I still have a sore ankle. Keycard controlled electricity in room so frig went off during the day, so was useless. very hot in Siem Reap and blanket was too warm. By 3rd night I thought to ask for extra sheet to cover with instead of blanket.
the room that i booked was taken by another customer when i arrived at the hotel. the staffs just apologised and told me to get myself the refund. they wouldnt let me have any rooms, saying that it was already full.
Angkor Miracle Resort is a 4*-Plus hotel by my book. The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. My group stayed in a pool-facing room which was clean & spacious. Restaurant (breakfast & lunch), pool & exercise room were decent. For the price we paid, Angkor Miracle was a great value. However, we will more likely stay in another five-star hotel closer to the park in the future. More discreet guests may find the bed and linen comfortable but definitely not comparable to Heavenly Bed by Westin or alike. We also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom - but not something we considered unexpected. While Siem Reap is a relatively small town, Angkor Miracle is considerably further (extra 10-15 minutes each way) from other hotels to the Angkor Wat park.
perfect service, nice atmosphere and ambiance, good place to visit Angkor, many thanks to Jacky
like most of the thing, service really good, very polite . the butler are great as well. very privite. not much transportation, you either take their limo or the they call"doke doke". so take the limo is expensive.
The staff were super friendly and they made the experience very enjoyable. The gardens and pool were lovely - you really felt secluded. I would definitely recommend getting a massage - they were excellent and great value. Easy to walk into town. Make sure you remember where the hotel is as it can be hard to find - we got very lost coming back from town in a tuk tuk!
The manager, smiley and always ready to organise things according to our requests no
A restful setting and the owner was personable and every need we had was provided for!
