Hacing a room on the 5th floor made access very easy
No tea or coffee making facilities in the romm and the bar snaks were limited.
Free parking and easy walking distance to town centre sites
The location and convenient use of the car park
The small room
Although the hotel did not have the charm that a smaller or older hotel might have, the facilities were very clean and modern...and met my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was extensive. We were traveling with a car and chose the hotel because it had free parking and was within the town walls. Overall we were happy with the choice.
The hotel is a bit of a walk to the Duomo...we were traveling with my father who is handicapped (walks) but we were using a wheelchair. It was definitely possible to get to the main sites from the hotel but it was a bit of a chore...additionally, the south side of the city, where the hotel is located, is quite a bit quieter than the part north of the main piazza...I suppose this could be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective.
The room was great and the view was fabulous.
