The breakfast was first class the hotel staff were very helpfull and curteous at all times. The taxi service was very good we did use the pool but it looked excellent we will defently use this hotel again. NO
Staff very welcoming and helpful, especially Edi at front desk, rooms charming, dining veranda overlooks the old city of Siena, great breakfast buffet, attractive evening bar and dining, easy walk to the city. initially given a charming room but overlooking the parking lot, moved to a view room for second night.
Excellent food, excellent location for exploring Sienna, beautiful room and bed linen.
you felt like you were in a mini resort, though it was still a bus/taxi/car ride into town . It was really hot when we were in Siena and the pool was great to cool off. The restaurant had a nice choice of food and wine and not too expensive dinner didn't start until 7.30 (which is common in Italy - it's not really a critisism of this hotel in particular) which with a young child means they are tired already when it comes to dinner time :-(
Free parking and the breakfast was good. The view from the main villa was also good. The room was a little too cold.
Location is good. Front counter staff is not very friendly. However, restaurant staff are generally friendly and efficiently.
Great location and can walk into Siena if you are up to it! We had a great view from our room in the main building. Very helpful staff. Excellent free parking. A four star hotel should have real glasses in the rooms not plastic.
Nice hotel with good facilities. Staff were helpful at all times. Room clean and comfortable but rather small, even though we upgraded to a superior room. Further from Siena than led to believe when booking but bus service good.
Location Front desk wasn't that informed about the area and/or didn't want to provide tourist info unless it was about the tours they were promoting
Bed, sheets and breakfast Good walk into centre
staff unhelpful, location poor for access to city,
It gave me a feeling of contentment and confidence that whatever I had at the hotel would be first class. Nothing.
close proximity for sightseeing restaurants etc. Helpful staff.
Very good rooms and instalations. Everything clean and new and a lot of space. The staff was wonderful also. The breakfast is good, but nothing special. It´s also easy to park on the street behind the hotel and the best thing is that is free. The only downside is the location, a little distant from the main attractions. You have to walk 15 to 20 minutes.
Breakfast I could hear the other guests while in my room (meaning, the soundproofing could be improved).
location, room and tours offered from hotel
very clean room, newly renovated excellant location ,over all excellant hotel . there is a young man with shaved head,at front desk ,he was a bit abrupt. also the breakfast room did not have room for every one at once. but it is an excellant hotel for the money.brand new, clean.
Close to city attractions Dining room too small sometimes had to wait for table at breakfast
Large room. Large bathroom with tub and shower.
Quiet, comfortable and cosy.
The hotel was in good walking distance of city centre. There were good local eating places that were used mainly by locals. The hotel was comfortable and very good value. No - there was nothing we did not like.
The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The Italian breakfast was superb.
the reception staff was excellent.
The hotel was very near Sienna, about a 5 minute drive away from the center. The hotel shares the building w/ a restaurant and they serve awesome food at a decent price, too! The staff were helpful and nice; there was a play place for the kids, too bad it was raining and we couldn't utilize it. Breakfast was normal for Europe- breads, jams, coffee, juices. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but it was okay.
Service was very good - friendly helpful staff
Easy access from main road, parking, air conditioning, friendly staff. Little out of town but compensated by above.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull I missed the egg at breakfast
We were very impressed with the standard of the hotel, it is a lovely small hotel, the restaurant attached to it (whilst not owned by the hotel) was excellent, the location was great probably better if you have a car but to walk to the centre would take approximately 20/30 mins. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
The staff were incredibly friendly. After a few minutes we felt as if we had known them for years. Excellent accomodation for the price. Nothing at all.
Well located but a healthy walk to centre of old city. Room is comfortable and reasonable size. Amenities are OK. Staff is excellent and breakfast up to standard. Need to keep windowws closed at night to avoid noise.
Staff were extremely friendly and informative. Hotel was very clean.
I staid for one night at this lovely hotel, I surprised by their atmosphere and lovely cute rooms. For sure if I wanna go again to Siena certainly I am going to this hotel again!!!!,Location, cleanness, stuff, breakfast all the things is perfect!!!
The staff. They were so kind, cheerful, courteous and very helpful. Nothing.
Clean bathroom Room was basically underground... had window, but it was a window well of about 4 feet deep.
hotel staff were very helpful room a little stuffy.
Free internet access Smal bathroom
Free access to tye internet. Quiet room on the parking lot side of the hotel. Acces to busses to go into Sienna Town. Easy parking, free. No
We slept there, while traveling all of tuscany every day....by car All was good.....
Room had a nasty atmosphere
Proximity to train station no
Friendly staff. Close to bus to Siena. Resteraunt menu not very extensive. Great Wine tho.
The staff were very helpful, providing a bus timetable for getting into Siena. It was a fair way from the centre of Siena.
Bus to Siena is right outside. Room comfortable, but small, a good value. Its in an affluent suburb on a hill overlooking Siena. The bus stops early from Siena so its difficult to get into the nightlife w/o taxis, Must take taxi or #7 bus from train station to reach hotel with luggage.
Easy bus access; good beds, sheets, pillows; balcony with great view over Sienna; quiet location; friendly and helpful staff. No evening meal service; very small bathroom.
Far from the city, no night bus to hotel. Expencive hotel, but acceptable during Palio festival.
near to centre, easy bus routes outside hotel. the food was below standard, and overpriced for what was on offer.the breakfast service was disorganised and rushed.
Room overlooking the beautiful coutryside. Bus stop right outside hotel. Helpful staff. I read somewhere that the hotel is located 800m from the railway station. It failed to mention that it's a 800m trek uphill and along roads with no pavement - not a good idea if you are dragging along your luggage.
