Pros: Lovely old farmhouse . Charming , engaging host who was very friendly and did all he could to make our stay comfortable. Great , comfortable bed . Lovely breakfast with unusual jams . All you could ask for .
Cons: Nothing . Everything was lovely .
Pros: Our host made us feel very welcome and could not have done more to help us with information about where to eat nearby where we could take our dog with us. Such a beautiful and interesting old farmhouse, lovely things to look at in each room, beautiful large and cosy living room to relax in and a great breakfast with so many jams to choose from, including home-made ones. Absolutely delightful, would have liked to stay longer. Good dog walk nearby around the local Lac, happy dog too!
Cons: Nothing could have been better. The room was charming and comfortable and beautifully warm on a very cold (frosty) night.
Pros: The location was perfect for us, nature lovers : silent and surrounded by pastureland in a tiny little village with a beautiful little and special church. Breakfast was abundant with bread, croissants, chocolate bread, cookies, tea, yoghurt, cheese, butter and many marmelades. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Wifi in the room was not working properly but this is a minor thing. We also had noise from the guests above us. When they walked around, the wooden floor trembled and made a lot of noise. But that has nothing to do with the owner.
Pros: Excellent location for travelling to Spain and avoiding Bordeaux ring road, which is a nightmare! Lovely little rural guest house, close to a couple of large towns for restaurant and Bazas especially for sightseeing. Owners are very friendly. Nice continental breakfast included in the price
Pros: Friendly owner and mother. Excellent hosts
Located in Auros, Chambres d'Hôtes Rouge Bordeaux is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Graves and Sauternais Golf and Chateau St Vincent. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Megane & Julien are wonderful-- warm, creative, helpful hosts who made us feel like part of the village.
Pros: Friendly and helpful owners (recommended a restaurant and booked for us). Central location in Auros and easy walking distance to all amenities. Some original thought in the breakfast made a change from the usual croissants and jam. Nice to spend time at breakfast chatting to the owners.
Cons: A modified window that could swing and tip could help with ventilation in the room we were allocated, as would perhaps a small aircon until rather than a fan.
Pros: Our stay at Chambre d'hote rouge Bordeaux was one of the best B&B experiences I've ever had. From the warm welcome to the crepe breakfast to the serenity of the countryside, everything was perfect. Julien helped us plan our tour of the countryside, and Megan chatted with us and made sure we were comfortable. Would rate 11/10 if I could. We will most certainly be back.
Cons: NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT :)
Pros: We like the good quality and well made food served over breakfast, the large airy and bright rooms. Julien, the owner was very hospitable and accommodating to us traveling with a young child.
Cons: Nothing really!
Pros: Swim in the pool on arrival - breakfast was delicious
Cons: It was very hot, could have used a 2nd fan in bedroom. We didn’t ask so perhaps there might have been one.
Pros: Stayed here while travelling through France on motorcycles , it's a beautiful renovated large house in a little village, large rooms , very good quality and a fantastic host , even had a little outside pool , I highly recvomend this place .
Pros: Very friendly family run B&B, extremely helpful with any queries, and made us feel most welcome. Beautifully restored old house, with interesting features and in great position for walking trails. Breakfast was exceptional and cooked fresh as we chatted, and a valued change to classic continental.
Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike!

Pros: The home is a beautiful, quiet place to enjoy some time away from the big city! The accommodations are comfortable, clean and spacious. The hosts are super accommodating and friendly and they were very nice to visit with during our stay.
Cons: The location was a bit challenging to find at first but the GPS got us there!!
