Location is great! Breakfast buffet is fabulous! Overall value is reasonable!
The facility seems old, but it doesn't look bad. Pool is small, but it was ok for kids.
They were able to relocate me to another room when I requested. The original was too noisy as it overlooked Bugis market. Very comfortable bed and wonderful sheets.
Gym sightly disappointing. Would have liked the option of scheduled exercises classes like the hotel I stayed in in Hanoi.
No free WiFi , the decorate getting specially floor , carpet and bathroom .
Easy use of the club lounge.
room was very comfortable, the gym friendly and good pool.
long time to get case to room on arrival. seems this is often the case in hotels. in future will carry case to room.
Friendly staff and nice ambience
I stayed on the 4th floor where there was a little garden. I noticed ants crawling into my room from there. This is unacceptable.
Perfect location, size of the room, cleaniness and the tempreture control of the air-conditioning is very efficient and easy to operate
Swimming pool is small in relative term when compared to Stamford, Conrad and Ritz Carlton in Singapore
The staff were nothing short of exceptional - the best I've ever experienced.
Lack of in-room wireless internet connectivity.
the scale of the room is good
The service by the hotel staff was impeccable. Amonf the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere.
The fitness center was very good, but not up to the standard of other Intercontinental Hotels I have visited.
