pool area is fantastic the ai con in the room was to loud could not sleep had to move room the air con there was not much better , spoke with another guest he had the same problem
The hotel is excellent in the service and in the comfort, I recomend all young couples to spend the week end their . The receptionist was new and dose not know how to use the credit card to confirm the booking
The place is beautiful. Same about the pool and the restaurants. The restaurant staff were very accomodating and always ready to go that extra mile. The service and reception staff needs a lot more training on customer handling. This was the only resort where the staff stood and watched (literally)while we were struggling with loading/unloading our luggage from the caddy. Also they can do a bit more with some training on spoken English. Also the they need to improve on the way they serve their coffee. lack of good wines was another point that we noticed.
The most important thinks which I was looking for it, the relaxation and I found at the al Bandar. the furniture is old
Swimming pool. Sea view. Sheesha is not outside.
The swimming pool was so nice clean and comfort, well looking after , the parking was sufficent all over the resort , the night activity was also sufficent The security at the gate, was slow and the reception personel were also slow in confirming the reservation
The pool and bowling/ snooker The room was not set up for 3 people staying there as we had booked. We had to ask for additional items (towels/ iron etc). They should also provide complimentary water in the room.
I only liked the Marina Credobility of the reception staff
The rooms was very clean, and the bathrooms too. the staff was very helpful, my friends and I really enjoyed the stay on it. The bathrooms aren't have wire spray, but only in the one bedroom villa.
Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, lovely pool.
very near to airport They charged my credit card one day ahead of my arrival.
1-The location of the hotel was bad because it was in the International airport !!! If I new that I would not select it.( This hotel good for transset passengers .) 2- The room was so small for 2 person pluse extrabed for my10 years old douter !!Therefore, I changed it and paied double charge for that .
Room size No coffee equipment in room, Internet is relatively expensive and not-flexable: you pay US$ 13 for one continues hour, i.e. you can not break your time into sessions!!.
Good service, location close to airport, nice view from room terrace. Prices are very high, at least the rate should include breakfast and internet access 24h.
Generally good facilities Staff need more training of how to approach customers better during checkout, with better manners and simple explanation of charges without the need to force the customer to ask any questions.
close to the airport the prices of meals, breakfast is high, 50 USD
It was very quite and realxing The pillows, please change them, could not sleep the entire night. Woke up my neck was killing me.
iv stayed there before and because of this wanted to stay again
Breakfast buffet variety was nice. They offer a good babysitting service. Location is very central to access the city. There was a bad smell dominating the main lobby. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the bed is a bit small ...
The food was excellent. The room was comfortable and big enough to accomodate a person or two easily. The location was very good: near the higway but far enough so that there is no noise.
The location is good, very close to the airport. The hotel is very outdated, and really is not a 5-star hotel.
The hotel had a nice ambience and was centrally located for me with easy reach to my meetings in Manama area. Yes, but I think as I got a very good rate from Booking.com, the hotel staff put me in some old section of the hotel which wasnt renovated. At nights I had somebody moving furniture for 2-3 hours above my room and after complaining to the Duty Manager, It was stopped.
Pleasant a freindly staff
Convienent position for shopping Main restuarant situated in the lobby area. Definately not 5 star dining.
well managed under renovation
Location and the breakfast in the room was good, though not covered by the rate. Staff were polite and curtiuous. Many TV channels. Morning Newspaper. Free parking, but not shaded. The furniture was old with some stains. The bed was big but not so comfortable.
Clean Rooms needs to be updated for sure to get the 4 or 5 star rating
the hotal is good but one thing was not understandable in the booking is the tax and service charges to be paid separately and not cover in the booking amount. the parking should have security
recepition The vibration and noisy sound in Elevators give bad indication for the Hotels. and may be the low room lighting level (Yellow light), bath-staff and space of the room.
My stay of 3 nights was quiet and comfortable. The restaurants available at this hotel were very good and there were more restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern and tranquil - excellent! breakfast staff did not understand me, twice. They got me something I did not order.
The room decor, bathroom are excellent. Nothingi in particular.
Beautiful modern design chalets, located in the beautiful Amwaj Islands and very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from the City. Needs to improve the service.
it is nice no
Chalet design No any kind of entertainment for the chieldrins , No restaurants or coffe shops in the hotel !!!!!!
Very quite. close to the open sea were my family and I like to go. large rooms. Untrained, unprofessional staff with poor skills. Bad interior design. the stairs are disaster. I spent most of my time claiming them back and forth. no usual hotel facilities. no beach. the swimming pool area are very small for the number of Chalets. very expensive.
I liked the area, the place is very quite, nice, warm The chalet was not ready when I arrived, not clean
It is relly bad & not worth the value what you charge me it should less than 60%
i like the chalet from inside only. staff where really bad spicaly the recptinat.
great setting, beautiful weather very friendly people.pool and surrounding areas very clean and young children friendly.food at the hotel was of high quality in the muju restaurant. had freinds living close by so this was an advantage. very quiet during the week had the pool to ourselves! a/c of high quality and kept the children cool in the middle of the day. Manama not far away and a great deal of activities for a young family to keep them occupied the kitchen was sparsely eqippped with not enough crockery and cutlery to provide for 6 people. the staff made more available but still a small pain.the stairs are difficult to keep young children off and they also kept banging their shins. breakfast was not worth the 4bhd a day so we shopped at the local supermarket for food which was of a better value.
Brilliant service. The team at the Sealoft were always willing to help. Very quick to respond. Lovely pool. Good location. Nice rooms. Good aircon. Good parking. Recommended. Free internet. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. TV in bedrooms did not work. Not enough plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans etc. in kitchen. Poor breakfasts. Some of the showers did not work correctly. Not all rooms have spa even though it says they do on the website. Some of the toilet seats were too small.
they have to tack care more to chose thier staff
pleasant service from staff. The hotel has live entertainment and it was so loud it prevented any possiblility of sleep before midnite or even later. We will not stay in the hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone either. We will also do our best to deter any other people from booking into the hotel.
The Hotel is just ok and I think that I should have got a better hotel for what I have Paid. The Location
night club only room was not clean , bathroom, swiming pool
friendly staff thumping disco until 02.00 everyday
The staff was Ok The rooms are not comfortable, windows were very dirty, the bed was hard, the internet comes and goes ( once it was a24 hours no internet), and other things, I didn't enjoy my stay
near to down town nothing
Worth of money. I stayed at royal Suite. It's look like an apartment. The staff are very friendly. I do not recommended the hotel for families.
Good location and large room. They had very little tourist information. Could or would not tell us approximately what a taxi would cost. They wanted the map back that was given to us.
the room was amazing. the single room was a little small but the next day i changed to the royal suite (the difference was not much for my shock) and it was everything i hoped for, clean, very very spacious, the mini bar if fully loaded, the bathroom was extremly clean, the facilities of the place are amazing begining with bar, the Asian club and the swimming pool. i didn't like the arabic club that much. i am definitly going back there in my next vacation, and finally i havea number one favorite hotel in bahrain after years oftrying different hotels. the only thing while staying in the single room that bothered me was the lake of space, it was really narrow, and the bed took like 90% of the room.
nice furnitued rooms, good services 24hrs, Helpful Staff, good food they need to change the Towels as they are very old. The Junior Suite is the best in this hotel
The location It was an awful experience for me and my family, noises come from everywhere from the broken air conditioner, nightclub and the guests. The service was way too poor, I had to call the reception two times to get my laundry! And don’t expect someone to help you with your luggage when you check out!? You have to do it by yourself. I’m sorry but that’s what happened and other things I’d rather not to mention.
