Pros: Garden, cold drinks, closely located old town.
Cons: A TV would have been nice.
Pros: All of it!! The people, the host, the place, everything was nice
Pros: Excellent accommodation in quiet Pitsidia. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Wide choice for breakfast. Staff are nice and always available. Strongly recommended.
Pros: See below
Cons: The owner was aggressive towards me as my bank card would not allow me to take our adequate funds. So my payment was 66euros short. I rang my mother and she heard him shouting at me and being threatening. I go to Pitsidia a lot and he was abusive and discriminating about the people I knew in the area. He refused to speak to my mother who was happy to transfer the money. This was an unusual experience as everywhere else is great, and the people are lovely.
Pros: Breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. There were many choices and my favourite was the fruit and yogurt
Cons: The beach, too sandy/stoney and not pleasant on the days we went
Pros: Excellent breakfast, very nice staff
Pros: The breakfast is very good and with several choices. The garden is very nice and the property also offers a private parking area. The owner is very nice and helpful.
Cons: Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay.
Pros: The staff is very kind!
Pros: Nice staff Very good breakfast with fresh and home-made products Parking available
Cons: Not always hot water in the shower Bathroom was a bit old in general Although the room was done, the bathroom garbage with the toilet papers was not emptied
Pros: Very pleasant stay at the pension, Kerstin and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again!

The property is located 5 km from Matala village and the archaeological site of Festos Palace. Free parking is possible nearby.
Pros: The rooms, large enough and with nice decorations.
Cons: The fridge was very small and without freezer. The bathroom was too small. The air-conditioner was badly positioned and cooled only two of the four beds of our room. The terrace could be used for breakfast/dinner or just to stay together, but a stink of sewer often came out from the four tubes on the roof.

Pros: Water melon on arrival was delicous
Pros: Wonderful staff and such good value for money! They recommended a local taverna where the chef is married to one of the women who runs the hotel, and the breakfast which was included was delicious: fresh eggs, bread, yoghurt and local honey. Beautiful.
Pros: The property was in a good location just outside the lovely village of Sivas- about a 5 minute walk into the village. The owners and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and plenty of it. Beds were really comfortable.
Cons: As there were 3 people sharing our room it was a bit cramped. Glad we took our own kettle as there wasn't one there.
Pros: Georgia and her mom and husband and brother and cats were all wonderfully friendly hosts. They made us feel beautifully welcome. The breakfast (bread, homemade apricot jam, yogurt, eggs, fresh orange juice) was awesome.
Cons: The single bed for the kid could have been more comfortable.
Pros: The breafast was excellent (especially the orange juice which is fantastic). The family were very welcoming and friendly. The property is situated on the edge of a small and pretty village where there are plenty of restaurants but there is not the bustle of the coast resorts like Matala which is only a ten minute drive away. The village and property are surrounded by orchards and olive groves. A short interesting drive will bring you to a monastery which is quiet and serene and well worth a visit.
Pros: The situation, quiet place
Cons: In fact, nothing
Pros: Family are wonderful. So welcoming. Greeted with fresh fruit and frappes'. Walked up to village at night for delicious meal. A nice beach 10 min drive. Heraklion only an hours drive away on good road. Delicious breakfast in morning.
Cons: You have to pay with card. Their ' machine ' wasn't working No ATM /banks in village. Extra 6 euro per day for air con, wifi just okay.
Cons: A holder of a shower was broken :(
Pros: - Breakfast was good - bread, egg, jam, coffee and juice - rooms are ok - Hot shower
Cons: - aircon / heater costs extra which was not mentioned in the booking - it's ok for one or max. two nights
