Pros: This is probably our favourite hotel that we have stayed in. The food is great and the breakfast was amazing. We had a paleo and a vegan in our group and both were able to eat a proper breakfast. There is a pool table and a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use. There are even toys in the kitchen for children to play with. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
Pros: Helpful friendly staff who spoke good English, tasty freshly cooked food.
Cons: Distance from town when using public transport.
Pros: We stayed for one night on the way to our final destination, therefore the location was very convenient. There were small things that made our stay comfortable (toiletteries, slippers etc). Not all hotels offer family rooms with two separate bedrooms, but Hotel Komes does. The breakfast was basic but ok. Breakfast had a personal service and orders.
Cons: How they serve breakfast should be improved, the equiment looks dated, however everything is clean.
Located in Starachowice, Hotel Europa Business & SPA is within a 5-minute drive of Museum of Nature and Technology and Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: braeakfast, restaurant, rooms
Cons: this hotel is pretty like labrinth
Pros: If you are looking for really nice place with cosy and good-looking SPA facilities, fantastic and tasty food (world and regional), friendly staff and good price/quality relation - this place is for you! If we will come any day to Starachowice, we will book this place once again.
Pros: Super Breakfast, clean room nice pool
Pros: It is the second time we visited and we already new the place. Nice and helpful stuf. Clean room. Very good breakfast with variety. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really great. The stuff really helpful with suggestions.
Cons: No sleepers in the room. When we asked for we were informed that we had to pay for them. I believe that for a 4 star hotel and for the price we paid the slippers should be standard. Also for dubble bed 2 different single durvets. Not really practical.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The stay was for mu friends wedding and I had to set up a presentation for the married couple. Paulina and Leszek from the Senator hotel were very help full and cooperating. My respect and thanks to them. I am looking forward to see them again for my next stay.
Pros: The food was very good. The spa area has two saunas (the third one for special therapies), a resting room, and a salt cave - all of them very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly!
Pros: Really nice spa and thermal area.
Pros: all was great
Cons: I didn't find any disadvantage

Pros: Pleasent place but too many doors and confuse organization.
Cons: Bar at the palace was close.
Pros: A beautiful setting, lots of history around you(castle, chapel going back hundreds of years). Everything clean, beautifully displayed, many places to sit down and relax- tucked away, a lovely smell in the air- must be some aromatic oils. Attentive and smiley staff
Cons: A charge to park our car on hotel's grounds, is that really necessary? They would be better off including it in a room price, but I'd say don't charge guests at all, it might put some people off. It would be nice to see more information being translated to English.
Pros: Amazing place as a city getaway with wonderful breakfast. The hotel has huge green area, where you can just wander around and relax. Sauna and pool are very clean and cozy.
Pros: A very nice hotel in the quiet place. There is a beautiful garden and a spa inside. Personnel is very helpful and nice. There were very nice breakfasts and in the evening a pleasant restaurant.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable.
Pros: The saunas were very nice, but not open the whole day.
Cons: The rooms were below average, with cheap furniture and not very comfy. Small changing room in the spa, not separated for men and women. Spa is not open the whole day. Looks like this place has seen better days.To get to the spa part we had to walk quite a while through an outside corridor.
Pros: No children, quiet, relaxed and suitable for people who want to chill out, enjoy themselves in peace and comfort. Good restaurant, many options in breakfast buffet. Saunas, pool, garden, everything was top notch.
Pros: Roman spa/sauans were excelent, just the opening was 18-21

Pros: We stayed here for a weekend. It’s very quiet and only 5 mins away from Łysica trail. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was great. The salt cave and Finnish sauna were a nice extra touch in this guest house, and the aromatherapy massage was very relaxing too. We don’t speak much Polish, but the staff at reception were extremely helpful! They tried their best to communicate with us, helped us to book a massage, and called us a taxi back to Kielce. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a relaxing weekend getaway!!
Pros: Very nice facilities and staff

Pros: Nice place near forest
Cons: Hotel far from station
Pros: Hotel was ok only stayed 3 nights

Cons: Late party organized by hotel for group of guests which were very loud till very late and did not allow other guests to sleep despite multiple interventions.
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpfull.
Cons: The room was unpleasant to stay in and the bathroom discouraged to stay clean. Overall it really needs a refreshing touch. Not adapted for trolleys.
Pros: Quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice grounds surrounding the hotel. Food was lovely but lacked a big menu just a few items to choose from but what they had was cooked and served very well. New swimming pool area was being built as i stayed not completed so didnt get to use but looked great look forward to my next stay to use this.
Cons: Room wasnt serviced throughout my stay I had to ask for some fresh towels. I wasnt sure if this was usal as i have not stayed in a hotel in poland before.
Pros: Near the main road.
Cons: It is a large complex and I was wondering why did I get the room so far from the reception. In the evening I understood and I was thankfull to the nice and clever receptionist. The hotel hosted some event with a noisy disco until 3 am, so sleeping well was not possible, because of the drums without the end :-) Altough It was allready December the heating in the room was working maybye on 10% and I have to say, that I travel a lot, but I think I never spent the night in so cold hotel room. Most of the guests probably never heard, that the door could be closed at night normally and quietely- simply using the handle. So to summarise this experience. Next time I will better choose another hotell

Pros: Everything was perfect, rooms,spa,breakfast.
Pros: The price was really reasonable to the facility that we had. There was a pool that I haven't used, but seemed like a nice one. I would come back on summer to use this place if I come back to this area.
Cons: The blind of the window was not there. This was not good when the sun was coming in. It would be worse when it is summer.
Pros: The room on top floor was very spacious. Nicely furnished with two separate beds and sofas with central table. Combination of carpet and marble floor looks good.
Cons: First, this hotel is located right next to highway. So you cannot open windows during night in increasingly hot summers. Even with closed windows, the noise of heavy vehicles running on the highway is unbearable. Second, the breakfast is very very basic. It starts at 7 and probably continues till 10am. I went for breakfast at 08:30 and the juices were finished and were not replenished and likewise glasses to drink water were exhausted and the lady on the bar did not bother to put more glasses. The coffee machine was half serviceable. You could not get coffee with milk, instead hot water and instant coffee and milk were placed for you to make it yourself. So much so that bread was not replenished. Really disappointed with breakfast service. Third, the room I got was at third floor. There were no lift so took my luggage through stairs. Even being on top floor, the bathroom was stinking due to smell from the drains. There was no exhaust fan to remove the sewer smell and it was making the room stink too.
Pros: Staff is still as nice and helpful as use to be.
Cons: I know this hotel for years and I am really disappointed how badly dropped the standard. Breakfast not as good as use to be. The hygiene products not available any more. Those use to be as on the pictures but 3 years ago. You can tell there is still building work in progress but this not explain why the electrical wires are exposed. Towels ripped to pieces and SPA equipment not fully functioning. Therefore price not adequate to quality.
Pros: Staff very helpful, pool great, breakfast good......
Cons: Dated interior , noise road
Pros: Brekfast normal, free and huge parking loot.Over all price and quality matching
Cons: checked in after midnight, was hard to wake up reception girl to let us in.
Pros: Friendly staff nice location good service great value for money

Pros: We were welcomed by a very friendly family. From the very beginning we felt like at home and even better. The house is new and everting is well maintained. Quiet and just by the forest it’s the perfect place for anyone seeking for silence, fresh air and away from the city hassle. Around 20’ drive there’s the Oceanika Aquarium. Food was very tasty prepared with local products and a lot of soul and good will from the owners. You must try the homemade pierogi. They’re the best pierogi we tried in Poland. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay a very pleasant one. We look forward to returning as soon as possible. We definitely recommend this pension to anyone. Cheers.
Pros: The hospitality was outstanding. The people running the pension (Magdalena and mother Elisabeth) were so friendly and did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast and dinner (local Polish dish) were superb. I'm afraid I gained a few pounds...
