- very clean, friendly staff, great for the price. - close to Krakow, close to mountains. Great for weekend chill-out. - nice swimming pools and Jacuzzi.
- limited gym equipment (not enough weights, not enough dumbbells) - pool table needs renovation - complicated communication between ground and III and IV floor
We had a very comfy room with a great view ,fair size ,pretty clean.Pools and jacuzzi areas are really good but weekends maybe be little more crowded as locals use the facilities too.The food was as also quiet good .We got our check out time wrong and the staff didnt cause problems so that was nice.
The fish tank at the reception looks like an oil tanker sunk there :) it needs a scrub ,no chance of finding nemo:) Staff were nice but i guess like in most polish hotels you cant expect a personalized service with a smile, even though we were like nearly the only quests. There is also not that much to do in the area but i guess in winter onsite ski slope does the trick.Prices at restaurant and spa are a little over the top and that was the biggest downer. All in all i liked the place and i think we might come back.
The swimming pools were excellent. We were happy with the food we had at the restaurant. The location is really beautiful.
Swimming pools are great. Great place to reset yourself.
It would be nice to have 1 bed for the couple instead of 2 single beds.
Great breakfast-buffet, clean room, friendly stuff, lovely surroundings.
The shower cabine was definitively too small for a huge person (1,80m, 105 kg).
