Very nice hotel; very comfortable; very good service
Property is nice, park, expecially over not rainy days, has to be very relaxant (November is not the right month to really enjoy it), easy to commute there even with a public transportation, spa facilities are comfortable (swimming pool sufficient although for swimming), private spa is small (whirpool and sauna only) but recommend it
Effective November 1, we had to accept half-pension (breakfast and diner) and unfortunately we faced problems for staff to be ready at a scheduled time (breakfast from 8 am, diner from 6 pm) - tableware were added late (a little bit tricky to serve meal without plates), some meals were added late too and you had to ask for it. Food itself was OK but definetely prefer not to be pushed to the half-pension if restaurant works and would not be a problem to go for a diner a la carte staff itself seems a little bit unexperienced and not always in a good mood
This appeared to be newly built, if not restored hotel next to a beautiful (palatial is not too strong a word) old hotel off in a valley in Czech Moravia. Has a vast pool and thermal water jacuzzi. We went to eat at the restaurant, which was really top-flight, high-end. Crazy thing was, we were the only guests in the hotel, so it had a slightly weird feel, like a cross between the Shining and Grand Hotel Budapest.
Wish we could have stayed longer, although I was not aware of any sights in the area, other than beautiful forested mountain valleys. Really came for the spa for my wife.
very pleasant stay, superb breakfast, any extra demand was met promptly!
