Pros: Nice, peaceful neighbourhood. very close to Haneda.
Cons: Shower can be busy in the morning. But you can reserve your slot :)
Pros: Very nice place to stay, it's clean, comfortable and the staff is so nice and helpful ! I totally recommend this hostel.
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Room very small and bathroom only one no enough
Pros: If you’re looking for a place to stay which is near Haneda airport, this is the best place. The place is very clean and cute, the staff is very friendly and answered all my questions before coming.
Pros: Clean and great location. Easy check in and out process. Really friendly helpful staff. Lucky for us only one other person staying otherwise might have felt crampt. Used the location as a base for an early flight from Haneda which was perfect. Such great value for money.
Pros: Yos is an amazing host, welcoming and caring. Location is amazing for Haneda airport and Ota, but a bit far away from Tokyo. There is good transportation in any case.
Cons: Some staircases are narrow and step, so big luggage is inconvenient, and if you have a knee condition, this place may not be ideal for you.
Pros: The place was really close to the metro station, convenience stores and supermakets. It was small but really comfy and the staff were really nice and welcoming. Its's got a microwave, refrigerator, electric oven and drinking water so it's very good if you want to keep food or heat a sandwich, etc.
Cons: It was a bit small so if there's more people it can feel really crowded.
Pros: Easy and perfect place for the first night in Tokyo, nice area* everything was good. Thanks a lot we would definitely come back.

Pros: I loved their hospitality and the genuine greetings and conversations. The facility is amazing (especially the onsen). I also loved the fact that it is nearby to several malls and also the public transport. The breakfast though, AMAZING.
Pros: Very nice hotel, sento, great breakfast and 5 minutes from the train! Amazed at the pillow and pajama choosing niche. Was actually quite impressed with this place and would go out of my way to stay here again.
Cons: Rooms are small but well equipped.
Pros: The very clean facility and the kind staff. Well educated people. The best is to take a Onsen in the hotel.
Cons: The a little small room.
Pros: Very handy for station and shops. Excellent number of charging points in room.
Cons: Required to pay and move to a bigger room as booked room was too small. No English speaking channels on TV mostly voiced over.
Pros: Rich and balanced breakfast. Excellent buffet. Well located with easy access to the rail stations. Plenty of local bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in the neighborhood.
Cons: Little storage space in rooms.
Pros: Lots of plug sockets for phone charging, laptop, etc.

Pros: Breakfast was very good with a huge choice.

Pros: The room has one needs for a business stay. It is located very close to the Musashi-Kosugi station with a direct connection to Narita airport. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The value for money is great.
Cons: The Internet connection is weak. The breakfast prices have been increased because of increased taxes. Not all the staff at the reception understand English, but usually someone that speaks English can be found.

Located in Kawasaki (Tonomachi), KAWASAKI KING SKYFRONT TOKYU REI HOTEL is within a 15-minute drive of Landmark Tower and Yokohama Stadium. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Staff and facilities are very good.
Cons: Property mis-advertised convenience to Haneda Airport, which was reason I chose it in first place. I could easily see airport from my room but it was not easy to get to. Only one shuttle from hotel to airport but lots to shopping in Kawasaki. Should be the other way around. Did get cab for $25 U.S. nice place but was totally wrong for using it to be useful for airport.
Pros: Very spacious. Both the room and the bathroom. The warehouse theme is quite original.
Cons: Hotel is not very close to any train station.
Pros: Great hotel, comfortable amenities and friendly staff.
Cons: Location. It was much further from the airport than we expected. A taxi ride to the hotel from the airport cost 35,000 yen. (But there is a free shuttle to the airport when you leave. Perhaps you can arrange a shuttle for both ways, but we were not aware of the option.)
Pros: It's near haneda airport, and have shuttle to airport
Pros: I arrived late at night and the staff member at the check in desk was very helpful and explained all the facilities to me. The hotel is amazing its very clean and spacious and travelling alone I through my room was going to be a box room however it was huge and comfortable. The hotel is in a warehouse, however its very modern yet has unique touches. I cannot complain about anything apart from I wish I stayed there longer.
Cons: The only thing I would say is they need to offer a shuttle bus late at night only because taxi's are very expensive in Japan which is known however it cost me £35 ( 4500 Japanese yen just for a 10-15 minute journey!
Pros: Clean, modern, great price
Pros: Great style
Cons: The shuttle bus does not go to the airport.
Pros: Great place,very modern
Pros: Clean, nice rooms and good facilities.
Cons: The restaurant was extremely expensive for food and drinks and the staff were very unfriendly. The manager at reception in the morning tried very hard to force us to book 2 taxis for only 4 people and 3 small cases. We refused and he became unpleasant. One taxi was more than adequate.
Cons: Breakfast not provided....think for me it is important No milk in room for tea...
Located in Kisarazu, Kisarazu Washington Hotel is a 4-minute drive from Aeon Mall and 6 minutes from Kisarazu Harbor. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Spacious room & great location very close to both JR & Bus station
Pros: We checked in late and it was raining so we could not really figure out where to park. The lovely gentleman at reception not only came down to assist, he also passed us an umbrella as it was about a minute's walk to the carpark to the hotel (quite heavy rain). Check-in was really smooth and efficient and the room was nice and comfy. Location is great (near to main train station). I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kisarazu again!
Cons: Nil, everything was perfect!
Pros: accessible and clean
Pros: Just next to Kisarazu station. Super convenient as a number of restaurants and cafes around. So do convenience store. Room is big, clean and comfortable.

With a stay at Hotel & Hostel On The Marks Tokyo Kawasaki in Kawasaki (Minamimachi), you'll be a 1-minute drive from Tokyo Bay and 6 minutes from Kawasaki Daishi. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's a budget hotel, primarily capsules but with some very small private rooms, basically a bed and space to put down your luggage, which was surprisingly comfy. There's a large communal area downstairs which is good, and the shared shower facilities are great. Location wise it's a ten minute walk to Kawasaki station, which links to both Tokyo and Yokohama. For the price, as a budget hotel, it's great.
Pros: Liked the staff and as always super clean.
Cons: No real place to put a back packers bag. Became my cuddle buddy.
Pros: There is so much space in the capsule, and you have a little locker right inside it - that is just SUPER convenient!! Never in another capsule hotel I had so much comfort like in this one. If there was air conditioning also, I would never visit anywhere else. Staff speaks great english and is always super helpful, oh and jesus christ you can rent bike for free over here.
Cons: There is very poor air conditioning and usually when I lie in capsule for a short time, temperature rises significantly. During my last stay there was some man entering my capsule and I suspect he was a robber. But THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN CAPSULE AREA :/// Very bad in my opinion. Other than that, I am always very happy with this hotel...! Oh and dont eat the breakfast curry, I did that mistake once. There is 500 yen soba just 1 minute of walk away.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff with good English. Proximity to Kawasaki train station.
Cons: This is essentially a Japanese businessman’s hotel/hostel. Whilst the basement has a guest ‘kitchen’ this has only a sink, microwave and 2 very small fridges. There are no utensils of any kind other than chopsticks. In a nearby street is an Onsen with very unfriendly staff who will turn any Caucasian away stating ‘Japanese only’.
Pros: Good humored staff, Decent buzz in the place. Good facilities - I washed clothes and dried them for around 400 YEN. Restaurant had good food. Near Train Station (600m)
Cons: Was not happy with the fact that I was not informed that my check out time arrangement was cancelled.
Pros: An awesome place that keeps a trip to Tokyo affordable. The whole place is nicely designed and the rooms are super quiet. The bar downstairs serves great food and craft beers from around the country. Soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are all included. 20 minutes from Tokyo station if you catch the right train.
Cons: Breakfast was a little weak - it's a self serve Japanese curry. It was really a game of luck if you'd be able to fish out any real food that wasn't just sauce.
There are only two electrical sockets in the room - so bring an extension if you know you'll need to charge more than two things.
Hard to get back to if your out super late in Tokyo.

Pros: Close to Anamori-iinari station, just a few minutes from Haneda
Cons: Check-in was poor - repeatedly and aggressively demanded ID even though I'm Japan-resident (the law changed 12 years ago!)
Pros: I arrived at haneda airport around 10 pm and had to stay near the airport. Just two stops away from haneda airport by keikyu line and so close to the station(anamoriinari station) only 2 mins by walk. room was small but good for solo travelers. And staff were so friendly.

Pros: Super nice staff. Clean place and nice room. Location is convenient as it is quite close to Kawasaki station, and combinis are few steps away.
Pros: The owner and staff here are very friendly. The room and futon was comfortable and good value for being private. The main Kawasaki station is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property, but there is a nearby subway line that is only a couple minutes walk.
Cons: Ceilings were pretty low, so be careful not to bump your head if you’re tall.
Pros: Comfortable bed, convenient to a nearby train station and not too far from HND, good price.
Cons: Too close to the nearby train station (the train noise makes it hard to sleep), tiny room, receptionist could barely string together three words of English.
Pros: Good for exploring Kawasaki area / Yokohama. The cleaning lady was really nice even though she couldn't speak English! Nice owner. The Warehouse arcade around the corner is very cool. Would stay here again.
Cons: Run the fan in the room or it gets stuffy. No free washing. Had to use laundry shop down the street. But they gave me detergent. Beware - no detergent at the laundry shop.

Pros: Very clean a. Comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros: We have pre-order a parcel to the hotel, however the parcel is not arrived when we stay in the hotel. The staff help us to go to the courier shop directly to take up the parcel, very nice and friendly.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: No Onsen and paid the parking fee which i thought it's might be free of charge
Pros: Good location
Pros: Functional and efficient hotel.
Cons: Not really a hotel for tourists, but more for working and business people on the road. Located next to a very busy road. Crowded parking places. Breakfast area is crowded in the early morning.

Cons: I was in a smoking room - yuk!

Pros: Location and breakfast.
Pros: Near train station and surrounded by restaurants
Cons: Room very small
Pros: Top location, nice view from 18th floor, the executive queen room was spatious enough, clean and the staff was very nice (nice breakfast too!)
Cons: As a 4 stars hotel it featured an empty fridge (no minibar) and not even courtesy water, very small vending machines only at some floors with horrible selection, video on-demand movie list was the worst I have seen ever (only indy movies, and not so good ones at that). The bathroom was not too spacious and unit type at that.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast all to a very high standard.
Pros: The staff was impeccable from the desk to the maids. Attentive to your needs and very clean.
Cons: The rooms are very small which is typical however the air conditioning was not sufficient. Very hot and stuffy They give you a fan but not much help.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Wish room had a safe.
Pros: Good location. Near JR station and subway and close to local supermarket and shops.
Cons: Smoking room. Remember to request non smoking which I’m sure I did. Hotel rooms are small but that’s common in Japan so not much room to move around.
Pros: The location is superb. Good access to Haneda airport. Next to the Kawasaki station and amidst excellent shopping and entertainment options. It’s a large business style hotel; we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room (for Japan). The lifts were efficient and fast. The staff responded promptly to some questions prior to arrival. Lovely housekeeping staff.
Cons: Value for money in terms of location but not in terms of hotel facilities.
