Pros: The owners has put a lot of love and soul into every detail of this place. The surrounding nature is fantastic. And the smell of the newly baked bread you are served in the morning is wonderful. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part of our stay was the view from our room to the river :) The property was super clean and neatly arranged. We made use of the sauna and it was great! The sauna with the best view in the whole world! It was really handy to have access to a well equipped kitchenette. We had some food left after a hiking trip and could cook it there. Top place, highly recommended for such an affordable price. PS: There is no systembolaget close by. The closest ones are about 30 mins away, either in Särna or Sälen and they both close at 18:00.

Pros: Great vibe. Nice people
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice historic building on a beautiful property in the countryside. The breakfast was good. Also the Sauna with the great view on the river is a must do. It's a great place to stay for going to the Fulufjället national park or to Sälen.
4.6 Okay
Cons: The host was making breakfast directly outside our room from 5.20am making a huge amount of noise (we were told we were the only guests in the property that night). It woke us up and really wound us up. When he finally left for work someone else then came up to use the kitchen at 6.20. We should have been told about this before our booking. We were also told at check in that we had to pay more for bedding so we ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags which seems unacceptable when we had booked a 'spa'. We also had to pay extra for the sauna and ring the host if we wanted to use it. I appreciate it may be low season but guests shouldn't suffer as a result. I would rather we were unable to book there and we would have looked for something else instead.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Family owners were kind and helpful.
Cons: No lock to door. All extras were charged, including sauna - it’s a spa so should be included. Bed almost breaking. Thin thin walls. Higher cost paid as expected something special. This wasn’t it.

6.7 Good
Pros: The location is stunning! A great lake and lots of forest around. The breakfast was great too and the shared kitchen has everything you could ask for. The room was clean and complimentary candies were a nice touch.
Cons: We had to take off our shoes for some reason (not what I'm used to after paying €160 for a night...), there was officially a quiet rule after 21:00 but the rooms were very noisy and we could hear kids three rooms down. I guess we underestimated how cramped and un-private the family room would be for our group of one couple and three friends. Bathroom door is more a curtain than a door which wasn't fun for my girlfriend or really anyone. Beds were very hard. We weren't impressed to be honest. Felt too much like a youth hostel for the price.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, very friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice location surrounded by forest and a lake. Super friendly atmosphere that made me feel quite at ease. They also had plenty of activities for both a summer and winter visit. A car is a must to get there but it was very easy to find.
Cons: Don't really have anything to complain about. The place was terrific.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staffs, nice accommodation and location for trecking, cycling and other various activities.
Cons: none
