Facilities for our requirements were excellent. All staff were very good at meeting our needs.
Good choice of food, rooms comfortable, near the motorway, service good spoke enough English
Although near motorway directions could have been clearer
Good clean and comfortable
Useful if there was a fridge in room/tea/coffee facilities
Location - Booking process - Quality of the accommodation and the food
Restaurant a bit snubbish?
Nice and dedicated staff.
The gastronomic restaurant was superb, the menu and standard of food was simply astounding. It compared very favourably with a two Michelin star restuarant we had dined at earlier and at a fraction of th cost.
The noise of other guests returning late at night.
charming garden - nice people - closed parking earea - thus ideal for stays over night and no need to empty the car fully
it was not a three bed room as booked - the third bed was beyond the table and had to be pulled out in order to be used but then no further space was left to get in or out also of the other beds.
Notice on arrival (late) saying key in room. Room was behind key coded locked door - no explanation of how to get the key code. Spent 10 minutes with help of residents trying to get access
