10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and service were excellent.
Cons: Everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They took the initiative and changed our booking of 2 seperate rooms to a family room, which meant we could all sleep together, and we paid less! We received such a warm welcome and it was obvious that a lot of care and thought has gone into the entertainment areas around the well layed-out pool area. We'll definitely stay there each time we travel back from the Eastern Cape!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was an absolute pleasure from the moment we arrived. Aloma is on the ball and quick to assist in any way. The garden, pool and premises are immaculate and the rooms very clean. We will definitely be back, thanks so much for the wonderful stay
Cons: Not Alomas fault that we're comfortable and used to a king size bed so my husband found the bed really small...but its clearly stated that the bed was a double so no one's fault but a queen or king bed would be the only thing we would have changed
6.8 Good
Pros: They accommodated a late check-out (important since I was running a marathon and wanted to shower afterwards).
Cons: I was not staying in the main property but at another complex nearby. This was not made clear on the original booking. A lot of the features listed on the original booking (e.g. WiFi, Fridge, etc,) were no present. Room was functional but there was no desk, chairs or anything like that. Had I known this was the case I would have booked at another venue for the same price.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfortable and its beautiful and neat
Cons: Everything was ok
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was N/A
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was peaceful and relaxing, especially after long day of driving and then working. The hospitality was exceptional and personal.
Cons: It was not a factor for me, but I could imagine the dogs present could be an issue for some. Outside this, the only other problem was the TV needed to put on manually :-).
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay with good facilities. If you want quick WiFi, go here. The owner is very kind and in for a nice chat to get to know you a little bit better, very sweet.
Cons: Only the pool could have been a bit cleaner but there was a big storm the day before
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and comfortable.

Pros: The beautiful designer linen, enough pillows, lovely throw and electric blanket on the very comfortable bed, the full bottle of Jacobs coffee and rusks.
