The breakfast is great, especially when served on the outside balcony overlooking the ocean! With that view, I could have my coffee all morning
The price was little high for the small room. Also would have liked having the shuttle run a little earlier in the morning.

I loved our stay at Hotel Cristina! I found the room rates very reasonable for what we had. The rooms were spacious and our balcony had a gorgeous view. The staff was wonderful. Nickolaj, who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. There were two other gentlemen, in the restaurant and at the front desk who stood out as being so helpful and friendly but I didn't get their names. The man at the restaurant insisted on giving us a bag of warm pastries when our taxi picked us up to go back to Naples before the breakfast service started. The rooms were comfortable and well-attended to by the cleaning staff. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which I prefer. I don't like to be in the middle of a tourist center so being just outside of Sorrento was perfect. Hotel Cristina runs an hourly shuttle to the Sorrento train station where you'll then be close to everything. You can also take a taxi or even walk if you're not intimidated by the streets! I would definitely recommend Hotel Cristina and would stay here again if I returned to the area!
This didn't bother me, but people should know that you need to walk up a steep hill to access the property. It wasn't a problem for my 70-year old father-in-law but he's in very good shape. This isn't a bad thing, just something people should be aware of as not all the tours will pick up right out front. We did need to walk down the hill to meet one tour which was fine, we just weren't expecting it.

The hotel’s location was a huge asset. It was away from the busy centre of Sorrento and had amazing views of the Bay of Naples. We were even treated to a fireworks display from our balcony!!! When you wanted to be apart of the busy tourist centre of Sorrento the hotel’s shuttle bus and friendly staff were available from early morning till late at night. The hotel also had parking available for our car. Breakfast was fabulous. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. There were lots of terraces to sit and relax on.
The pool area needs a refurbish sometime soon. This,however, did not stop us enjoying this area of the hotel
