Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Don Felix Hotel, the best in our trip to Spain. This elegant house has been restored to its original splendour and remains family-run today. The room was large with a huge, comfortable bed. The food was delicious, home-made using many home-grown ingredients, including the eggs! Pedro’s hospitality was perfect and he made us feel very welcome.
Pros: Everything is clean, silent and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and enclosed parking available.
Cons: Would have liked a coffe maker in the room
Pros: Absolutely wonderful building and Pedro, the owner and manager, couldn't do enough to make our stay a good one. Wonderful roads for biker's. Great home grown and home cooked food. We'll certainly be back.
Pros: Every thing was good. You can reach everything by a short drive; wonderful and aand rock beaches, short and long hiking paths and also calming lake. Pedro who is the owner of the hotel is really kind and helpful. The breakfast had good variation every day.
Cons: We could just wish that the rooms were facilitated by a fridge otherwise we were happy with everything.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, particularly the barman/waiter who was knowledgeable and recommended delicious food. The evening meal was one to remember.
Pros: Everything very good
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Spacious room with good size balcony. After a long hot day on the motorcycles it was a very pleasant surprise to find a giant Jacuzzi. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Good breakfast.

Pros: Unique, sums up this amazing little hotel. Juan and Maria-Jose are superb hosts. This is where to go to get away from normal modern life and live in a beautiful wilderness. The room is lovely, the scenery is truly magnificent and the food superb. We had a fabulous dinner. We loved everything!
Cons: The road is a little scary!
Pros: The location of this place is superb, views are stunning, nature at it's best. Owner/operator and his wife couldn't so anymore for us. Highly recommend this place especially for animal lovers.
Cons: It's not that I didn't like it but more a word of warning, the short last initial drive up to it is not for the faint hearted, steep uphill with slow sharp hairpins, motorcyclists please be very careful. Also the booking.com location map is wrong.
Pros: The views are lovely and the owners very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Expensive and dangerous to get to via steep single track lanes with tight hairpin bends. Parking is bad on a steep slope by a farm gate. Do not take infirm or disabled people as the hotel is about 150m away from the car park across an unmade field track. The track is rocky, muddy and covered in cow poop, almost certainly dangerous during wet weather. The rooms are cobwebby, rustic and dowdy with most light bulbs missing. Our room, room 3 appeared to back on to some form of plant room that contained a heating boiler or jet engine experimental establishment judging by the noise? The owner has two lovely mountain dogs that were happy to howl along with the boiler throughout the night. The food is ok but nothing special in my opinion and matched at best the fare at any other local hotel. The male hotelier is a nice chap but disturbs the intimacy of your dining group during meals with things such as asking you to fill in passport documentation and showing videos of himself doing local naturalist work. He also walked around the dining room having animated and loud discussions with other guests.
