The view from the room was spectacular. The staff was very accommodating, genuinely friendly. Hidden Gem.
The carpet didn't match anything.
Friendly staff, very clean, good restaurant, perfect customer service
This is a wonderful little hotel right off Oyster Point. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and the location was perfect for seeing the city during the day and relaxing at night. The free parking and breakfast were added bonuses. This is now going to be our "go-to" hotel when visiting the bay area.
The view was lovely, and the fireplace in the room was great. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast delivered to the room. All very nice.
I feel strongly that the Inn at Oyster Point is overpriced for the quality that was presented. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were flat, cheap covers on the bed, and threadbare carpet. We were also told we would have free transport to the airport, but because we left early -- we paid an additional $30 for a cab ride. For $175 a night in San Fran, I can do much, much better. I could have just as easily stayed at one of the corporate hotels down the road -- and will likely do so next time.
