Staff was friendly and responsive. Room seemed clean.
Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.
I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.

Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet.
