FRIENDLY STAFF. ROOM VERY NICE AND CLEAN. NONE
Budget traveling to Moab is difficult in October, really it doesn't exist. This hotel was the basics for what you need to get by. In my experience, you only spend time in any room in Moab just to sleep/shower anyways. The beds were super comfortable! The breakfast was minimal.
Very quiet even though it was booked solid, bearkfast til 10 on the weekend was a great plus so that we could sleep in later than normal, large shower, and the water tasted great...these are the best things about sleep inn moab Small pillows, but still comfy, I would have liked some dairy free choices with breakfast
Good value. Dated decor needs refurbishment but adequate. Towels and linen require replacement.
nice and friendly staff beds were rock hard

Breakfast. Very South part of town.
The room was clean and spacious. They offered a decent breakfast and there was a fridge in the room. The staff were helpful with any requests or questions we had. The outside of the hotel was clean and so was the inside. A really pleasant experience.
We love the location, staff, and normally love the room. The only issue this time is that the bathroom wasn't cleNed and their was hairs in the shower. Clean and convenient. Nice breakfast selection.

Central location, above average breakfast.
The location is great! Right next to a grocery store and a brewery. Wish it was in the center of town

The staff was very friendly and even helped my kids and I get breakfast in the morning.
Not much. Next to a decent microbrewery. This was definitely not a 2.5 star; maybe not even 2 star. Problems that we saw: Floors not vacuumed 8inch burn hole in dust skirt Baseboards filthy Carpet frayed where meets tile, trip hazard Refrigerator not cool and more! Not room for all here
Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Furniture was old and dated.
Location n'est Arches
Location Tub was stained.
The room, the staff and facilities are gorgeois. The hotel in general looks as new.and contemporary.
Great place to stay near Arches National Park. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included and early enough (6 am) for us to get out and on our way for the day. Highly recommended. Free wifi seemed a bit slow.
the hotel was in a great location Very noisy. We were able to hear people in the rooms beside and and above us.
If wa a very nice and clean and luxury hotel, I liked the approach of staff and appreciated their service. The location of the hotel is rather "off" the centra of Moab (if we can speak about a centre at all)
Comfy bed and good laundry facilities and great breakfast included in the price.
The hotel is very stylish, so are the rooms. Very clean. Free breakfast was very good, coffee/hot chocolate/tea was always available, pool was not bad The member of the staff that checked us in was very rude. He first couldn't find our reservation made on booking.com and sent us away (!) (without making any efforts of research) to get a Hilton confirmation number (which I fortunately had on my I-phone). When we got back (after 1 minute) he was already serving other customers (which took him a long long time and he offered them a huge discount just because he knew someone who lived in their home town), when we arrived for the second time at the counter he told us the hotel had inversed my name and surname and he merely excused himself and didn't offer the discount. The rest of the staff was friendly. There are only 2 washing machines for the entire hotel, which isn't enough at all.
good rooms very poor service atitude and extremely poor (fake eggs) breakfast food (definitely not worth the experience)
We were able to get a room here recently for the Canyonlands Half Marathon after Kayak messed up our reservation. The staff was fairly accommodating with our needs. Kayak booked the room at a much lower rate which the hotel would not honor. Due to the fact that there was an event that weekend, there were no other rooms available so we had to pay the higher rate. I was very disappointed that the hotel wouldn't honor the original rate which was agreed upon. In my opinion, that was bad business on their part, but I was just happy to have a place to sleep before the race.
This hotel is clean and easily accessible. The staff is always friendly and open for questions whenever. This is a great place to stay when one is in the Moab valley! This is a great hotel with which I have no quarrel.
Location was excellent for downtown Moab activities. Near mountain biking shuttles and shops. Great for a shower and good sleep. Continental breakfast was very basic.
large rooms, good location, decent breakfast, friendly front desk staff
Breakfast only so so. Coffee very weak. Lack of egg choices (only hard boiled).
We usually camp in Moab, but due to the season (late-March), we decided to get a hotel room since the weather might not cooperate. The Moab Valley Inn served us nicely since the Temps were on the cooler side and the rain didn't stay away. The rooms were clean and updated -- they didn't match the dated exterior or breakfast room decor. Every staff member I interacted with was very hospitable and provided excellent service. The only negative thing about our stay was our room location. We were right next to the lobby so had a lot if other guests going by our room, which was also near an exterior door. Also, while breakfast was included, keep in mind that it's limited to mostly carbs (cereals, waffles, breads) and drinks (coffee, tea, juice and milk); the protein options were limited. This isn't necessarily a negative, but if you're looking for bacon, sausage or hot eggs, you won't find them here. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.
We had a relatively spacious room that was clean and up to date. We were especially pleased with the very large breakfast room. There were several waffle makers, which meant no lines. We arrived at a busy time but there was more than ample seating. We've stayed at other properties in Moab that were smaller, had poor lighting in the room, and didn't offer a free breakfast. The pool was very inviting, but much to my kids' disappointment, we didn't have time for a swim. Will definitely consider staying here the next time we're in Moab.
This Inn is located right in town. White linens. Clean. Walking distance to several restaurants. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Check in and check out a breeze. Would stay again. Nothing
Air-conditioning worked excellent. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable Breakfast could have been better.
Nice place, friendly staff, clean, quite and comfortable place, none
Had had a wonderful time, stopped here on a road trip and stayed an extra 2 nights. Only booked one night though kayak but the they gave us the same discount for the next two nights at the desk. Comfy room, nice beds and pillows, complete with those wonderful cylinder pillows. Free buffet breakfast is quite substantial and the chef is very friendly and attendent. Nice hot tub.
The hot tub/heated outdoor pool was so nice after long days of hiking! We had a large group of adults and we rented out the two apartments and a queen room. Everyone was extremely satisfied, and the rooms were very spacious. The location could not have been better, and overall this hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. Nothing!
Comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, CLEAN, delicious breakfast. No complaints
Had a very quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean and everything in the room was in excellent working order. The breakfast was in a large dining area. The staff was very good at refilling all containers to keep up with the rush time. The area itself was kept very clean and tables were made available for new seating immediately in spite of a large number of young kids doing what they normally do with food. The bathrooms were clean and updated and the water stayed hot for long showers especially after a long day of hiking. The rooms were very quiet in spite of being next to a highway. A very short drive to the center of Moab. They provide a shuttle to and fro to the city center for dining etc. if you don't want to drive. The food containers need to be changed so they can keep the food warm. But there is a microwave available in the breakfast area to warm anything to your liking.
Had a big room with 3 queen beds that for our group well. Breakfast was sub par, as usual with most hotels.
This hotel is closed to the Arches park. We visited it in November. The hotel was nicely decorated and they had a jumping house for kids (which is great after traveling a big distance by car with kids.
I stayed in a room with a King bed. It was nice, and was a clean room. The thing I liked the most was that the bathroom had a big shower instead of the standard bathtub shower combo. I wouldn't say thee was anything in particular that I didn't like. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
The room was twice the size we thought it'd be, the decorations although dated were very welcoming. There was a beautiful mural on the wall that had been framed in with a new wall color which was perfect. The pool with a really fun water slide was more fun than my partner and I expected. It's definitely a family oriented inn, so expect kids running around screaming.
Faciity has a great location right In town walking distance to many good restaurants. Very clean great housekeeping and for an older hotel in very good shape. Great pool clean well maintained. Staff very responsive to problems and great onsite maintemce staff. New flat screen tv with direct tv lots of channels Beds while ok are not quite as comfortable as we might have liked . Two king beds in the room but only one nightstand and one reading lamp so the room was a bit dark for reading at night . Climate control bit of a problem but the staff was very responsive and worked on it right away
They were overbooked and cancelled our whole trip because we had no place to stay.
The rooms were very nice and the hotel was close to local attractions and dining. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Very well run hotel with excellent staff. Lovely experience.
The style of the building; cookies; candy; pool; people, breakfast; rooms; location. Everything pretty much. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.
Beautiful setting, comfortable cabins, very good food and great staff! We arrived to Red Cliffs Lodg well after 8pm on a chilly December night. We got a very good dinner, and our cabin was waiting warm and cozy. We woke up to amazing views of Colorado river and an excellent buffet breakfast with a fantastic view over the river. Only stayed there one night (visiting Arches) so in the morning we made our way back towards Moab, enjoying the scenic ride thru the canyon of the Colorado. This place is well worth the drive from Moab. I would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful view!!! The food at the restaurant was amazing. We ate supper there every night and it was super! We had the same waitress each night and she was wonderful!! The lodge was about 14 miles from Moab but the scenic highway to town was beautiful. The Castle Creek Winery next door was very good as well. Everyone was very nice during our stay and treated us like family! Wonderful experience, would definitely go there again! We loved everything about it!
Beautiful Location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean The property was beautiful but when I pay almost $----- a night I expect the resort to be staffed properly. Upon check in no help with bags. Dinner the restaurant had one waiter so long wait. No towels by the pool. One bar tender covering too much area et
the sales manager(?) checked in all the tired and angry customers who waited for good 30-40 mins. she was courteous. there was a sign 'will be back momentarily', but all the tired customers had to wait for a long time and one of us had to call around all the available numbers to get someone to check us in. there was no discount offer or nothing for the inconvenience!
Proximity to the national park we were visiting. no
Spacious room and good wifi. The desk clerk didn't have a personable attitude
Everything Pool was closed also expected little more upscale breakfast than frozen bagels and similar
Everything is fine A little expensive
No pet fee! Found multiple hairs in my bed upon arrival. Mirror had kiss marks on it. Needs extra attention to detail when cleaning. Other than that, room was clean.
Pet friendly, clean, and friendly staff! Really nice facilities. It was a great place to stay and a great value compared to nearby hotels we looked into.
We very much enjoyed our stay.
Not able to use pool and was not made aware of this in reservation or at check in.
Everything. Cool hotel and good people. Loved it.
Great Valentine's Day weekend. Hotel was a gem in a sea of giant box motels. Funky design of the room was a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. This town has never been known for its accommodations, so this place is a seriously good addition. I'll stay here again. Disclaimer, was the off season so the lack of breakfast and pool was understandable. Allowed us to find the Eclectic Cafe which I recommend highly.
I liked the atmosphere and the large rooms. I also liked the fact that we had a choice to not have the sheets and towels changed on a daily basis. The walls are pretty thin, we could most everything going on in the rooms around us, out in the hall and outside by the pool.
Friendly of the staffs and delicious breakfast. Don't have in-room microwave.
It's one of most affordable accommodation I've ever had if you don't mind hear others voice from beside room!! The others are perfect !
Spacious room, nice pool We were on the other side and the wifi reception was very poor; the trash can was still full of the previous guest (probably a mistake, but still)
The Inca Inn is exactly as advertised, great value, clean & comfortable rooms and perfect location. Free coffee all day is great. Breakfast is just some muffins but that doesn't take anything away from a very good motel.
Very impressed with the quality of the room for the price. While traveling, we stayed at a motel6 the previous night for the same price, and there is no comparison. Good coffee too. We plan on returning to the Inca Inn. The only problem is no room to park a trailer close to the room, for those who trailer their motorcycles.
Super-friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, Starbucks coffee all day long. Great value for the price!
Good breakfast, clean rooms & very comfortable beds. Fantastic value at just over $30 a night
The Inca Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and well kept and the staff is excellent. On our first night we were going to get to Moab late and Andrea was so helpful in accommodating our arrival over the phone. I highly recommend this place.
Location and value Room was small but very clean
The hotel was clean. The rooms were small but adequate. The staff really tried hard but I suspect their hands were tied by there administration. No breakfast. The key code on the door dodn.r work and it took three days to fix it. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking trips but they apparently didn't know the details of the trip. We booked a trip through "Adrift Adventures" - Awesome. But the hotel didn't even know lunch was included in the trip. So we went to a local restaurant before the trip and spent $30.00 for a brunch which was already paid for. Real cost out of pocket! Time for education with vendor!!!
The location was fair but the unobliging staff spoiled the experience. When I was booking this room I noticed they displayed an option for "a double room". Assuming this actually meant what it said and was some kind of suite with two rooms, I increased my price and purchased the double room, believing this would accommodate our need for privacy among three adults. When we arrived late in the evening we were informed by the staff that "a double room" only in fact meant a VERY small single room with two beds. They made no effort to rectify their error or compensate for our predicament. It was a great disappointment.
They had everything, even the kitchen sink, (excepting a stove/oven) in this place! Fantastic accommodations for anyone staying for long periods of time. The room was a little cramped with all the furniture.
Great location in Moab, low cost, place to wash bikes, laundry room Very small rooms, could hear things in the hall, uncomfortable bed, hot tub not available until after 10 am.
We were there for only one night, but it was a great location, the restaurant was great, and the young lady who checked us in was really nice and helpful. Would have loved to stay there longer if it were a different kind of trip. Nothing
Friendly staff. Room was clean. I chose Big Horn Lodge because of its location and because there are parking slots for vehicles that are towing trailers. Unfortunately, there are no rules for use of those slots and they were occupied by vehicles not towing trailers. As a result, I had to park in an awkward location and had to check on my vehicle during the course of the night.
Exceptional staff, cleanliness, and proximity to national parks. Room was very small, not much space for two people and luggage. Ok for a couple nights; I'd suggest elsewhere for extended stays.
Great staff, nice clean large room. No shampoo
The competitive price Cleanliness
The place is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The bed and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The walls and floors are paper thin and they've replaced their floors with pergo. Every time anyone adjacent to you walks on their floor, uses their bathroom, enters/leaves their room, you will know about it. The TV remote also needs to be held relatively level with the sensor on the TV. This means you have to hold the remote high over your head while in bed to get the TV to work. Both of our rooms had all the same issues I've listed.
It had a bed and a shower. We unloaded the car and used a cart. When I returned the cart I took the elevator. I got stuck in the elevator. The emergency phone must have connected to the police(FD) dispatcher. That line dropped out 3 times before I found the front desk number on my phone. I called the front desk and asked them to reset the controls. That worked and I got off the elevator. Once I got to first floor the manager got on and started looking at the control pad like I had pushed "1" the wrong way. Never said sorry, never asked how long, nothing. I took the stairs back up to the room, took a shower, pulled back the sheets and found pubic hair and sand. They hadn't changed the sheets from the last person. They sent up a young kid with sheets. Once again, nothing said by the manager. I have never given a bad review before. They deserve this one.
Thousands of hi-fives for Krystal and her team who made her stay in Moab really relaxing and welcoming and helped us greatly to recover a forgotten purse and fedexed it to our next destination. Quiet motel in scenic cool city is all we appreciated on this wonderful trip.
It is not a common occurrence to find a cheap and clean room to stay in. Motel 6 Moab was definitely above my expectations for how cheap it is. It cost about half what the other hotels did and was very clean, quiet and close to Arches Park and the Sand Flats Recreation Area. The bed was about a 5/10, definitely not great, but did the job. Other than the Bed, I can't really complain about anything else.
pet friendly and close to all the attractions.
Great for sleeping. Bed was comfortable, room and bed were clean, bathroom was clean, floors are hardwood, lots to offer on tv. Wi-Fi connection is terrible, parking accommodations can be difficult when lot is full with trailers, unfortunately no microwave or mini fridge.
The cost was quite low off season, the staff very helpful when door key wouldn't work. Great heater. Bed felt terrible, sheets were itchy, shower head had poor pressure and odd spray pattern. No outlet near the bedside table.
The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was clean with relatively new appliances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's family run and the innkeepers had great advice about where to eat and what to do while we were visiting. The breakfast was filling and the coffee was delicious! Which is something you don't often find at a motel. Very friendly, safe place that I would recommend to anyone staying in Moab.
The room was newly redone and nice, very contemporary. My only complaint is the breakfast bar. The set-up could not handle that many people. We took our food to our room, as did others. The last day there, we did not visit the breakfast bar at all. it would be nice if pool towels were at a self-serve location rather than having to wait in line at the front desk behind people checking in. I had a good room, king sized bed. There was lots of storage in the room with a dresser, closet and such. A mini fridge was nice and there were hardwood floors in the unit. Along with a small desk and seating area. The only complaint would be the king sized bed. It felt as though I was sleeping on the floor with a few blankets for cushions. Very, very hard for me but that my be a personal preference.
Room were modern , clean Breakfast is a joke
the location was convenient. The rooms were updated The staff were not friendly or helpful. They bordered on rude. The breakfast wasn't great, and there wasn't adequate space. The rooms were updated, but very crowded.
Clean rooms Coffee/basic breakfast available Good location Friendly staff Big signs that say "no bikes in rooms". In a place like Moab, that's pretty silly. We are expected to keep our two bikes worth $8,000 outside in a car overnight? That is just insane. If I would have known of this policy prior to booking, I would have chosen another hotel.
Clean newly renovated room. Big fridge. Good value.
Upgraded us to a suite due to water leak in original room Stain on sheet on bed
Close to Arches National Park Service is awful. Breakfast crazy busy and served 6-9. Right at 9 the remove all the food even though people still line up. No elevator, so if you have difficulty carrying luggage upstairs make sure you ask for room on the first floor otherwise you will be stuck dragging it yourself.
We did stay. Saw another departing guest with massive bites over entire body due to bedbugs. Manager was kind enough to authorize a refund. We cacelled the rest of our plans and teturned home.
Location The bed and sheet's smelled bad.... Thin walls, we could hear people stomping all night...
Clean and comfortable. Staff came to clean room before we were awake (at 9am). Extra charge showed up on credit card after we left with no explanation.
We have stayed at Super 8 many times. Sine the hotel is on the north side of town, it is close to the parks and easy to find. Breakfast is Eggo's and cereal, but it's breakfast. During this stay I was surprised by the cleanliness of our room. Tissue on the floor, coffee in the coffee pot, food in the refrigerator, hair on the floor and a stain on the bead spread. I hope this was an oversight and not a trend.
clean room friendly staff Hard Bed
The room was tiny, the bed was tiny, the air conditioner kept waking me throughout the night. It was so uncomfortable that we gave up our second night's paid reservation in favor of a more comfortable hotel where we'd actually get some sleep.
Proximity of good restaurants (by foot). Helpful staff. Room well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Dressing in a separate room. Quiet place (the photos suggest that it's near the road but that is misleading).
Not good, Not bad. They Don't have bathtab. They don't serve any breakfast.
Basic but clean and quiet. Great location in Moab
