Car was decent drop off was easy... PICK UP WAS THE WORSE THING EVER 2 HR WAIT AND THE LADY AT THE DESK SEEMED LIKE EVERY QUESTION WAS BITHERING HERCons:

Cons:
I did not rent. 1. The location was closed. I was sent to a different location and was told I could not leave my car on the property. I was not informed of any of this because they had no information except my name from the 3rd party reservation. It’s not totally enterprise’s mistake. They would have contacted me to inform me of the location change and the fact I could not leave my vehicle at their property.3.6 Poor

Enterprise needs to work on providing better prices from local areas. If you go to the air port locations the rent a car companies prices are lower. Why?Hertz

This was a new car and very quiet. Good gas milage but the trunk was a little small for 4 people and luggage.Cons:
Not a lot of storage for 4 adults and luggage for 4 days.10.0 Wonderful

The two gentleman at the office were so kind! I wish I could remember their names, Mauricio and omg I can't recall the other gentleman's name but he was super super nice! It had been pouring down raining and I hadn't had a chance to vacuum and they said don't worry... and I have a pre ker. Many many thanks!Cons:

Cons:
Got to pickup and because I registered in my husband name, since he would be main driver, but used my credit card we were unable to pickup. A big problem. Also usually the spouse is allowed to drive, but not so with Hertz. It was a mess. Hertz suggested we book with them direct next time.Budget

The gentleman at check out today was very nice.Cons:
i had to fill the radiator after I arrived at my destination, the check tire indicator stayed on, the car was very uncomfortable. The electronics were difficult to understand; I always rent from Budget and I will continue to do so, this was my first bad experience. The person I dealt with when I rented the vehicle did not go over the insurance. I informed him I wanted insurance but not to the extent of the addtional add on's. I paid $1,100 for a week's rental and it was totally not worth it. I should have kept the Jeep.10.0 Wonderful

Owner was kind to take the insurance off from Budget and honor my insurance with visa. It would have been over 500. not the 275 I was told on line. The loading and unloading of car was easy. Would go to this Budget Avis rental again. Not so sure about the Jacksonville airport pickup.9.6 Wonderful
