Pros: the room was perfect. We loved the extra large mini fridge. the bathtub was nice and large. Great layout for the room
Cons: The shower faucet was difficult to adjust, and we did not know we would have to take stairs. Also, there was an issue because we were booked with a smoking room. That detail was not part of the reservation process. the desk clerk gave us a different room.
Pros: Clean and decent price
Cons: The beds were kind of hard.
Pros: I was interviewing at the hospital. Very close to the hospital, just right around the corner. I slept great, the room was clean, and everything was how I expected.

Pros: The room was real clean and nice looking. The staff for most part was friendly.
Cons: The mattress on the bed was worn out. Both of us rolled to the middle of the bed.
We had planned on eating breakfast and because we were not in a rush to leave we stayed in room had coffee and relaxed a little. The went down to breakfast at 9:30am and it was all cleared up. We were told that because of the fishing tournament they had to put food out early so they had to take up early.
Which we never saw a sign or did anyone tell us what time the breakfast would be over. So when I tell the girl at the front desk our disappointment in this she tells me they always take it up at 9am. I said, did we miss that sign or something she said no. There is not a sign. We usually just tell our guest. Well, we were not told this.
So we went down the street eat. Brought back the receipt and asked to be refunded. She said, the manger was not there. But, he should be back anytime. I ask her to ask him to give us a call. HE never has done that.
Also we booked on line paid $80 then when we are given the receipt at the Motel it said, $62. I wanted to ask the manager about this because the girl at the desk could not answer why we paid more than what the receipt said. But, he has not called so therefore I have not been able to ask him.
We do go there once a year at least. Of course this is not likely to be our choice next later this year.

Pros: I was very surprised by this hotel. I had stayed a few years ago and was a little leary about it but it has been remodeled. Very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was only coffee and honey buns or dunking sticks (little debbie snacks)
Pros: Good location.
Cons: I reserved a king size non smoking room when I paid online. When I got there they tried to give me a two full size bed room. Finally they were able to give me a king room but it was a smoking room.
Pros: The room was atrocious. It appeared to not have been cleaned. There were blood stains on the sheets along with other I unidentifiable stains. The bedspread was ripped. There were empty beer bottles under the bed. The toilet was dirty and the room smelled.
Cons: Everything. It looked like it was a room-by-the-hour hotel. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there.
Hole punched in the wall. Floor lamp broken and leaned against the wall in the corner - looked like inside of lampshade had been sprayed with beer or vomited on; walls and door jams were FILTHY and security lock was broken; stained sheets, dirty toilet; heavy smoke odor, coffee pot exterior had not been cleaned in a long time, heavy build up of dirt around vanity in sink area... At least we didn't find bedbugs as other guests described in their reviews (I booked the hotel without reading the reviews unfortunately - something I almost never do but we were tired, it was a holiday weekend and few rooms were available.
Pros: The desk clerk gave me a refund for the rest of my stay when I checked out after one night and did not argue about it and was not rude.
Cons: Absolutely the filthiest hotel I've stayed in since I began traveling extensively in 1985. I spend several months on the road each year for my job. This is the worst. Ever.
rather noisy at night with several guys gathered around outside, one lady shouting about calling the police on her daughter, the also appeared some people actually living in some rooms.
Pros: the shower
Cons: very limited tv channels, the room has had repair work done and it was done very poorly, the ice machine did not work.
pleased that the filter in the A/C was clean... unusual in most other motels.
Cons: mild deodorant odor upon arrival
Hands down the filthiest place I have ever seen.A muddy creek bed would have been cleaner than the bath tub...at least with a creek bed vegetation is not alarming. My dish towels were bigger than the bath towels. The walls and ceilings were dirty and being 'patched'. The tile floor was slippery from the condensation from the window unit AC mounted in the wall by the sink. The lidless, plastic ice bucket leaked, adding moisture to the already dangerous tile floor. The carpet was sticky. The bedframes that showed from under the ill fitting covers looked like something I might have built...when I was drinking. The headboards were mounted to the wall crooked, as were the pictures on the wall. The only thing level was the lamp mounted between the e beds. The door did not lock when closed. I had to request a hair dryer, which was 1/2 the size of my closed fist and dried just about as well.I ended up going to my car and drying my hair with the heater fan. The rate was 48.00. I did not expect luxury. It was the only room available in a 3 or 4 city radius, due to local events.
Pros: Desk clerk was respectful and apologetic
Cons: I cannot believe this place has not been shut down for public health and safety.
