Pros: We booked a weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday and staying at moments mountain retreat was the highlight of the weekend. All the staff made me feel very special. The house and our room (complete with luxurious spa and our own fireplace) had so much charm and character and we enjoyed spending time in the guest lounge and just relaxing. Beautiful gardens, breathtaking views, walking tracks on our doorstep, and I have to mention the breakfast - It was amazing!

Pros: Uninterupted views of the Blue Mountains, attention to detail in the accommodation and facilities and the breakfast service. Very tranquil environment and beautifully-kept gardens.

Pros: Breakfast was yummy
Cons: Temperature of bath be hotter
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The View and the sense of privacy: the staff were discreet and we felt allowed to have our own space. The late checkin worked well for us due to work commitments we had to arrive late but that was no problem with the staff. Also we noticed - even though we didn't use it that folks could have food deliveries that we were not inconvenienced by their food coming at what ever hour. The billiards table was a nice touch. The provision of local amenities and maps were something which we used. Excellent - we'd stay again and recommend to our friends.
Cons: The central heating we could only work out by the time we left -having said this we were not massively inconvenienced and our room was always warm. We loved the breakfasts - please don't change those.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the second we walked in to the gorgeous Windradyne Boutique Bed & Breakfast, we knew it was going to be a very special place. Located in the best place in Katoomba overlooking Echo Point and the Three Sisters, the views out of the windows were glorious. Gorgeous furnishings, lovely bedding and towels and such great hospitality! Full delicious breakfasts every morning, cooked to order and sweet treats in the afternoon as well as complimentary port in the evenings. Veronica is the perfect host and went out of her way to help, when I had a customer in a restaurant nearby spill blue cheese sauce all over the back of my coat. Veronica took it away and washed it and was ready the next morning. Thank you! Just a note that the Gunnedoo suite is located upstairs and is not suitable if you have issues with climbing stairs.

Pros: This is a MUST STAY! We stayed for 1-night in the family suite and it was so comfy. I wish would could have stayed longer. we arrived a bit early and were greeted by Paul. Paul was still getting our suite ready and suggested we go down to the corner grab something to eat and come back and we would check us in; while leaving our bags. When we returned the suite was ready and our luggage was placed in the suite. The fridge and cabinet were already stocked with our breakfast selections. Fresh fruits, cereals, bread, OJ, water, coffee and tea. The suite looks like a picture perfect little cottage and was just so cozy. Paul was able to get us reservations at "PINS" for our Thanksgiving dinner; which, is literally across the street. BEST MEAL EVER and the price was shockingly lower than expected!!! A must experience! The Scotch Steak, Lamb Meatballs & Spaghetti and Kangaroo were just amazing.Whatever you decide to eat ask the for beer/wine recommendations and they will glad make suggestions. The following morning we had to check out and Jenny & Paul held our luggage so we could do a couple more hikes before catching our train and offered to drive us to the train station when we arrive back as the Blue Mountain Hopper was stopped for their lunch break. Although we were left alone and had limited interactions with Jenny & Paul the whole experience was so relaxing and well worth doing! Jenny & Paul are amazing people and we thank them for such a wonderful and relaxing stay!!!
Cons: The only downside to this part of our trip was that we only stayed 1-night :( If possible stay at least 2-nights.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent for the 3 Sisters, Katoomba, and surrounding Blue Mountains region. Breakfast was lovely as were all the little touches - biscuits in our room, home made muffins on our return in the evening, and so much more. Jenny and Paul made us feel very welcome from the get go and the rooms set up with a gorgeous sitting room in front of the fire, and a comfortable bed is superb. The whole BnB was very atmospheric and so inviting. We will definitely stay again our next visit to the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend this wonderful cottage feel BnB - 11 out of 10 :-)

Cons: Potentially more variety for breakfast but for the price it was great... couldn't fault it!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, amazing beds and pillows, super clean, kitchen well set and thought out, eco friendly
Cons: A tad noisy if you're looking for a super early night (before 9pm) the staff do ask noise to be kept to a minimum and people genuinely keep to this

Pros: I enjoyed my stay, there were some very nice people to have conversations in the evening, the kitchen was very clean with everything you need, overall very enjoyable.
Cons: My room, the adjoining wall was thin & I could clearly hear my neighbours talking etc late into the night. First night I was freezing the next my room was a furnace.

Cons: There was nothing to not praiseexceeded
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Friendleness and Generosity of the Owners. You would be VERY Hard to Please if you were NOT Satisfied with your stay at Trafalgar B7B.
Cons: The FACE ABOVE DOES NOT Indicate The TRUTH, it should BE A SMILEY FACE, As Both the Owners, Mary and Michael, Gave up their Time to talk with me and share just a few of our stories with each other. What Loveley People. Both, Mary and Miclael, could Not have Done Anything More for me and the Breakfast was to write home about.

Pros: The bedroom and other facilities were spotless. It had a real rustic feel and the hosts were extremely friendly and delightful to chat with. Particularly loved the cocked breakfast it was delicious and there was plenty of it. If I’m back in the area again will definitely be staying here. Can’t rate Trafalgar B&B high enough. Thanks Michael and Mary.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Cons: Just a suggestion to invest in a pod coffee machine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Venue and the Hosts were excellent, as was the delicious Breakfast provided for us. This Venue has so much going for it that it really should always be promoted as a typical Australian B & B. The Property is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The surrounding areas are rural and beautiful and are a great example of outer-Sydney's semi-rural environment. The Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable and well able to give both Australian and overseas visitors a wonderful insight into the area. We certainly hope to visit again.
Cons: We suggested that the address provided in the B & B description page be corrected to show 'Trafalgar B & B' as being in 'Grose Vale', and not in Kurrajong. While Kurrajong is close by, it does not have a 'Pine Place'. Pine Place is in Grose Vale. It was only because I have a good knowledge of the area, that I thought to search out 'Pine Place' in Grose Vale. Otherwise my car's GPS was at a loss.

Cons: We thought there was a hike trail and planned to go hiking, but that’s alright there were plenty of things to do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing not to love.
6.8 Good
Pros: Charlotte was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. Fireplaces and serenity were romantic. Food was lovely.
Cons: Mid way through dinner our water went from sparkling to still, rather than apologising staff just said they “ran out”. Toilets by the restaurant were blocked and unusable, and the bathroom taps ran out of running water to wash your hands. A young couple at the table beside us were video calling their friends on speaker mid quiet romantic dinner... then drank way too much and began calling each other every curse word under the son and started a loud and uncomfortable domestic argument. Air con in the rooms did not have a remote control - mid night we woke up in a sweat because we could not turn the fireplace off (as instructions on arrival were inaccurate - annoying at 2am - and without reception staff there was no way of getting a remote to assist with temperature control. A couple of spiders in the room. The same couple had a domestic early AM hours which woke us up.... screeching of tires and a loud “F*** you” and the like was heard. We were told the television wouldn’t show Netflix as it is not a smart tv, but when you turn it on it says “smart tv”... not a big deal but we were told connecting phones would help and it did not.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was fine. Not as close to the three sisters as I thought it would be. However we had a car so no drama. On check in the host told me of places to see including best place for a sunset. We possibly wouldn't have gone to that particular lookout if we hadn't have had that suggestion. It was worth it. Electric blanket on the bed was much appreciated.
Cons: The fridge in the room is very noisy.

Pros: It had every room off the Cluedo game. We absolutely loved retiring to the lounge in the afternoon with wine and cheese platter or hot drinks in front of the fire after a big day out on adventures, all of which were so close to the accomodation. It’s charm was perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel that is slowly being refurbished, great staff, food and lovely and warm making it very inviting. We will most definitely return and will spread the word. We have stayed in many different hotels in the blue mountains over the years but the Carrington by far has the best ambience and a lovely oldy worldly feel
Cons: Nothing to note
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We just loved the Art Deco lights and accoutrements, beautiful Grand Dining Room and the various lounges in which to luxuriate for the weekend. Great drinks on offer too, we particularly enjoyed the Great Western Golden Ale. Cocktails looked good but we didn't indulge. Good location, just near the station but no noise from the railway and just outside the door is the main street of Katoomba and the Paragon Cafe, oldest cafe in Australia I'm told.
Cons: Creaking floorboards! Shower was over the bathtub, not a shower stall.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Grand old charm with lovely staff and plenty of atmosphere
Cons: Doable but difficult for disabled with plenty of uneven steps in rooms and corridors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This heritage hotel faithfully maintains its old world ambiance. Grand proportions, log fires and Christmas decor are wonderful features. The staff are attentive and welcoming.

Pros: Friendly owner, always happy to give local information. A small hostel set up in a cute old house with room out the back for vans as well! Enjoyed my stay:)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I got what I payed for. There were people living there for longer term, who were very nice. Plenty of people to guide you if needed. It was my first time in the blue mountains and I didnt face much trouble, thanks to ross and that girl who helps him (really bad with names, sorry). Overall nice place to stay, to share stories with new people, listen theirs (which is what I did mostly).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is very welcoming and cozy, everything was clean and the location is really good. 10 min walking to all the amenities, restaurants and also the bus to go to the Blue Mountains attractions. Ross, the owner, was very friendly and even took us to see the sunset in an awesome place away from the tourists. We really enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The weather was really cold when I visited, but the heated mattress pad on the bed made me feel cozy :) Awesome staff that give good advice for where to go (and not), and a nice place for solo travelers to meet people to explore the area. I liked the wood burning stove in the common area and that there is a place for food scraps/compost in the kitchen.

He also cooked delicious pesto pasta for everyone. Was overall a great stay. A very cozy home-y vibe. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Cons: Charging for WiFi is just not on. If you tried to pull a stunt like that in Europe you would be laughed off the court. Time to get real. High speed broadband and WiFi in 2019 are just like hot running water. A given!!

Pros: It’s location in Katoomba
Cons: The rooms badly needs upgrading.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. Darley’s was a truly amazing experience.
Cons: Though the resort was beautiful and inclusive, we did get the feeling that we were not the targeted demographic. The facilities close really early and the decor is suited for retired-age women and married couples.
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities are excellent and the ambience of the lounge is lovely (especially when the pianist on playing).
Cons: We’ve stayed at the hotel before and the quality of our room (3) this time around was a bit disappointing. The room smelled of mildew, there was visible damp damage to the ceiling (within the canopy) and there were large stains on the quilt.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spent an hour in the Day Spa relaxing Wetherill every cent
Cons: The place is home away from home but does need a bit of love & attention reno

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, understanding staff, location, free pool.
Cons: Room 19 noisey from trains, window doesnt shut properly. Only two female dorms one four bedroom, nice quiet location and the second near train line.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, really close to downtown. The room was a bit small for 3 people and the bed squeak, so made it hard to sleep well. Good over all.
Cons: The kitchen big, but with only 1 set of power points working made it hard in the morning to have hot water, toast and microwaves for 10 -15 people. Is not I did not like it, but it could improve heaps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, facilities and staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Bunk beds were a bit wobbly meaning if the person on the top bunk moved, the whole bed shook
