Nice, spacious room, good food in restaurant.
I couldn't believe how good it was for the price. The staff were so friendly and we had a really delightful meal there in the evening. The room was very comfortable; we wished we had been able to stay longer no
Friendly efficient staff, menu in English, plenty of onsite parking. Would have liked there to be a lift and/or offer of assistance from staff.
Quality of food was very good...a surprise for us. No bathtub in room.
It's good condition and location at the edge of the park. Car parking was a little tricky but not really a problem.
Lovely, new and clean hotel beautifully situated amongst woodland in this pretty small spa town. Reasonably priced for the facilities provided Staff charming, and some spoke enough English to make life comfortable. Request a room with a balcony for joy of sitting amongst the pine trees! Some little things missing - e.g. tooth glasses not provided, and no bedside cabinets in one room, Light switches seemed at odds with room layout.
What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! The owners made us feel like very welcomed guests and the rooms were comfortable and lovely. We loved our quick stay at Villa Tilia and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone wanting serenity in a peaceful setting. Not a thing. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Because of early departure (daytrips) before breakfast, I got every day a lunchpakket. Nice Hotelroom for a very good price. The used towels are not changed every day.
good and friendly hotel. Beautiful nature, mountains in driving distance.
Proximity to National Park. Tea making facility in the room. Very reasonable price of room. Very off hand owner or manager, somewhat surly and not welcoming. The descrption of the hotel on your site deserves an oscar! The park" which was advertised consisted of 3 meters of grass set off the noisy and busy main road. Room therefore very noisy.
Clean, hospitality, cheap and good quality, what else do you need in a hotel ? It's pitty that there's no restaurant, there's a market to be captured there.
room is very clean and staffs are kind. value for money.
Everything perfect... Very friendly staff, great service, very nice equipments... So far my best stay in a hotel ever !
clean and spacious rooms, design, english speeking staf, good breakfast the tiles on the floor and the heavy doors have one disadvantage: little noisy
Very friendly staff, nice and clean accomodation, freshly prepared excellent breakfast.
Friendly lady at the reception, nice rooms, good restaurant, walking distance from the town centre when I was there, there was a problem with the reception of tv-channels. Only few channels were OK, not all. Seems that there was a problem with satelite connection.
Value for money was very good. A well kept and maintained facility w interesting rooms. Could use lifts. Bar was closed due to a convention.
The staff were very friendly and did their best to help me... a non Polish speaking Australian travelling alone tp find their way. The atmoshere is great and a wonderful place to relax.
This hotel is off the beaten track but well worth a visit if your looking for a quite and relaxing stay in a charming surround.
Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Food is nice. GPS navigators for some reason do not contain exact hotel address, so we had to drive through the street. Otherwise perfect.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Staff also very responsive to my queries prior to arrival. Comfortable room & public areas. Good breakfast. Nice bar area for evening meal. Jacuzzi and steam room available - which we used for an unlimited time. Very interesting building and garden area. Free parking. Looked a bit overgrown & dark/unoccupied, from the outside & when we arrived, late at night, there did not seem to be anyone around - the hotel was locked up & we had to bang on the door several times before anyone answered. We had booked a room for three adults & were given a room with two double beds. However, each bed only had a single duvet under the top cover so my husband & I (sharing a bed) were cold in the morning, having 'fought' over the duvet during the night. The hotel provided an extra duvet the next morning and also an extra chair & extra water - all things that should have been provided if the room was supposed to be for 3 people! Also, our wardrobe was in a corridor outside the room??? Very strange!!
Everything about the hotel was superb - very friendly and helpful staff, who all spoke English. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms, meals and amenities were first class. The setting, in an English garden, is spectacular - it was only the heavy fog that prevented us from seeing it in all its glory! Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. The place is a bit difficult to find, so some more signposts to it would help.
Charming building, beautiful park fair staff excellent reataurant and clean room. Its a nice remote place. It is very hard to find this hotel w/o navigation system. did not see any signs posted whithin the town or on the way to the hotel up until I get to the main gate of the castle. Its a kind of hidden place.
Very kind staff; excellent food; charming building, set in a beautifull surrounding. With good weather, it is refreshing to have a meal on the outside. Nothing major, except for cleanliness of the rooms, as the materials (decent) require a bit mor thoroughness
Nice, quiet location within easy walking distance from street with restaurants and shops. There were no fruits offered at breakfast and the selection of food was basic.
small size of hotel, staff tries hard to make guests welcome and comfortable little public space, the choice is of the room or the dining room. dining room is used for breakfast and lunch if ordered ahead of time, provisions for guests to order or access a warm drink or cold drink at other times would be welcome
We liked the atmosphere and setting. We would have liked to stay longer. The tariff was reasonable. The mattress on my bed was not very comfortable and the one pillow was thin and lumpy. Although we enjoyed the hotel we think it is over-rated. There were no brochures of the area available.
The hotel's family room was actually a small suite and the breakfasts were excellent. There were quite a few sport activities to do, with a basketball court, ping pong table and small above-ground pool. The staff were lovely and very service-oriented. The decor was quite odd and we were at the front of the hotel, on the main road from Wroclaw to the Czech republic, so it was very loud.
