Very friendly staff. Afternoon cookies are a nice touch. Good breakfast with nice Variety. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Only reason I gave it a 4 was that the deodorizers that they use have a foul smell. first room we went to smelled bad. they cheerfully gave us another room. But unfortunately that room had the same smell. We decided to stay and get use to smell.
Loved this hotel. From the indoor pool, to the warm staff, to the high quality room, I loved it. My only regret was having to check out!
Room was great, breakfast was great, very friendly helpfull staff...Only negative was the pool, my 9 yr old son loves to swim, the chlorine odor in the air was so bad it burnt your eyes. I am sure it would have been a simple fix, but my son did not swim long at all. Otherwise, nice stay.
Reasonably priced, nice adequate room. No frills, but didn't need any.
The hotel was much nicer than we had expected for the price, rooms were incredibly clean, well maintained, and overall, it was a great stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, amenities were nice, and the hot breakfast was great too. A+
The room was clean and new. The staff was helpfull and it was close to a store.
Room, breakfast and overall hotel were good. The indoor pool and HUGE hot tub were great!
I loved the room, the breakfast, and especially the indoor pool and spa. However, I had to ask the front desk to turn on the jets of the spa. I had to ask them to turn on the lights in the pool during operating hours. I had to ask them for 3 consecutive days! oh, and did I mention, the staff never fulfilled my requests. I swam in the dark, and sat in a spa whirlpool that had cold water and no jets working! I was so sick of asking for service, that I checked out of the Wingate, and into the Comfort Suites Inn across the street, which is where I am staying now.\nSo enjoy the indoor pool and spa, IF you can get anyone to turn them on!
We've stayed at this hotel a couple times in the last year and had only good experiences. The rooms are wonderfully clean and accomodating. The staff treated us exceptionally well. This is the hotel that we would definitely stay in again and recommend to our family/friends.
