the staff, rooms, booking in.
Excellent food (dinner) at the restaurant. More like a students hostel than a hotel. Very very basic facilities in room.
I was travelling with dogs and so I really appreciated all the green area to walk them, the fact to be able to park the car in front of the room and the fact that there was no extra charge for dogs. Food was excellent, fresh and healthy. maybe price is a bit high considering the position and the minimalism of the rooms
calm location in the nature, nice building, nice breakfeast buffet
The food was out of this world and I would recommend the restaurant to anyone. Better to add the meals to your booking up front though as we were charged almost double the rate quoted by Booking.com when we ordered at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and we certainly hope to return during the summer. The restaurant closes on a Sunday which we were not aware of beforehand so had to get a taxi to a restaurant in town. There is a bus service but very limited especially on Sundays. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room as this was not available at the hotel on Sunday either.
All staff very helpful and just a good hotel to stay at
Put names on dishes in buffet.
Stopover on cycling tour, good B and B and food. helpful and friendly on our first night in Denmark this is what we had hoped forstaff No
Clean, quiet Expectation was build to high- tennis coart, swimmingpool. Tennis coart was not usable and poolarea poor.
Not worth the price.
The hotel is perfect for access to Lego Land. The Hotel is getting a bit old, but was certainly clean.
The outdoor pool and play area for the children. The rooms were basic, if the cost of the room had been lower this wouldn't be an issue but we felt it was pricey for what they offered.
Staff very helpful and friendly breakfast excellent
My internet-booking was unknown to the staff. Luckily the hotel had Vacansies and the staff was very friendly.
Nice, cozy, family owned, "old-school fashined" interior in the hotel, however rooms are clean and pretty large. They didn't have a double (king-size) bed. Internet is not for free.
we only stayed for one night we only stayed for one night
the staff is very kind and helpful the location is a bit isolated
Rooms are modern and clean and with more quality than could be expected. Restaurant, menu card and breakfast ate very basic. There is hardly any alternative than to go to bed after dinner.
fast booking-in process, English speaking staff, excellent breakfast supplied in the price, clean and spacious dining facilities
The location near MCH Staff was not unfriendy but certainly not friendly enough. We did not get the feeling we were welcome.
Room was very good, nice and clean. Very low noice surroundings, view into the garden.
Great service, nice prices and very good breakfast. A quit place, good for relaxing.
We hired a car as the location of the hotel is far out from the MCH in Hering. Breakfast could have offered more variety, but for comfort and value for money excellent stay
We did not encounter many members of staff, but those we did see were helpful and friendly. The hotel is basic, with few amenities. The room was clean, but not spectacular, and the single bed was not exceptionally comfortable, I was expecting a double.
it was the only hotel in the town.
That the traffic is no longer led near the hotel. Closed at sunday.
Clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Free internet, good restaurant, international atmosphere Bad maintained, shabby rooms
Staff were efficient. Breakfast was a little Spartan
Easy to get to the MCH where I at at show.
Restaurant and continental breakfast was good My room was stuffy and too hot at night which made sleeping difficult. Ground level with only patio doors and No windows, so bad circulation.
Good restaurant Room wihtout working heating!
Peace and quiet and amenities no, all was ok
Central in Brande a very quite room and a tasty breakfast nice surondings. The bathroom was not clean enough, there was spinns in the corner.
I was at the Formland show in Herning and the Hotel Dalgas was the prefect place to be as it was only a short drive away (in the snow). I had dinner in the cafe/bar in the hotel and thought it was great, and just what I needed after a busy day at a trade show.
You get what you pay for
the location is good: nature, close to activities and small town the facilities and cottages were very dirty
The distance to Legoland is very convenient, but other then that this camping brings nothing, if you do not come with your own tent, caravan or mobile home. This is not an hotel. This is a camping with some very small, inconvenient and (at least the one we stayed in) dirty cabins. There are no beds on the second floor. Instead there are four matrasses on the ground that barely fit in the room. In fact, you shouldn't be allowed to call it a room. The "citchen" was not clean. We found the dinner remainders of the previous guests still on the walls. In short: this facility was rubbish. You may consider this camping if you come with your own tent, caravan or mobile home. But if you come without these, do not go here.
The cottage we stayed in was comfortable and the playground in the middle of the campsite was excellent.
Nice, simple and cosy place, offering all the primary necessities for comfortable staying with family. Kids loved the playground. Very private and quiet place. It would be nice to have some kind of mop in the cottage to clean the floors. Some lightbulbs were out. On the whole - very nice place.
