Nice location. I looked again at the pictures and I can't even recognized the hotel, in real life everything looks different. There are problems with parking.
We love the place, the views. The rather old furnishing
The exellent view from our balcony over the city and habour of Vodice (room 902) and the close access to the city centre. We arrived by car from Split and despite all the signs "Hotel Punta" it was a bit tricky to find the way to the hotel.
Location Hotel exterior very dated and unkempt. Rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation though public areas were more modernised
there is crowdy historical city center near the hotel, with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and fun (if you like it). of course, you don´t need to stay only at this hotel to be close to it... we didn´t like it´s location and beach (there is no beach - just hexagonal concrete stands where you can sunbathe). I really don´t recommend it for relaxing by the sea, I think there are much better locations in Croatia than this hotel. And it is really not so cheap! By the way, every morning during the high season you will wait for your breafkast table in crowdy restaurant. I think it´s definitely not four star hotel.
We stayed out of season, so we were almost the only clients, and were treated like royalty. We had an infant with us, and although the staff were extremely helpful we felt there wasn't enough at the hotel for the baby. Parking..
Visited the local towns and beach The quality of some breakfast food could be better
Very nice and helpful hotel staff, especially at the reception. Location of the hotel is excellent. Garbage car is arriving 5,00 am, very noisy and waking the whole hotel up. Ventillation system of the restaurant also too noisy.
Close to the beach, excellent customer service and nice people. No internet access in the room and should have unlimited internet access service available.
The view of the sea, breakfast Broken shower, small not renovated room, expensive
Spacious room, easy parking, good position food and service spotty
The hotel was lovely. The pool was a great size. The near by Hookah Bar is excellent. Free wi fi was also good, even though reception was limited in the bedrooms. We really resented the German guests who reserved sun loungers by placing their towels on the beds overnight. One day we could not find a single sun lounger even though there were plenty unused.
very good room, very good swimming pool, nice people ( too many local rezidents at the swimmnig pool, though) ugly beach, crowded, too expensive and not really 4 stars
room was big enough, internet facilities in the room too, everything was clean and shiny, staff was very polite and friendly and helpfull, food was delicious,
as described, nicely renovated. pool is great. was disappointed that we had to pay for the banana chairs at the beach at the hotel. would have been good if someone from the hotel mentioned that there would be an additional charge.
Good swimming pool. Very poor air conditioning. View from room was poor - faced the car park. A la Carte restaurant wasn't open. Staff appeared unhappy and there was clear evidence that the only staff who smiled or said "hello" were the ones I had given a tip to.
The pools were outstanding. Breakfast was wonderful. We did not like that there was no requirement for any kind of proof of being a hote guest in order to use the pools. We also felt that having to pay for parking was an unnecessary add-on. This was the only hotel in Croatia in which we were charged for parking. The rooms were very small and the air conditioning barely adequate.
Good facilities, particularly for kids. Nice and clean. Short walk to the town, breakfast was ok too. The staff are very unhelpful and quite abrupt. Though this seems to be the case throughout all the hotels we stayed with in Croatia. Not an ounce of a friendly welcome and a reluctance to help. We had booked a double room which on arrival appears to be equivalent to a twin in Croatia. Apparently we needed to specify one bed.
The facilities of the hotel and the location. The staff.
Hotel mainly with local tourism. Outdated building.
The room was large, shiny clean, had everything we needed. The view from the porch was great, you can see the wind turbines on the mountain tops in the not far away. The owners were helpful in connecting to Wifi and the market downstairs allowed us to purchase last minute items before leaving for touring. Although it is located on a highway, the room was very quiet. a hair dryer would be helpful
The room was very nice and clean, very good value for money the owner didn't speak any English. Internet was not available in the rooms, only in the hallway, and there was no table or chair I could use to put the computer.
A lot of noise. Only one towel per person in a bathroom. For checking out at 8 o'clock in the morning had to wake up the staff, waited more than half of hour, additional half of hour waited for the bill.
The room that we initially got was small and noisy; we asked to move, the owner listened to our request and gave us (for an additional payment) an excellent apartment. The regular room is small and noisy - try to avoid it and get instead the apartment; it’s definitely worth the price difference.
It's a very good price hotel! A bright, spacious room, good aircon system, TV, clean, and the shower was very good (maybe the need a bigger shower curtain). It's a great hotel to visit Krka park! just some kilometers away. There's no internet connection but if you choose this hotel to see the Krka national park, internet is not indispensable. No international channels, since some TV shows are in its original languages (sometimes it was nice to see some Italian/mexican soap operas or movies in English though!)
location outside 36 degrees of Celsius and Air conditions out of action, in room 32 degrees-impossible to sleep
I chose the hotel for proximity to the Plivica National PArk Breakfast was poor.
Perfect. The Staff were really Friendly. Everything ok.
We were honored to be the hotel's first guests and were treated like royalty! This lovely small hotel is tastefully decorated with generous size rooms, views of the harbor, and serves a delicious breakfast. Anna and her family are so welcoming and anxious to please. We would definitely stay here again!! The town of Tisno is off the main track, but a delightful village to visit and convenient to Trogir, Kurka National Park and Split.
In front of the sea. It is completely new. It does not have a lift
Great english speaking and helpful staff. Beautiful room and great location.
Everything. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was brand new, had a nice pool area and not to forget the famous eggs of Ana in the breakfast - delicious.
Staff, staff, staff. From the moment of my booking when they sent me the confirmation with an offer of contacting them for any details in the vicinity of this hotel to make my stay worthwhile, to hospitality and little extras during our stay (although they do not provide for dinner, they set up the table for us to eat takeaway on china instead from cartons), it was the owners and the staff that made a difference. Air-conditioned rooms were very nice, swimming pool (opened 24 hrs) allowed for night dips under the stars and if you want to be active, there are free of charge bikes available (we did not use them as it was over 30 degrees C every day). We loved the varied buffet breakfast, too.
It was like to visit good friends. Nice people. Pleasure to stay at this hotel.
breakfast Very loud music till 12 in evening at seaside, isolation not enough. Parkside the same with a fair every day and even worse music. Room very small, especially bathroom. No balcony, so no place to hang towels. Small terrace at swimming pool with only 6 chairs. Biograd itself 1 big fair, no authenticity. Absolutely no value for money (especially in high season).
pool, bed bar breakfast fnished too early lack of food available
We loved everything...can easily say that would recommend and go there again !!!
Beautiful hotel, great beach and bars, nice rooms location too far from cities, very touristy
Great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast provided and Biograd is a lovely lively town to stay in - comes to life at night and lots to do for young kids. Parking a little difficult if the hotel is full as car park fills quickly.
Tasteful decor. Well designed en suite facilities, and very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Easy access to seafront. Pleasant outdoor, heated pool. Attractive sun-bathing areas. Family-friendliness. Good breakfasts. Punches above its three-star rating. Shortage of storage space in room. Rooms & balconies a bit small. No safe deposit in rooms, but reception will allow use of hotel safe at no cost.
The buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. The rooms were generally ok, although there were problems with the shower and noise. It was very noisy - for some reason, they played loud music in the corridor all day until about midnight. There was also a lot of noise coming from the promenade nearby. Water leaked from the shower cubicle, making a huge puddle in the bathroom. This made washing very awkward, since the bathroom was very small. They charged extra for the balcony; this extra expense was not worthwhile, since you got the same view from a similar room without a balcony. The car park was very crowded, making it difficult to find a parking space. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing.
I liked the design and the closeness to the sea The music in the bar at night. It could be more relaxing.......and not so stressing disco. It is a relaxing hotel, and the music should go with it.
The room had a nice balcony with a great view. Very very close to the beach (just cross the walking). There is a very nice bar with runs loud music until 1 am. If you plan to sleep early you should avoid this hotel.
Hotel Adriatic is stylishly designed and offers clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel's outdoor facilities are very poor. The pool area is extremely small with only a handful of sun loungers and the rest of the outdoor space is a bar. As the outdoor bar, which plays surprisingly loud music, is open until 1am, there is no possiblity whatsoever of sleeping before this time. A comfortable, but certainly not relaxing, location.
Very good. Nothing
It was really great experience. Very nice staff, helphul and English - speking. Good breakfast.
The room, staff, facilities and very good location - 10 min walk from the beach. Internet connection and more plugs in the room
beautiful hotel. room was spacious and clean. only a short walk to the water and the centre of town. and a lovely hostess.
very nice hotel, value for money, staff v helpful and friendly, clean and nice decorated rooms. The owner picked us up from the airport. a bit noisy in the morning...
Close to beach and local town center, but 20 minutes away from Zadar. far away from Zadar
Bring something against Mosquitos!
Good stay in Biograd n/M but only for one night. The whole city and beach is crowded not good for long relaxing stay for me.
The hotel was close to the sea and the town center. The room was clean and had everything we needed (small balcony, fridge, tv). I would say it was a bit too expensive for what it was. But it was probably as we had been there in main season.
SIlent place, close to city center, big balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV. The hotel is newly built, very clean and nice. Very helpful and friendly staff. No internet in the hotel, but you can use free wi-fi in a cafe, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The neaest beach is in about 5 minutes walk. Rather poor breakfast, but it's still OK.
A lovely relaxed atmosphere It was a bit noisy but that was unavoidable given the location
The location was lovely and having no cars on the island was a bonus. It felt very peaceful and a happy, content atmosphere was felt through the people on the island. Beautiful at night when the village came to life. The room was rather small but were quite happy to be outside sitting with a coffee or glass of wine.
Awersome location, great staff. Room was not clean.
It was unpretentious and felt that we belonged! We felt we got a good glimpse into the island life and if we chose could join right in. The hotel staff were very inclusive.
Simple but good accommodation with a competent kitchen and very friendly staff. The island is tranquil and swimming idyllic.
The staff were excellent and the view from our room was amazing!! Great place - definitely recommend it!
Very friendly staff and very nice, modern, clean and comfortable hotel
The restaurant was quite good. Staff spoke excellent english. Room was very small (least expensive at the hotel)
Food fantastic and a great terrace enhanced good location Staff very friendly but a bit too laid back at times! Rooms directly overlooking terrace can be noisy and not so private - ask for higher up
We had a nice terrace for the room. The view is nice, staff very friendly.
wonderful place next time i would like to stay longer
Good value for money, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food Rooms were a bit old fashioned, no air conditioning (although it was ok in the end with the window open)
Nice location in a middle of a pretty town. Near to the national park. They let us park our car even after the check out while we went to the park. Nothing to say for this price.
helpful and friendly staff. Free internet available. very close as a base for Krka parks No Fan/A.c, it will be difficult during hotter days. Noisy until late at night, and also not sound proofed well.
Nothing Poor and old hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with a flat tire. Ideal place to visit Krka National Park.
good value for the money. we got a family room which was big enough for all 5 of us.the room was in good condition and clean. the breakfast was quite poor. no elevator.
The people who worked there were so friendly and helpful, lovely room really clean and lovely view, highly recomended. nothing bad to say had a lovely stay!!
Nice location, next to Krka National Park. The hotel is actually above a bar restaurant and is a bit diffcult to find. The room was old, not very comfortable and pretty noisy.
The hotel was chosen for its proximity to Krka NP and met this criterion superbly. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and the room, though pretty basic, was very comfortable. Great value for money.
Convience and charm.. warm staff and wonderful food.
very helpful great location comfortable
perfectly positioned for visit to Krka Falls. Pretty small town beautifully maintained. Good beach. Freshwater swimming. Hotel accepted payment in Euros without a problem. Helpful staff. Two nights would be enough to do/see everything n/a
Helpful staff - there has been some problems with our reservation on arrival but they quickly sorted it out without additional charge. Very good location, spacious and clean rooms, Breakfast wasn't impressive,
The people there are extremely nice, breakfast as well, placement of the villa. The lady that is cleaning the room does it superficially.
The view from the top floor balcony is fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. Tribunj is a brilliant location. We were very comfortable. The aircon struggled in the hot weather and it's at the top end of a modest budget, but that's about all really...
excellent location, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, lovely views from the balcony; good base for touring the northern dalmatian coast
This hotel is just outstanding. It is perfectly and calmly located in small non commercial village Tribunj. The hotel has a private free of charge parking and is very easy to reach by car from the highway and airport of Zadar. The hotel is new, with a very clean room and nice balcony with magnificent sea view. The staffs were helpful with recommendations and assisted wherever possible. Excellent buffet breakfast selection and ideal cappuccino!
the breakfast noisy!!! in the night there was a big sound and it was impossible to sleep. We have to call to the personal, that didn't sleep in the hotel. A boy came and switch off the solar system that according to he, made the sound. the boy excuse by that, and could sleep, although it was later and we didn't rest very well.
Great view of the sea from the balcony. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.
Excelent location....charmy staff...close to beach...strong brekfast...mmm...what else....EVERYTHING Perfect! It would be a bit cheaper :-)
Great location in the nice city of Tribunj, few minutes walk from the centre. The staff was very friendly and offered us breakfast an hour earlier since we had to leave for the airport. The room was spacious and clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view over Tribunj.
Lovely place to stay, highly recommend. Tribunj is a lovely town just outside Vodice but v limited with public transport.
We loved the view from our room and the fact we could do our laundrz and it dried at once. We liked the location and nearness to the beach and town and ease to get to surrounding places. No but there was no soap in the shower.
There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Avoid to stay there in all cases. There are much better hotels in Zadar and Trogir for the same or almost the price. Booking.com should take this hotel away from there site. It is really very bad. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Definitely not a 3* hotel, max. 1*. The breakfast was extremely bad! Without any doubt the worst I've ever seen. They call it Swedish style breakfast. In fact, it's the worst Sovjet-style breakfast you can imagine. Coffee and tea were not drinkable. The orange juice was a horrible chemical product. The omelette and the fried eggs were probably warming up already 2 hours on a heated plate. They looked fully dried out and dark yellow. Really disgusting. The bathroom was really very poor. Do not touch anything that is fixed on the wall, or you have it in your hands!
Nice room; very modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Air coditioning bearly worked, but wasn't overly necessary.
Beds were very comfortable.Within walking distance of the marina/beach.Staff accommodating. Limited TV channels to watch.Limited variety of rooms on offer.
Paid 750 euro for 4 nights, because I was told it was a 3 bedroom apartment. Could have got the hotel room I was given for half that price! This was not the hotels fualt. It was booking.com who made this mistake. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us a lot.
The hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very modern. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The best hotel I have every been to. I will return.
Location of the hotel is fairly good. It's on a quet road, in walking distance from the town and the beach. The room was very basic, definately not worth the price. Hotel staff was not very friendly and only 1 person spoke english.
room facilities, staff, location.
